Guy is incredible. I distinctly recall cursory checking the business registry files in the State of Florida. One abandoned company after another.  This must be his eighth now, goes to great lengths to incorporate companies, develop websites, then abandons them and moves onto the next one. What was his last BTC Lend and Lendcoin Store?  I wonder if this is how he makes a living. This French sounding character:  Luc Beaubien,  the only guy out of this entire charade that has been doing something and continues to do something. I think he   ran the show single-handed while Homero was fucking around with his shitcoins.  Did he have a debt of 200,000 USD on or against the operation owed to Uncle Stu? Pretty damn sure Uncle Stu gave this Luc character the entire operation for nothing, maybe even paid him to rid himself from everything and all Homero. 

For fun just did some checking on Homero to see if he registered any domains recently. Came across some mighty bold and optimistic domains from yesteryear which I don't think had been seen before.

I have been guilty of this & buying myself/children clothes/toys that were thrown to the side. Such a waste. I do have a new perspective and I am forever grateful....thank you Josiah Garza. You can't take that stuff w/you!! When you put the furniture out for the cherry picker to pick up you realize that playing board games, eating, visiting, watching movies, and just being together...MAK'N MEMORIES (as I always say) is the important things in life. Just because you drive a high dollar vehicle, live in a million dollar home and look down on others because you have no humility.....you won't be first in line when you go. Remember the way our baby Jesus was brought into this world....one present is enough. And then we wonder why this generous "expects".........

Kind of got busy with some stuff and haven't had a chance to keep up with this thread.  Can someone summarize what happened in the last 2 weeks?  I know there was some kind of SEC indictment but that' about it.

The SEC is charging Garza with a few counts of assorted bad deeds, basically running a ponzi scheme. Garza's lawyer conveyed something along the lines "Mr. Garza is disappointed". That's about it. Not much else happened. It's going to take a few weeks or months for this to get to an actual courtroom.
