All I said was that they planned some of it. There was no proof of that before this, now we have the text. No need for personal attacks.
I didn't say it was a well thought out plan or anything like that. I just thought it would be interesting and relevant to this thread.
clearly the planning never hit the "get the right documents to and approval from the SEC" stage or the "have enough capital on hand to enable this" stage (but got announced anyways Yesterday I was reading a discussion between Josh and one of the lawyers and he clearly stated that the Honors Program would not work, not just because of legality. Josh acknowledged this, and proceeded anyways. What imbeciles like ikeboy can not come to grips with is the Homero lies to EVERYONE, not just the suckers like him. He needed the GAW team(at least most of them) to believe that they were working on something real, when he knew full well it was all just a puff of smoke being used to but more time to dump more XPY. I will try to dredge that Email up again. I'm looking through some of these emails now. Which date was that email? Maybe it was like the email with paycoin, where he claimed to realize a problem before launch? I don't get how anything I said now implies that I don't think Josh is capable of lying to everyone. And "writing up a plan for employees to see" is still "planning". I'd like to see that email you refer to though, if I can't find it myself. What the fuck ever asshole. Get reading or don't, I am not your bitch. post is a bit late but putting ikeboy on ignore makes this thread much better...oddly he is still the only consistent ignore I have set ... the others just seem to paycoin away :-) Is this her? Subject: Fwd: Paycoin price Date: Tue, 23 Dec 2014 12:06:06 -0500 From: Josh Garza < josh@gaw.com> To: Andy Beal < andy@crowleystrategy.com> whats the best way to respond to this? I currently own approximately 165 paycoin. (Between 160 and 170. I don't want to tell you the exact amount now because you might then block my transactions.) I was led to believe that they would be worth $20 yesterday (December 22, 2014). There were numerous promises made to that effect by GAW's CEO, Josh Garza, which I can provide documentation of if required.
As of today, paycoin has a value of around 12 USD. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/paycoin2/
I view this as a breach of promises made, causing me a loss.
I'm notifying you that I intend to pursue arbitration against GAW MINERS LLC and Josh Garza unless:
1. You respond within 24 hours and tell me that you agree to buy the paycoin from me, providing me with a paycoin address and
2. After verifying that I've sent a sum of paycoins to that address, you give me $20 for each paycoin sent up to 170 paycoin.
I want to give you a fair chance to resolve this without resorting to arbitration. If you do not respond within 24 hours I will be initiating arbitration against you, or perhaps a small-claims court.
If you have a counter-offer please send it to me and I'll consider it. I am not going to consider "promises" that you will raise the price in another week/month/year. This so called "wall" has been pushed off too much already. If you are willing to buy my paycoins now for the price promised, contact me. If you would prefer to swap paycoin for bitcoin for legal reasons, I can do that.

What the fuck....Garza is such a loser. Edit: ran a patent search for Homero Josh Garza. Guess what? ZERO results. Surprise, surprise. Does the fucking idiot not realize half the shit he spews out of his mouth is easy to disprove? Like "let me spend 15 seconds" easy. (sidenote: I also tried the search with the name "Chris Smith", which yielded 16 results, so the search works) I think he actually does own some crappy patent for some kind of iframe ad-server or something like that. Cannot remember the details, but he made a big deal about it even though it was not relevant whatsoever to zencloud. If he does own a patent, it's not in his name. He has a few. His real name is Homero Joshua Garza. They are all with Stuart Fraser ironically. https://patents.justia.com/inventor/homero-joshua-garzaFuck, I forgot it's "Joshua", not "Josh". Just confirmed these on the official US patent site, you're right.

While I am still reading through the recent data dumps, one thing has become quite clear. Garza is utterly clueless about what is and is not legal. both in private communications and in recent forum posts he openly admits to both committing and conspiring to commit crimes. It is almost unbelievable. His overinvested (stuck) hashtards have become vicious rabid shills willing to try just about anything to attempt to revive the price of their dying crap coin. Can Homero really be stupid enough to believe that hiding out in Dubai will protect him just because the US does not have an extradition treaty in place? He obviously has no idea how justice works in that part of the world.
These are now well known crypto definitions but I expect them to become widely used Soon(tm).
Garza'd = Fucked over and shit on.
Paycoin'd = Conned, usually blatantly so.
I would think its hard to find an agency that cares much about cryptos. Maybe a special side division or something. However, these allegations of defrauding the 9/11 memorial fund. That is something that hits home. I would guess any and all agencies would like news about something like this. SEC has already set a precedence for going after violaters. Others like FBI care about interstate wire fraud, IRS about tax evasion. So really, for most the crypto part doesn't matter.

