Its still Monday for 2 more hours where the Dev lives but I doubt we will hear anything today.

Lets hope the new team starts with a community manager.

You seem to be incapable of keeping deadlines/promises you keep making.

Information about cryptobonds that was supposed to be ready by now is still being prepared.
Tomorrow I will post a full answer.

What I can say for sure is that the most optimistic term when it could start is in 1-2 months.

I do not intend to debate or being dramatic

you,me and us knew how they pay the dividends at the last time

so,my questions is to ensure that we will get dividends like Q1 or Q2 2015 or just like Q3 and Q4

I think they already stated that bitcoin will be the dividend method to the best of their knowledge, payments will be made after the new director approves it.

It is already implemented.
Company will buy shares from the market every time it sells shares directly.
Within time this step should reduce the gap between company's price and market price.

P.S. Info about cryptobonds will be ready in 2-3 hours.

Typically a bond has a face value and the fixed rate interest is paid on the face value.  Its like a load a person makes to the Bond seller.  Bonds are then traded on markets like stocks based on their yield.

The immediate questions are:

1.  How does someone purchase these bonds?
2.  What currency is used to purchase the bonds?
3.  In what currency is the Interest paid?
4.  What term are the bonds (1 year, 2 years, 10 years, etc.)?
5.  What happens when the term expires or if there is no term, can the holder sell the bond back to the company for its face value?
6.  Where are these bonds held?  What are they, paper?  Emails?  How does a holder know its real?
7.  Who is keeping records and how?

I have lots more but this is a start.

Face value of bonds will be 1$.
Interest rate will be fixed and will be determined before issuing.

1.   Ways you will be able to buy these bonds don’t differ from those that you can use when buying shares (AmberCoin).
2.   It can be BTC, USD or EUR.
3.   Interest is calculated in USD and will be paid in USD, EUR or BTC.
4.   Terms of the bonds will be different. From 1 year. There will be 2 options of yield payment: once per month or at the end of bond’s term.
5.   When term of bond expires company pays to holder face value + interest (yield).
6.   Bonds will be based on blockchain technology and issued in form of cryptobonds.
7.   Holder will keep his bonds by himself like now shareholders keep their shares (AmberCoins).

At the beginning one serie of bonds will be issued.
Later company will develop a technology to be able to issue multiple series of cryptobonds for itself and other companies.
Of course holders will be able to trade their cryptobonds on exchanges during the term of bonds.

So, it's like a CDO of a CDO - WTF
Bonds on shares of a company is basically just more stock, right?

Like I said months ago, the structured rollout of this coin is unsustainable, so, this is how they are fixing it.

Anyone want to buy 10,000 AMBER?
$175 USD and they are yours.
Otherwise, I'm dumping them on the exchange.

With all the cheerleader on this board I would think someone would've JUMPED at the chance.
Everyone talks about how great this coin is, but, no offers when I put this ASK price up.
The price on CCex was ~3600S when I posted this - MUCH less than the ASK at that time.

I see that the volume got some traction the last couple of days. I do hope Ambercoin was serious about buying back coins. the price (because of a lack of communication) is tanking.
Which is why the cheerleaders left and there is not even enough buy support to unload my coins for a decent price.
