Might curious to see what they say. Still cannot quite figure out their request for that extension. - Original respond date: answer due 2/26/2016 - Motion for Extension of Time until March 2, 2016 26th Feb is a Friday, 2nd March is the following Wednesday. Surely if a stall tactic a 14 days, 21 days, 30 days would do. Why all the effort and drama for such a short period. Maybe one last weekend with his family perhaps? Then he turns himself in. It's not like they haven't had enough time already to draft his response by now. What you up to Homero? Plan on going out with a big B A N G ! or what !

Just came across this, never seen it before. 7000 in 9 days. Anyone want to guess what or how many he was running there? Can be damn sure whatever was being mined went straight into his pocket. Hi Dan,
I just wanted to forward this over to you. This is our electric bill from all of those miners that were hooked up at our house in E.Longmeadow. Josh wanted me to forward this to you as this is a company expense. How would you like me to proceed?
Thanks! Jessica 14 HIGH MEADOW CIRLOT 59 E LONGMEADOW, MA 01028

Wasn't he billed for tearing up a bunch of electrical shit at that house he trashed? I guess I'll have to go check that PDF again, I can't remember, will update later.

I'd say that bill probably includes unpaid balances from prior months. Trial run before scamming Mississippi Power.

What if Homero faces some serious prison time and the only way to lessen this is to come up with the 10 million dollars? His buddy Stuart Fraser of Cantor Fitzgerald steps in and provides him with the $$$ for whatever reason and gets him off the hook. Is Stuart even worth 10 million? I was just thinking about the what if scenarios.

The only reason stuart sticks around is because he's a pedophile and homero and his brother were abused in stuarts camps as kids and now extort him.

The 10 million and the criminal charges/jail would be 2 separate things. Look to Pirate, first the SEC went after him and he was ordered to pay 40 million, then the FBI went after him and he plead guilty and was sentenced to jail.

That smug piece of shit is in for a world of hurt. Reading that SEC filing pretty much everywhere its written Homero lied through his teeth at every turn. Of course we all knew this in real time as it happened, but to see it acknowledged and written down like that is fascinating. It's not he lied once or twice, they clearly state he lied everywhere, every step that he took. LOL. Fucker. Man they haven't even started on paycoin yet. So this is obviously a slam dunk for them, noted they state both operations are dormant but still legally registered and still need to be prosecuted. Even noted that the account of Zen miner contains all of 28 dollars. So these two companies now owe 10 million. I wonder if this corporate veil thing will peg Homero to these two operations and they will go after him for that in addition to going after him directly regardless of these two operations? Interested attached statement from the SEC forensic accountant who dug through the databases: I then summarized the data retrieved by those queries into the following table. The line labeled Hashlet Sales shows, on a monthly basis, the revenues that defendants earned from selling Hashlets, for a total of $20,755,203 in revenues. The line labeled Hashlet Payouts (Gross) shows, on a monthly basis, the amount that Hashlet account owners earned for their Hashlets’ purported mining activity via credits added to their Hashlet ZenCloud accounts, for a total of $15,336,090. The line labeled Hashlet Service Fees shows, on a monthly basis, daily fees that were charged to Hashlet owners and deducted from each Hashlet’s ZenCloud account, for a total of $4,659,218. I subtracted the numbers in the Hashlet Service Fees line from the numbers in the Hashlet Payouts (Gross) line to arrive at the numbers in the Hashlet Payouts (Net) line. I then subtracted the Hashlet Payouts (Net) line from the Hashlet Sales line to arrive at the line labeled Disgorgement. I calculated the total disgorgement number for the time period from August to December 2014 to be $10,078,331. What a loser. Can't even steal people's money correctly Homero you useless fool. Clock's ticking, March 2nd is just around the corner and you need to respond to them. What can he do? Damn sure he doesn't have the money to pay back. No way in hell Uncle Stu will cover it for him, even if he threatens to tell the world what is under Uncle Stu's apron. Plead guilty and try to make a deal? Like what. 5 years in jail and his wife will go out a strip and pay back what they can from that? Maybe time to call Elon Homero. It appears from the top of the heading, they have named Josh a seperate party and seeking a default judgement against him and the 2 companies. Josh probably should have at least submitted the "indemnification contract from the Board of Directors" if he even knows what that is LOL

After reading what the SEC accountant wrote, one thing I did not see was anything about the hashlets that were not "sold" but rather what was "converted" hardware into hashlets. Did I miss it or is it not there. Because that would change a lot of the numbers.

I'm hoping that the total sold includes all the one's converted, because this society is doomed if people were able to give ganza 20 million cash for hashlets.

Shout-out to @suchmoon, @maildir & all the other die-hards, willing to lurk amongst the technically inept, the scammers and the morons to report back to us!
Updates are truly appreciated.
I can't wait for the PAYCOIN charges to hit the fan.
I think the best is yet to come.
"soon." maybe?
