You are correct payment to that address was made 2016-02-18 22:55:20, for the amount of 0.05996235 ($27 usd todays rate)
but it also shows that it was moved out of that address on 2016-02-19 13:17:11 .
Are you using 2FA (authenticator?), is it possible someone withdrew the btc from your account before you got a chance to load it to your card? Since it shows it was withdrawn from you account to a non multisig address, and i know e-coin only uses multisig.

@wirex Can you clarify the withdrawal limits for e-coin cards. As you have information on your website that contradicts with one another.

On E-coin website first there is information : upgrade your account to “Verified” status or instance, you can load up to $20,000 onto your E-Card and withdraw up to $3,000 cash daily. Without any maximum balance or in-store/online spend limits!

then there is a link to a pdf that states different numbers > https://www.e-coin.io/assets/helpcenter/cardlimits.pdf  where it shows the veryfied limits $1000 per atm twice a day, + $2500max daily load

And then again in the FAQ> E-Coin card types and limits> MAX DAILY SINGLE LOAD IS 10.000

So everywhere is different, on the webpage front you are advertising 3K for veryfied, on the pdf its 1K x2 , and in the FAQ max daily load is 10.000per tx while in the pdf its max daily load 2.5k

Do you even know what the limits are?
To make things worse, when i log into my account on http://www.mychoicecorporate.com it says my card limits are ATM 1K x 2 , max load 10K x2 per day. + it has a KYC2 and KYC3 level .

Please update the correct information across the board, in the FAQ section, in the PDF, on the front of the site and the blog as they are all different.

Also please state if when we verify are KYC 2 or KYC 3 level verified. (i see no reason we should be KYC2 if we submit address and document as that is usualy KYC3 everywhere else.)

As i allready sayed: The balance was there at the moment I wanted to topup my card. But I got an error "card loading failed".
Account balance before failed loading: 22€
After failed loading: 2€

And one more thing: The picture i uploadet is from today. But you dont see a withdrawl of the balance, right!? But the balance is definitly gone...
For me this smells really fishy!!!

If someone would have hacked my account and stole the money you would see a withdrawl!

Exept the hacker would be intelligent enought to have control over the ecoin system and could mask the withdrawl.  Wink

You did not mention you have seen the balance and lost it trying to load the card.
In that case is clear, pm user gosha@e-coin here on forum and show him the txid.
It is clearly a software glich on their side, i am sure they will fix it. Just explain it well.

Hello,

Yes, we know what the limits are: https://gyazo.com/1618fd56ecbe6462a91e530e76b6138d
The limits in your account are the correct ones.

On our main Fees and Limits page the information is a bit outdated (it is somehow hard-coded and not so easy to change as far as I remember). We will fix this soon.
The PDF file. To be honest this is the first time I see it, and never knew about its existence. Could you please advise the path to it?

As for KYC levels. Our bank has KYC 1 (unverified card) and KYC 2 (verified card). KYC 3 does not exist.
We asked the bank about possibility to have KYC 3 for higher ATM withdrawals, however they do not have it and not going to add new level at this time.

We also have special manual process for higher sums load to the card (as stated on our main Fees and Limits page - up to 20k per day), so if you are interested, just send an email to support@ - we would provide procedure details.

Hi All,

We temporary reduced card load limits for our EUR and USD cards. GBP has finished again.

Some crazy amount of loads is made this days, and we are running our of FIAT incredibly fast, and the bank is off to the weekend now - so the limits are set to get all of you possibility to load the card at least with something.

I apologize for the inconvenience. This is temporary.

First post here so hope it helps!  Smiley
I have tried and still trying whats fits me best in this jungle of debit cards. For now im trying two cards that i had shipped at same time.

Advcash:
They seems good from the start and uploading verification docs was easy and 2Hrs later i stod as "Verified". I then tried to load my plastic card but it didnt work.. Apperently i onlyg got verified on their website and not at the bank so i only have the unverified limits.
Asked how long it can take for the bank to verify and was told around 3days but up to a week because high pressure so i waited, waited some more and after 1,5 weeks i asked again with the respons that one more inqury had been sent to the bank and told to wait 2-3 working days. I´ll waited 4 days and asked again but only same awnser back "one more inqury had been sent to the bank and told to wait 2-3 working days". After waiting 1 more week i asked if they can do something more to get me some info on how long waitingtime or at the best, solve the problem but i was told "Unfortunately, sometimes our card vendor experiences some delay in processing such requests."  NO SHIT? Is it gonna take one more month? A year? Customer support can do much better in my opinion and feels worthless to me and to get me verified.

It has now gone almost 2 month or over 30 WORKING days and still not verified even if advcash site says so from early beginning. Im not counting with good service and help to fix it but if they prove me wrong its ok with me Smiley
So, i do NOT recommend advcash.com at all, weak service and deadly slow

E-coin
Pretty fast to arrive with card and verificaction went smooth. It took some time to get verified but i had trust because it was around X-mas so every company are not as fast as usual so waited about 1,5 weeks then i was verified on site and bank so all limits was raised as advertised. I have had some minor issues and 1 or 2 noob questions and i did get good help with issues and finding it (I was the issue Smiley ) Even on my noob questions i did get good but not great awnsers that i was satisfied with.
ATM:s in my country have much lower limits /each day for this type of cards than the card itself and that gets annoying but up to that limit it have worked good so far, online payment tried 1 time and worked also.
Haven´t used it so much yet so i do not want to recommend anything yet but so far i like E-coin and responses from customer support so im gonna use it more and hope it works smoothly in future too.

Hello, I'd like to know if it's possible to do a chargeback with this card (if I'd ever need to do that). Please let me know more about this.

I doubt that is possible because you're using BTC to fund the card, which is irreversible by nature.

Of course you can do a chargeback, that has nothing to do with btc. You can always dispute a mastercard/visa transaction with the issuing bank.

Yes, surely you can. Email support team and we will send you dispute form to fill in for the bank. The only thing is - most merchants have gap of 45-90 days to response for dispute, and our bank let them have all this time. So, the money might be refunded in 2-3 months only (though it is pretty unpredictable - sometimes few weeks, sometimes 2 months).

I doubt that is possible because you're using BTC to fund the card, which is irreversible by nature.

Once BTC converted to FIAT (loaded to the card), the regular rules of chargeback are applied. So, to make chargeback for transaction made from the card is possible.

Situation is more complicated, if you paid with BTC (made BTC transfer) directly. I am actually not sure at all what is procedure in that case.
I guess, you need to contact the merchant and request them to refund you the money, because yes - technically, there is no way to recall BTC transaction.

Thanks, that's good nes. I was interested only in fiat chargeback, not BTC so your answer was helpful.
