I wonder if Josh is a heir to the "Stuart Fraser Trust?"  Makes you wonder if he owes you something.

Well there is definitely something "there" as Suchmoon pointed out, that high falutin lawyer who answered for Homero no way no how came out of his pocket or connections. 100% Homero's holding onto something "tight" with his Uncle. "If I go down you go down" type of shit. Adds to the reason to extricate his name from all Cantor everything.

Seriously, Uncle Stu's true passion seems to be this "boys and girls" camp in Vermont.  Roll Eyes

I've sent plenty of emails to them and the entire board of the Harlem RBI group whose board Stuart is on. Never any response.

Adam Matlack 1/5/2014: "Not but 30 seconds later, the Holy Spirit slapped me upside the head and said "what are you thinkin'? What are you doin'?" It was an emphatic "NO". And I got - just guilt started to cover me"

He's still listed on the Harlem RBI board. Not sure about the Vermont camp. I forgot the name of that, and Stu made his LinkedIn page hidden in the last month or so...

Please review the federal 1040 tax return and let us know if this return is good for us to efile on your behalf.  If it is please print the attachment (2013 1040V FEDERAL)  and follow the instructions make check out to "United State Treasury" in the amount of $3,140.00  and bottom voucher and mail to Internal Revenue Service, P.O. Box 37008, Hartford, CT 06176-7008.

Because our Hero did nothing more than order the Tesla online, put a 2000 dollar down payment on it, and awaited its delivery just like everyone else.

Love your work at the moment, bringing old school back to the thread.

Quote from: Homero

It suggest that Garza actually was scamming Uncle Stu by pretending he was genuinely mixing with tech industry elite.

Quote from: Uncle Stu
I'm not, last person to offer me a car was Bernie.

Wouldn't it be deliciously ironic if the 'Bernie' in question was Bernie Madoff?

I believe this is still related to Carlos's drunk driving car wreck issue.  That he missed the first court date... it got rescheduled... and now has missed the second court date.

Thanks for uploading that.

Not as exciting as I would have hoped. Only two new things of interest that I can see, 1. the protective order and 2. no summons issued or sent to Homero himself. The two for zen and gaw go to the agent that registered the scams in the first place. If and when the summons for Homero is released we should be able to see his address? Is that protective order from the SEC? Doesn't look like any activity from any attorney for the defendants at this time.
