Actually on reflection that fucking Uncle Stu was pretty damn deep in it all. He was shoveling huge cash amounts 100,000, 200,000 out of his personal account back and forth like it was nothing. Moving around serious cash on the whims of his boy Homero. Not to mention the credit cards.  Roll Eyes  Huge Amex bills to the point that poor don't tell Elise got cut off at her favorite shoe store  Cry Cry

Also, let's not forget that we also need blessing on Stuart's quote as
noted in the latest draft:

“Although relatively new, cryptocurrency is shifting the economic
paradigm and that is reason enough for traditional financial
organizations to start taking this seriously,” said Stuart Fraser, Vice
Chairman and partner, Cantor Fitzgerald L.P
. “With the marrying of
innovation, technology, finance and regulation - I believe that
cryptocurrency can provide a value proposition that has never before
been contemplated in global commerce and thus has the real possibility
of being a viable mainstream currency accepted by the masses around the
globe.”

OK Wait a minute.
Uncle Stu poured money in, crafted a press release, put his name on it.....and then what?  There was hardly any advertising.  None of the TV interviews or magazine articles, ever surfaced, besides those planted by Scott Fargo....so....where did all of Uncle Stu's PR $$$$$ go??

There was no $$$$$, maybe $ or $$, and it all went to Garza's pockets of course, one way or another. There was an unpaid PR firm invoice somewhere in the e-mails too.

Uncle Stu is a hot air balloon much like Garza. He gave Elise's Amex to Garza and called it an "investment".

I wonder what they actually paid for. They had a few press releases that shit like yahoo finance just reprinted, because that's what they do. WSJ's blog had a mark that bought their line of shit for a second, and wrote his piece but did a shit job following up.

What other big interviews were promised/done? If they were done by someone with an ounce of brainpower they would never publish anything about the obvious scam.

Was there any end to that lawsuit that was goin on?

Wrong question.

Was there any start to that lawsuit?

Considering that the people "organizing" it were working with the guy who ran the data center that didn't have hashlets, mine coins or customers, or pay the electric bill, I lean towards the answer of that question being no.

The gawsuit was just a doxxing endeavor, everything gaw related was fraud including everyone involved and the customers, even the pastor, gawtards stole from each other. one sold the others out for an xbox.

others pumped while they dumped. one kept selling them hot sauce and when business wasn't good he'd quit but would come back saying only viable paycorn can get him to come back.

one gawtard gave homero his life savings before going to work on an oil rig. another gawtard has a window air conditioner on his bedroom floor, the condensation and heat hopefully filling his empty brain.

if someone is bored, we really need a Flickr album of every picture in this thread in one gallery.

That's odd. The 'Basic Lease Information' page shows a monthly rent in figures of $46,000.00 but the contract states, in words, "Forty Six Hundred Dollars" per month.

"Why Mississippi? How do you maintain a low-cost operation in a state
that averages max temperatures year-round of about 75 degrees?"

I do have an unofficial update on the GAWsuit from a super-reliable insider!

The GAWsuit was moved out of Texas, (but I don't know to where.)
The GAWsuit is/was close to hiring a "real" lawyer.

The GAWsuit was "moved", even though it was never filed as Shinners explicitly claimed.

It's all a secret, you see, and Shinners totally knows where Garza hid all the loot, you know, because reasons.

Just keep those bags open, believers, I'm sure it'll rain XPY from the sky at any moment!

I finally got the archiving plugin sorted out so we could all enjoy Garza's case free of charge, except the sealed documents of course:

Is it possible to record anything in court? I'd love to see garzas face in the stand. I'm assuming it would be one of disappointment since thats what his comment through his attorney is.

I'd love to have someone there wait outside get video footage of him maybe follow him saying homero josh any comment... hows it feel etc. Would make for a damn good upload.

I tried back in the day with a flip phone, turns out I was almost arrested for contempt, i really didnt know and was more frightened than carlos was

The court reporter snitched me to the sheriff who asked the judge whether to arrest me, they made me pick up trash in the seats as punishment instead

I guess it looked like I was taking a picture of the judge when I was trying to take a picture of my friend trying to stay out of jail to laugh at him
