FYI; PLEASE, don't forget to let those of us still trying to mine the last bit of PoW CBX available, as to when pure PoSP kicks in. Also, it might be a good idea to let the pools know, as well. We don't want any confusion concerning shares popping up and becoming an issue. Thank You, CapnBDL

Hi. Have you ever thought that the constant annual inflation in this coin scares many investors. Maybe the developers should think about fixing the exact number of coins in the Crypto Bullion. For example, each owner will continue to receive a small percentage of income through POS by commission when sending the transaction. And by the way, this problem https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=951753.msg11692604#msg11692604 is still not solved.. Zero inflation is never good in any situation; in an economy as well as in a money supply. We will both agree that high inflation is also very bad! That being said, I think this coin's 2% interest paid to investors by PoS is quite reasonable and healthy by any standards.

Is this a question regarding current algo or upcoming PoSP? Also, website is down temporarily for maintenance. Will notify once back up.

Take a simple thing is antique jewel released in small editions in the past. Why increasing its price in time? The answer is obvious - people know that this is a rare and precious object.. Many would like to receive this object in the own collection, but the number of these things greatly limited. Now take the option with a crypto currency. The more coins into the system, the lower the price. But most importantly, that any inflation will only scare away fans to invest in such a system. It is a well known fact, you only need to look at this site http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/views/filter-non-mineable/ to see this

At 2% it would take around 36 years to merely double the supply to 2M. Everyone using CBX at this moment would probably have passed away before the 4M mark. 2% keeps CBX rare whilst giving the incentive to stake, secure the network and keep transactions running smoothly. Bitcoin is currently inflating at over 9% annually and I see no lack of interest there.

this is the only wallet i can't get to work on my machines.
It throws up some error after trying to sync for a while, i can't see the error just makes a twang sound and the error message is behind the cgb wallet pic.
c++runtime error or something i think i saw it mention before it closed?

Sounds like you may have a corrupted file. First create a copy of your wallet.dat to your desktop. If you lose or delete this file, you will lose any CBX your Vault presently contains. Now go ahead and delete all of your files from your roaming folder for Crypto Bullion. Then follow the step by step manual over at our forum here: http://forum.cryptobullion.io/index.php?topic=1455.0This will lead you through the download process for the newest CBX Vault and also help you to insert a bootstrap of the blockchain so you do not have to sync from the genesis block. After you are up and running and synchronized, shut down your Vault. Now go back to the roaming folder for CBX and replace the newly created wallet.dat from your download with the one you saved to your desktop from the first step.

Sigh . . .
pulled the pin on the Cryptopia UNO/CBX experiment -- but still got some thousands of CBX and a current wallet! and the price held much better during the spike than a lot of coins.

Current 1. Confirm on received? 5 blocks 2. Confirm on rewards? 5 blocks 3. Minimum maturity? 5 blocks 4. Average reward? 1.2% annual on older than 30 days; 1.5% annual on older than 90 days
PoSP 1. Confirm on received? 5 blocks 2. Confirm on rewards? 5 blocks 3. Minimum maturity? 5 blocks 4. Average reward? 2% annual of total money supply at time of block + transaction fees
PoSP scheduled for implementation in Q4 of 2015
PoSP Overview: PoSP will insure that a 2% annual interest rate is always paid to the network, regardless of how many CBX are being staked at any given time allowing for a considerably higher interest rate to be awarded to those staking their CBX (consistently running the CBX Vault software).
