Yes, some people didn't swap and were left with XPY. Some were thinking to hold in case the price went up. In my opinion, I didn't see any reason for price to increase and still do not. In fact, i'm surprised XPY is priced as high as it is now.
Some were considering to hold on the basis that less XPY would mean the price would go up. I tried to explain how the reduced coin count did not in any way mean the price would go up. Unfortunately, it is difficult to help without it being considered advice by some. I try to remember to add "in my opinion" each time. It's a conundrum.
This is my problem, fair enough say sell XPY, but by saying buy ION you are encouraging people to jump out of the fat and into the fire. You are in effect shrilling for ION, exactly what you did for XPY. In fact you shrilled so much for XPY we thought you were being paid by JG. I don't think you were for the record, just incredibly naive. But you seem to be doing the same for ION. I think you made an assumptive statement like "When the value of ION goes up". If you don't want to be called a shrill then don't shrill. If you do then you will have egg on your face when ION fails. That is when and not if. I have not recommended anyone buy anything. If someone asks me how to change their XPY now they missed the swap, what is the answer? I have not given any recommendations. I guess I have to be careful not to get "set up" with a question, it's something i've not been looking out for.

This is what you said. "But, they have an ongoing value, year in year out… And of course, when ION rises in price, this also increases the ongoing return of your Atoms. They never expire." Not if but when ION rises in price. When I read that I see it as shrilling.

If I was tweeting / promoting / pushing i'd understand... But, i'm not. Like I said, I have to be careful as I am a target for "set up" questions. You will not find anything outside of the direct question I was asked. No tweets, no blog posts, no recommendations. I did recently tweet my opinion on BTC and I expected the price to rise. I suspect this is exactly the type of thing you are referring to. "For what it's worth... I see #bitcoin going UP within a week or two. An eventual break above 450 opens up the skies" https://twitter.com/CryptoDabbler/status/718820256391802885This again could be seen by some as "promoting" BTC. It's not my intention, and i'm not sure how to express an opinion without someone running and doing exactly as I say. I have to find a way - or the other option is just not to take part at all. Not taking part is something I often seriously consider.

I said I see it as shrilling. That is a fact. I don't think I'm the only one here. You shrilled for XPY and now you shrill for ION.

Do you also agree then that I shill for BTC? "For what it's worth... I see #bitcoin going UP within a week or two. If you can show my promotion that should be removed, I will remove it.

No because bitcoin isn't a pump and dump centralized fraud from day one from a faggot wearing a vest
Not everyone agrees that BTC is not a pump and dump. Most notably my forex trader friends generally STILL think BTC is a fad lol. I have even recently had discussions with crypto people who try to tell me the BTC price is going to crash. They are convinced it will. Who knows, but I can't see it happening in my personal analysis. Those same people might consider I am shilling for BTC by expressing my opinion that price will rise. I can't please everyone and to be honest, it's not possible. But, I am open to discussion as to why someone might think the price will crash. Constructive discussion should be possible on all subjects. I am finding this discussion useful, and I am learning all the time. I have also learnt that I vastly underestimated how many people actually read what I write. My intent is never bad. People who know me will know it is not in my nature.

Or that includes the many hundreds of others that were taken in by the scam? Maybe this reasonable discussion is coming to an end.

Bitpop is right, XPY was an obvious scam whereas BTC may crash or may carry on. I don't know for sure but I believe it will at soon point.
You were told by many people it was a scam and yet you carried on.
Many people are telling you ION is a scam and yet you carry on.
What's the word I'm looking for?
Ahh, Gawtard.

What made you come to BCT? The closing of the XPY forum? No ION forum?

Many people lost their shirts on hashlets, many through their own greed, many that were way before my time. I guess that was all my fault too.
I guess we'll forget about all the people I bought out and saved them from losing their shirts. That doesn't help with this discussion as it seems it's just one sided.
I could be helpful to communicate out facts however, it looks like i'm not going to get anywhere here.
So again, if you have something to get out there to prove something is a scam, you are not communicating it correctly. Not in a way that a reasonable person would listen. All they read is ego, insults, abuse... Who would take notice of this method? If you feel you have found a scam, this is not the way to advertise it. No-one will listen. Your method will not be effective. It will in fact be counter-productive as before.
As a "thinking person", I am trying real hard not to just make the decision that I should ignore everything that is said here.
I came here in good faith. I have stated I am open to reasonable discussion, but if you are not, then I guess we end it here.

Satoshi never wore a vest, promised a calf, a floor then dumped on holders. We came to bitcoin on our own. That's the difference.
I'm a bitcoin shill, but you crossed the line to complicit with pure lies. I've never seen a bitcoin shill say it's sec approved.

I didn't listen before. I came here to listen now. Unfortunately it's not working out. I cannot change your beliefs, no matter much they do not match up with the facts. Looks like there is nothing of value here. I tried.

"No one would listen" ? It seems a lot of people listened. It seems that you are one of the few (couple hundred or so) who didn't listen. You are quite good at attempting to twist words and statement around. Must be how you came to be the XPY God or MrION. Typical gawtard too...we didn't sing his praises so he gotta say we were being mean. Grow up.

Before you go. One question. Is ION a scam or not? He doesn't care one way or another. If he sees an opportunity to profit he will promote and shill for it till he has extracted every bit of profit he can out. Why do you think he came back to XPY? He lost money to Garza so he saw an opportunity to come back and milk back those losses for the "dumber than him" crowd.
