i really want to try this, there is a deadline for when the euro will be available?

so still two weeks to go, also about the total cost of the card, does the 10 usd include shipping? not right?

$10 was the promotional price for the card (yes, shipping included) which ended a couple months ago. The current prices are:
$17 or 0.06 BTC for card with standard delivery (via Royal Mail, no tracking option)
or
$50 or 0.20 BTC for card with express delivery (via DHL, tracking available, guaranteed delivery)

It is only BTC to fiat here.
What you are referring to exists, there are some bitcoin ATMs out there where you can buy BTC for cash, but they charge much higher fees (usually in the form of extremely high exchange rate)
