I would assume the same rate as everyone else got. I believe they buy all the bitcoins they need at once to send out their quarterly payments, and they should have a record of how much you are owed. I hope your issue gets resolved soon. I believe in AmberCoin, but it's disappointing they haven't responded to you yet.

Don't be so personal, Dev just works for Amber-Trade, he is spokesman, may-be AmberCoin project manager additionally or something, and if he is talking something not approved by Amber-Trade, he will be fired and pays fine (if applicable) according to his contract with A-T.
If there is nothing official to say from Amber-Trade, silence is better than lies, empty promises or endless bla-bla.

But there is 2 interesting things we all expect answers, may be even not official answers, just to rise trust a little:
- 2 people have not seen their dividends Q42015, can this be resolved?
- how it's with Company business, have difficult times improving? Just a little update in some words.