Guys, guys, guys, wait a second, I just realized: if Homero was involved in drugs he would've been in prison months ago. The feds eat that shit up. We just need to find one measly email where he mentions some blow and his ass will crack faster than a salamander on a Sunday! No more waiting for the feds to sift through thousands of pages on this thread, they will have his ass in jail in 48 hours. FIND THE DRUGS!

so much for being an upstanding church going family.
being a hypocrite makes him a perfect church member Hey lets keep this on track of him being a scammer and not start insulting billions of people. Truth hit a little close to home for ya, eh? No I think you're obviously dragging your personal beliefs into a thread that has nothing to do with it, faith has no part of Josh and Gaw selling false miners, stealing money, lying about a floor, and instamining. What you're doing is being a dickhead, you have no clue on my religious views but I sure have a clue on yours and when it has nothing to do with the topic on hand lets just keep them that, ours. Yep, sounds like I nailed it. Try this on for size: fuck you and the god you rode in on, ya sanctimonious rube. Who the fuck do you think you are telling me what is proper to say and what is not? +10 I think I just made a new friend. All I would have added is that faith has a HUGE part in Josh and GAW defrauding everyone. They worship him and follow him blindly. The proof of that is that they are still supporting him and denying the validity of all the evidence. They sure as hell refuse to believe Josh has been fucking them since day 1 and that that was his plan all along. So either they can't comprehend a single thing they read or they are weak minded faithful fools. I would bet the farm that many if not all are religious. It's not religion that blinds and binds them, it's greed. Money is a religion. Why do you think church's are tax free MO money baby!!!!!!!!

OK what am I reading. Is Garza's patent a method for cross site scripting to inject ads onro websites? Is he saying he invented that? This seems like a bullshit patent. Who uses this?Obviously Tesla does. It comes standard on all models. /s

lol maybe it is time to go look through those moderator chatlogs that got posted: From: Jonah Dorman < jonah@btc.com> To: Andy Beal < andy@crowleystrategy.com> Cc: David McLain < dave@geniusesatwork.com> Subject: Re: So angry at GAW now Date: Mon, 19 Jan 2015 12:26:53 -0500 Josh tends to speak semi-freely inside the moderator chat. Without knowing the content he holds I am unsure of the level of concern. Judging by how "official" statements are twisted and skewed and used against us, I can only assume that daily chatter would be a magnitude worse. So yes, I am quite concerned. -- *Jonah Dorman* *General Manager* GAW Miners LLC O: (860) 222-2631 C: (727) 386-6825 ________________ That was in response to an email I sent in earlier that day.

There is a large community around it and they still have things partially done that can work if redesigned to benefit the holders and not just one or two people. Lots of dumb people but they still have a large amount of funds they could draw from and if you took the bad actors out then they might even see some returns.
Thanks for helping man, there's no way of knowing how things will ultimately work out for XPY, but if a group of people sincerely get behind it and attack its problems (and I think that's currently happening), then it could yet become a good coin. Even if I would want to help PayCoin directly, for the most part I can't/won't because of moral reasons and for me it's much better to work on PayCon. They asked me if I wanted to help them with the original roadmap, I asked them if they wanted to outlay some of the ideas on PayCon instead.

Wow Homero partnered with shopify too. Rishabh http://pastebin.com/2cBgRFhe Paycoin is launching at a $20 public price. In fact, we are already selling to early investors at the $20 valuation today (in the few million dollar range) All market information points to a much higher market valuation then $20 shortly after the launch. Keep on mind, when the coin was announced at its price of $20, that was before the partnership with shopify, paypal, and the financial Partner we just signed a deal with (Mastercard)
