PR released from Singapore?

http://www.ionomy.com/terms-service

Ionomy PTE

This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore

Singapore is close to Australia isn't it. Why does this have the rotting smell of onions to it. Phil?

Both registry searches seem to be down for the weekend:

They "moved" to Singapore jurisdiction since the early days of xpy.io. I tried asking back then about the details of the arrangement - you know, a business name and registration and such - to no avail.

Love how the media still haven't caught on to these new coins. Just forks and they call the new coins technologically advanced... no its technologically equal to.

Changing a name, icon and adding a theme to a site seems to make a coin a 20 million dollar value.

Its going to be dotcom bubble all over again.

What do you mean by "media?"

that yahoo finance link is a paid press release, there's nothing for them to catch on about. You give them money, they post your press release, you link it to idiots who you are trying to rob. Easy game.

Yeah but pretty much everyone thinks its yahoo finance reporting on it being this or that. In a way it should be vetted. They should move away from press release and call it for what it is... an internet tv ad of bullshit.

Its amusing that they pay for releases  then link them to people and say see all this attention we are getting. Its disgusting.

Nothing in ion is new its a fork with some of garzas stench still on it in the form of 20c floor prime controllers with a new name. same hard coded bullshit. The xpy devs did nothing in the time they were apparen devs and matlack was with them then. Honestly at this point they should just bow out before they go to jail like their master.

That guy got conned by a much better conman than this current crew. All we've seen now is paid press releases and people too stupid to see them when it's obvious what they are.

OK Wait a minute.
Uncle Stu poured money in, crafted a press release, put his name on it.....and then what?  There was hardly any advertising.  None of the TV interviews or magazine articles, ever surfaced, besides those planted by Scott Fargo....so....where did all of Uncle Stu's PR $$$$$ go??

There was no $$$$$, maybe $ or $$, and it all went to Garza's pockets of course, one way or another. There was an unpaid PR firm invoice somewhere in the e-mails too.

Uncle Stu is a hot air balloon much like Garza. He gave Elise's Amex to Garza and called it an "investment".
some cash went into my pockets gawd

Just sent him a love note.

Adam Matlack 1/5/2014: "Not but 30 seconds later, the Holy Spirit slapped me upside the head and said "what are you thinkin'? What are you doin'?" It was an emphatic "NO". And I got - just guilt started to cover me"
