I look in the spreadsheet, there is an address that not eligible a requirement to be a shareholder. the requirements to be a shareholder is have 10 000 ambercoins minimal. how with them? is still paid and still be a shareholder? I just curious. please don't offended with me this is example:  how with your opinion ? everyone |

And side note my buddy's trip to London got all screwy with the brexit stuff, so he was unable to drop in unannounced, sorry. He may be returning soon though.

I think there you can see only shared secretary/office manager(s)/lawyer(s) with shared conference rooms and other stuff for guests and business partners. It it is probably office-as-service, run by some local service provider. Just for getting company address in GB, London, which is required to be in GB business registry. To run OWN London office in premium location with bunch of people - I call it 100% loss  First important thing is minefield, then vault, then shop. Office for show comes when there is no money or goods left, just historical powerful name to fool people. Real work is done may be in Lithuania office or somewhere else? Sales, bookkeeping, financials, lawyers etc can be clouded today, so dont expect to find place with tens of desks with CRT monitors and abacuses --/bla-bla-- Anyway, it is worth to ask from Dev, which place and when can be visited to get best picture of real business operations. you are idgaf if you get dividends!?!? wow  brexit seem to provide a significant impact on all companies in GB. I hope the amber company still successful and running smoothly so that shareholders who had already come to participate be a sharedolder can enjoy with dividend distribution. btw I wish there is a dump again, hope down to price in 1000 satoshi again  |

I know that now the new Dividends Policy is being developed by the company. Most likely it will be published right after Q1/Q2 dividends payouts in the end of July. There should be all information. July 10, 2016 is now. can not be patient for waiting announcement at the end of July. I hope amber company can increasing their production and profit. information please dev, I still support you.  and by the way I'm sure Amber company still can rich and give a more profit to me and other shareholders . |

There was a more than 100% jump - to 2700 sat from 1000 sat. Now the price is about 1500 and there is higher buy support (about 1 btc vs 0,2-0,3 btc). I can see the difference. |

Buy support is at .8 BTC. where it was .3 BTC, that's a big improvement. Looking at the current position of amber vs altcoins, i still believe the price should flow between 3k -4k If only the company would keep their word, we should still be in the 10k satoshi region. |

Dev, are these shares Q2 or Q1+Q2? Earlier here in thread was question about "lost" Q1/2016 dividends, there is answer: http://amber-trade.com/2016/06/06/dividends-payouts/"... The results of the 1st half of the year will be published on 20.07.2016. Dividends will be paid on 25.07.2016. Payments will be made in $/btc. ..." So, 1 payment, Q1+Q2. |

Volume is picking up. Not sure if it is the company finally arranging for a floor and initiate a buy back or some else. Happy to see upwards movement... finally if amber price is picking up because company, for what company does it? I'm not really understood |
