I don't know why you people are still losing time with this. Just report to the autorities and let it go, there's nothing else you can do, not even hope.

Of course we will report and not only that, people are going to take legal action on them, not even mentioning that AirWolf's campaign through Russian government Wink We are just trying to get at least something back. They said they will give ~25% back from investment, so I am just wondering maybe they would be so kind not to steal the balance in amhash.com account also... I know I am asking too much...  Wink

I think you need to go after david fan. where ever he is, he's the head of the company now. I'm guessing FC has gone over to the competition...good work "crushing" them, you fried f%ckin cat.

and this old gem from the same salon...

I just wonder...was this "disappearance" already planned back in july?

Have you translated that slide and gotten its context within the presentation yet?
Otherwise you might as well be wildly stabbing at this one:

What are the latest news on that 'hunt' anyways? Didn't he threat people and put up some deadlines? I mean it's interesting to see what people are doing in order to get their money back.

The same thing people on Bitcointalk do each time someone runs away with their coin--post stuff on the internet.

I give Asicminer credit... When it's dead, it's really dead...   I believe the ActiveMining thread is still alive and kicking, even though it should have died a long time ago...    It's a fine example of  "The same thing people on Bitcointalk do each time someone runs away with their coin--post stuff on the internet."

Could also be due to the fact that people investing in ActiveMining were more naïve... I don't know. The whole ordeal with AM was developing over a long time and things were going downhill in December 2014, I believe.

So with FC gone and all, is there any way left to transfer direct shares to havelock or other persons? If nobody can transfer shares out then asicminer officially enters scam territory.  Angry

You can transfer your Shares (hash rate) from AMHash to Havelock and convert to AMHASHLC shares.  I was able to do it by just by filling out a support ticket on the AMHash website.  YOu can also email support <alex@amhash.com>

Anybody knows how to contact Asicminer support? AMHash told that in order to withdraw the balance from amhash.com we have to contact Asicminer support,  because they sent money to them for some reason... I contacted support@bitquan.com, but no one responds. Or this is stolen also? Undecided

I had the same question about my remaining BTC balance in my AMHash account and they directed me to Asciminer.  I emailed Asicminer and they responded with the following:

Hi ,

We consider what you mentioned was an accounting error at AMhash side. We will try find a solution with RockMiner for compensation after April 20. Please be patient and wait for instructions from AMHash.

FC is gone, he took a million or so and bolted to Thailand to live like a king for the rest of his days, or till he gets bored and thinks up another long con. It is over, take the little you can get back from the havelock settlement and move on. I for one am glad it may turn out to something at all. Really I believe the whole thing will go dark on the 19th and we all get jackshit.

Eventually somebody is going to figure out by actually following through with the cloud mining contracts as sold they have a solid flow of income. Instead of a short term run away with everybody's money.

As a Chinese, I have to WARN you guys that don't do or involve business with Chinese, many Chinese are scammers.

In China, there are a huge amount of cases that scammers even scam their families and best friends, some people scam over 1 billion RMB(160 million USD) from relatives and friends, after scamming the money they run away to US, Canada, Australia or European countries. This friedcat is one of greedy bastards in BTC community.

Oh thats what this is all about Cheesy But Hashnest is also from China and the most reliable cloudmining with a good standing company. And all these other Chinese scammers can hardly formulate a sentence not to mention building a believable website.

I think with the comment above yours, I don't think he meant ALL chinese are scammers, obviously.

Hashnest/Bitmain are very reliable, however they could fold any day and shut up shop, this is just what happens. Highly unlikely imo, though.

The same thing has been said before about AM before the whole FC went 'missing' thing.

They were not very reliable at all. They had problems from the beginning I think.
