Paycoin As we know, Josh Garza promised $20 per Paycoin way back in 2015 when things started to go wrong for the Paycoin team and his mining company, it is worth remembering that this is a verbal contract issued by him as an individual so technically should he have that sort of money, people who own Paycoin are entitled to $20 each, it is very simple. Failing achieving that I believe it is still possible to achieve a $20 per coin with Paycoin given sufficient support. Paycoin with both Garza and Cryptsy out of the way becomes a real potential for an independent public global payment technology. Wow, that's really funny stuff... True believer, that one!

yeah I didn't get what he meant either by that, I don't see anything like that tbh.. just regular court bs. Well stu got two lawyers and sent a response. He didn't include Homero nor buy him a lawyer. His response was probably trying to exclude himself. Therefore throwing Homero under the bus. You assume that he doesn't have his back. Up until recently he has always had his back. Assuming Homero blew all the bitcoin he stole it makes you wonder how he can even afford rent. Maybe he has a local bitcoins acct? https://localbitcoins.com/p/thejoshwag/ I am sure there are ways to transfer money between individuals without being able to tie it back to Stuart. I wonder what "Winner Winner Chicken Dinner Allen Shinners" has to say about Homero's financial status?

He's on probation. No drinking Need a laugh? Stu lawyered up for himself and then paid for Homorero's counsel. Lawyer up!

Seems like he would want to distance himself as much as possible from Homero, but maybe its so obvious it doesn't matter at this point?

They are technically co-defendants.
Garza never did anything for himself, so it makes sense Stu would have to supply counsel.

Not a lawyer, just a haver of common sense. If Garza can fuck over Fraser and Cantor Fitzgerald (he can because Fraser was involved with GAW, and GAW ran a 9/11 charity scam) it's in their best interest to not let garza get in a position to fuck them. They need to keep Garza from getting into a position where the authorities can offer him a deal to save his own skin. Garza is the head scumbag who did the robbing here, but Fraser and company are much bigger fish with much more money.

Garza is dumb. Honestly though someone that rich doesn't just come apon an idiot like homero as a kid. Surely there is something deeper maybe interesting. - Fraser was naughty with homero? - As an adult homero is one of frasers fun pals you know descreet toyboy or something? - Homero is actually one of frasers love children thats hidden? Cmon there is something super fishy going on... you don't just take on someone as a pet project thinking they could have business sense.. homero was never the next elon musk or zuckerberg project... remember their relationship goes way way way back.

Uncle Stu just added another big gun http://www.hugheshubbard.com/Daniel-H-Weiner/Attorney.aspxWednesday, August 17, 2016 23 motion Admission Pro Hac Vice Wed 5:40 PM MOTION for Attorney(s) Daniel H. Weiner to be Admitted Pro Hac Vice (paid $75 PHV fee; receipt number 0205-4106279) by Stuart A. Fraser.(Fisher, Sean)
All from the Cantor Fitz. law firm. So we are @ 5 lawyers defending Uncle Stu. Man, he must love that Tesla so much, does not want it taken away from him... Homero still no where in sight as to " Homero Joshua Garza waiver sent on 7/7/2016, answer due 9/5/2016 ", as usual last minute dragging his feet slovenly approach. Cannot wait to see who his legal team is. If it is noteworthy then he does have cash stashed somewhere I would think. Got to think he is scrambling around for either finance or someone to represent him. This is some serious shit.

Why on earth would the government offer a bigshot like him a deal for a scrub like Garza? Garza is a small fish and they have him dead to rights. What could he give them on Garza that isn't in this thread? What can Garza give them on this (or anything else) in relation to fraser?

I was thinking that Stu Fraser could just say he was lied to over & over & deceived, like everybody else. edit P.S. This is gonna be one helluva shitshow!! Stu Fraser co-defending will ensure this gets more press coverage. Popcorn, please.
