This is Crypto full of scams. If you are a true believer of Crypto you would probably agree that it is a good thing that BTC is becoming more regulated.

I absolutely hate myself for saying this, as I'd consider my politics to be "minarchist",or some form of free market libertarian at the very least...but the more it goes on the more I tend to feel you might be right.

Shoot me now.

Lets face it Garza is doing a deal with the SEC, a penalty will be paid, he will go bankrupt and the whole thing will eventually blow over with no one charged as a criminal. There were a lot of players at GAW that knew what was going on and even Allan of GAW suit teamed up with one of them. This is Crypto full of scams. If you are a true believer of Crypto you would probably agree that it is a good thing that BTC is becoming more regulated.

we have hope. im guessing this is due to criminal proceedings:

Huh

Quote
Tuesday, April 26, 2016

ORDER. Pursuant to the Court's telephone conference with counsel, the Court hereby STAYS this litigation for a period of six months. It is so ordered. Signed by Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer on 4/26/2016.(Oakes, A.)

A stay of proceedings is a ruling by the court in civil and criminal procedure, halting further legal process in a trial.[1] The court can subsequently lift the stay and resume proceedings. However, a stay is sometimes used as a device to postpone proceedings indefinitely.

Quote
A court may stay a proceeding for a number of reasons. One common reason is that another action is under way that may affect the case or the rights of the parties in the case. For instance, assume that a defendant faces lawsuits from the same plaintiffs in two separate cases involving closely related facts. One case is filed in federal court, and the other case is filed in state court. In this situation one of the courts may issue a stay in deference to the other court. The stay enables the defendant to concentrate on one case at a time.

With the evidence here and that the sec has garza will not just walk. The only reason for him to walk on a deal is if there is a bigger fish that will fry due to him. In either case homero will be monitored heavily and live his life out as a muggle working. He'll never run a business again.

I suspect the 6 month wait is due to criminal proceedings. Homero will wish he just fronted instead of delaying now. Though he got his wish he has another 6 months Smiley

So what does everyone reckon? You think Jessica is still with and hanging around Josh... does her love for him and his brilliant cock extend that far?

My money is on jessica distancing herself and shacked up with someone else money wise.

And Josh being with that chick he impregnated.

I reckon it would be one big messed up situation at present... unless josh is shacked up with stuart?

Perhaps Josh & Stuart will cut a deal with the Feds, (IRS, FBI, DHS) to share a cell.

There is no way josh can cut a plea deal with 0 time in jail unless someone bigger is going to jail.

$10 million is a lot of money and i suspect his scheme was more than that. Combined with power fraud, the 9/11 charity fraud.. anyone remember that remember hashlet ?

Josh will be spending time in prison. The government would love to make an example of some crypto folks. I believe the 6 month extension is so they get everything right and all the information to throw at him. Its going to make papers... perhaps time, wsj and cnn just like josh said it would. he was just a little bit wrong on when it would happen.

Maybe the announcement from sec will come on a friday?

Yes, he will be going to prison unless someone bigger does instead. Pretty likely it will be something like this one, where he can hang with Bernie Madoff and share muggle stories for a couple years playing cards and watching TV with no big ass Bubbas to worry about. Roll Eyes

Who bigger than him could be going in though? Uncle Stu? I would think CF wouldn't let that happen. Perhaps one of the "large" investors with ties to money laundering that there were rumors of? Not sure how much of that was fabricated by Homero himself with the whole Phil Valdala "theft" of Prime Controlwrs ordeal.

Even if he doesn't go to jail he'll still struggle to ever run a business again. I think if he tried a number of people would likely inform any potential customers of his past.

Either way he's screwed.

... the company accounts are wiped out due to legal fees dealing with the FTC - leaving no money left for restitution/refunds - while their officers live off the spoils of their ill gotten bitcoins.

There is a 6-month stay on Garza's first $10 million scam.

That means that another federal case is pending -- a much "bigger" one.  And/or they're adding Paycoin scam charges.

Garza still has one good option:

Finish high school.

Not an easy option for him though. Grade 9 english was giving him hassles.

Remember how he was receiving writing tuition etc for his emails and press releases haha and how companies were like get someone to proof his messages because he's hopeless?

He might be better off doing one of those adult college classes or something? You know the ones that learn him to read and right good?

fudder... xpy was not viable they traded in for ion from adam matlack to save them and became sheep for the disciple maker.

They are ion whales... because ion is a game coin and gaming has a market capital of $7 billion a year in the mobile market. That 7 billion market share is waiting to line up to use ion because its so innovative. They couldnt' do it themselves as a game company because they lack talent.

They needed a everyday church guy to clone a source and crowd fund a dev because they couldn't do it themselves.

Game dev studios need adam matlack and the likes of ion because they aren't innovative enough themselves. And even if they were you know innovative doesn't make a coin... a coining be used by the world that make a coin... and ion is that coin!!!!

Repent you heretic!!!
