So, we are essentially getting the dividend reduced by a factor of 3 (current price is 0.016584).
Again just 3 btc at that price... There are close to 20 people who could clear that on their dividends alone. I know you're not good with simple, basic concepts though.

Couldn't clear it with their dividends if it gets paid out in AMBER, thats for damn sure. The more I think about it the more I think paying out AMBER for the dividends instead of BTC is a terrible idea, first off you are pissing off a lot of shareholders by changing the rules at the last minute, secondly you are shooting the market in the foot because I know several shareholders (myself included) would probably take at least a portion of said BTC and buy AMBER with it, pushing up both price and volume

What do you mean "that's just 3 BTC at that price"? WHAT is just 3 BTC? Is my math incorrect? If so, how? If dividends are paid in AMBER, the real world value is diminished greatly, by my calculations. Show me how I am mistaken? Even with staking, and more "dividends" (NOT IN BTC, as the ad says) it's still sketchy.

https://c-cex.com/?p=amber-btc Show me where there is more than 3 btc of sub 5¢ amber available? All I've been saying when people quote the price is the simple fact 1 maybe 2 people will wipe that out and dozens won't be able to get cheap coins at the exchange.

@AmberCoinDev, when I get my Q3 dividends in Amber, please directly sell back to AmberTrade LTD. It is called "Investment Protection". as the company guaranteed: We are ready to buy back all coins (shares in the company) bought from us at any time in any rounds of share offering at the purchase price. Thus, there is no risk of losing your investment.
I need my dividends in BTC and it is my right to reinvest or not. Basically, $45K is not a big number for the company.

That said, the price is actually much less than quoted. So, if voting is for AMBER, payout in AMBER is pretty much the only option at this time. It still makes NO SENSE at all to take the dividend in AMBER - it's like lighting money on fire. I suppose it's better than nothing:)

Agree. Makes NO SENSE at all take dividend as AMBER. Only someone with only half a brain cell would choose 0.05$ per AMBER over BTC. Seems a lot of brain-dead shareholders, though. I was sure how this shareholder voting ends. Because if company pay out in AMBER it cost them nothing. Payout in BTC cost them 40.000$. You know how the company wants to end this voting ^^ It´s all a big shame what´s happending here.

I not even have staking turned on, lol. I get nearly nothing when sell my coins anyway. Not even worth starting my wallet. And people choose payout in AMBER as dividends LOL i not even want them for FREE. Only BTC for me. HOLD & GET DIVIDENDS in BTC/$ , yeah my A$$. It seems it`s HOLD & GET DIVIDENDS in Shitcoins when this voting ends.

Paying out dividends in premined coins is no sign of life. Same as dead. Sign of life only when the company following it´s roules as advertised. That is : BUY, HOLD & GET DIVIDENDS in BTC/$Throwing around with preminded shitcoins means nothing to me.

Some wallets are staking and some are not at the moment. We are investigating the issue.

I bet NO. The company is trying to force us accepting the worthless AMBER coins and keep the BTC for itself. No one asked for voting and everybody wanted to have the promised dividends in BTC. Now I see a discussion starts on if the voting was legit. It is difficult to say for sure, but it is a forced decision!!!

So, we are essentially getting the dividend reduced by a factor of 3 (current price is 0.016584).
Again just 3 btc at that price... There are close to 20 people who could clear that on their dividends alone. I know you're not good with simple, basic concepts though. Just as I said before: there is little Ambercoin at exchanges, because people hold them at registered address. Place a BTC buy wall at 6-10 sat and you will see how long it takes to fill it... EDIT 6-10k sat of course
