Damn. Delay tactic for sure. Quick checking, indeed Michael is admitted to Connecticut while Marjoree isn't. Got to think though this means he's in for the trial of his life. http://www.ballardspahr.com/people/attorneys/grudberg-michael.aspxhttp://www.ballardspahr.com/people/attorneys/peerce-marjorie.aspxSo what the fuck have they been doing now months on end. Surely Michael could have taken it to trial? Maybe they have been trying to negotiate something privately and it has all failed, and it is now show-time and the bigger gun is need to take it to trial? hahaha - awesome, whatever it is it is costing someone a fucking fortune. Keep dragging it out bitches. There will be no escape for Homero. The .gov wants and will get its pound of flesh! I hope the extension is not granted. It's been 4 months, surely even Garza with his 2nd grade reading skills should have been able to read the complaint and his lawyers had enough time to explain it to him, with crayons and all.

SEALED MOTION to Extend Time to Respond
puzzled by that. The previous requests were not sealed and did not seem to contain any reason for the request. Simply a right as it were without having to give a reason? Now that those are used up, do they now request an extension and have to provide a reason, thus it is sealed (so no one can see why this time)? Or is the actual request to extend time itself supposed to be sealed - which it clearly isn't since it is in black and white right there.

Lot of live activity today, two more entries: PACER 20 Filed: 3/25/2016, Entered: None
Sealed Motion Request
PACER 19 Filed: 3/25/2016, Entered: None
Sealed Motion Request Very interesting: A motion to seal is a formal request that is submitted to the court to prevent evidence and transcripts related to a specific court case from being available to the general public. An attorney who is licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where the case is heard usually initiates a motion of this type, although many jurisdictions will allow private citizens to file the motion through a court clerk. A court request to seal records is common in many situations, especially when the welfare of a minor could be adversely impacted if the court records were made readily available to the general publicboo hoo Like Homero Jr and Jr'ette won't find the dirty deeds on the internet...forever.... Big fucking surprise: 03/25/2016 18 MOTION for Attorney(s) Marjorie J. Peerce to be Admitted Pro Hac Vice (paid $75 PHV fee; receipt number 0205-3944165) by Homero Joshua Garza. (Attachments: # 1 Affidavit of Marjorie J. Peerce)(Grudberg, Michael) (Entered: 03/25/2016) 03/25/2016 19 SEALED MOTION to Extend Time to Respond to Complaint by Homero Joshua Garza. (Grudberg, Michael) (Entered: 03/25/2016) 03/25/2016 20 SEALED MOTION to Seal Motion to Extend Time to Respond to Complaint by Homero Joshua Garza. (Grudberg, Michael) (Entered: 03/25/2016) Maybe he is pleading guilty on grounds of mental disease? He thought he was a real hashking? Was his coping mechanism for handling being raped as a child by uncle stu?

I think only the contents is supposed to be sealed. When I click on it in PACER it says I don't have permission to access it. So yes, I would guess that they are giving some kind of a "secret" reason for the extension and don't want anybody to know.

Something does seem off.
Is Uncle Stu footing the bill because Homero has something over him. If so surely don't tell Elyse doesn't know. If it is Cantor Fitz themselves, isn't that an admission they were involved in some serious fuckery with Homero, if so, why wouldn't the SEC be after them as well. Surely if they came clean with the SEC early on i.e gave everything they know about Homero and his hi-jinks, they couldn't then be seen paying for his legal bills.
Something there doesn't seem right. I wonder if Cantor Fitz funnels the money to Stu who either gives it to Homero to pay or he pays direct. Edict from Cantor Fitz to keep them the hell out of it. In which case dumb box of rox Homero doesn't even know what they did or didn't day back then.
Where the hell is coinfire with their inside track when you need them ?

Likely doesn't want us muggles on the forums seeing his stupidty and getting a kick out of it . Im pretty sure thats the honest truth, that is if garza is capable of the truth.

Secret reason indeed, the nail was just hit on the head a quote ago. Sealed to hide from the kids. Why, Homero is going to confess to be a junkie and was a junkie at the same time the crime was committed. Seriously throw in "on grounds of mental disease" throw in some sort of abuse - even that drive by poster friend of Carlos alluded to some early childhood oddities, so it now must all be sealed. Quite a heavy card to play and waste I must say. All just for an extension? Maybe it is by design to set the stage. 'look our boy homero sshhh is sick in the head judge we must have extension' so that seed is planted in the judges mind for the trial. come trial whole defense is about homero being diseased. judge recalls way back when in March 2016 yes that's right they did show some proof when they filed the extension he is not well, so that must be the case. Not guilt. NEVER! if this is the case it is homero thinking yet again he can outwit the judge and jury... so so my lawyers so how about i say I am sick in the head, lets try that.

Or maybe the delay is because the kraken is sick and needs time to recover so they can release it?
Or maybe homero is writing up a cease and desist to the judge for people taking him to court.

but what of two sealed motions to extend at the same time. perhaps they relate to Marjoree instead, one secret reason for homero and one secret reason for Marjoree.
Thing still remains it all is only about simply responding the the charges right now. They don't need these musical chairs right now to do that. Why seals requests to extend, why bring Marjoree to Connecticut even before even answering the charges. Answering or responing has to be able to be done remotely by anyone no?

Look closely at the wording - the second motion is to seal the first one, it's not a second extension. Not sure if that's standard procedure or maybe they filed a regular extension and later (well, the same day anyway) decided to seal it. I think the lawyer has to be licensed in CT no matter if they're filing their paperwork remotely or not, that's why that other lawyer was the one filing everything up to this point and now I guess they both can do it. IANAL of course, just trying to make sense of it. Garza or not, a federal case should make more sense than hashlets.

Say something then try to delete it or cover up hide later... e.g. say target then delete posts and later say i never said target. I remember his post about coming out of the movies and having big wig ceos angry at him about announcing the partnership. Same with his sealed records... submit something realise everyone in the community will laugh at him and pull it to bits and inform the prosecutors of his lies... so he seals it later realising we can't have the fudders see things.

Remember when they took him for questioning? I wonder how Stuart Fraser of (former?) Cantor Fitzgerald thinks of all this, especially since he and Cantor Fitzgerald helped Garza to scam with the 9/11 memorial Hashlets. Playing with the feelings of a whole country.
