All of us got involved knowing that communication has always been bad with AM.

I give AM more latitude than any other company I deal with.
Almost to the point that I feel guilty when I hold real people to actual standards..  I almost feel like a hypocrite.
I would never, in a million years, put this much money at risk - in the real world - with these types of chronic communication deficiencies.
When shit does hit the fan, communication is crucial.
It can sabotage even the most talented, able company.

I see where road and chops are coming from.
They're not wrong.
The communication stuff sucks and needs corrected sooner, and with more of a priority, than it is currently.

RoadStress and Lambchops don't complain about poor communications though. Lambchops is just trolling. He posts the same old shite in every security thread he trolls. RoadStress is just trying to sell more Spondoolies miners. Most of us here can see exactly where these 2 people are coming from, which is why most people ignore Lambchops and call RoadStress a shill.

How exactly do you counter trolling? Also, what exactly needs to be countered? Their non-existant arguments that AM needs better communication? That's not an argument that needs to be countered, that's a real problem which the majority of shareholders would like to be addressed by FC as it effects them directly.

RoadStress is easy to counter, just ask him for a source for his information and he counters himself.

I'm really stoked for the next week(s). I think those BTC flowing to the dedicated mining address may be the indicator that dividends are indeed just around the corner. And I doubt that it will be only those BTC already present in the address. I guess there will be additional income from other mining operations that will be consolidated in the 1TroRo address!

I don't know.  Not saying that communication is /hard/. But amongst all the priorities that AM and the small team has...

- better communications with shareholders
- chip sales & support
- tube sales, assembly, packaging & support
- deploying to a self-mining farm, and maintaining it
- gen4 design, tape-out and what not

What do you think the relative priority of "better communications with shareholders" lies? Especially if this particular task needs someone who is trustworthy and understands english.

I already countered RoadStress on that and he already admitted that it wasn't a fact. His opinions don't need to be countered. He's free to think whatever he wants but when he starts trying to pass those opinions off as facts, that's when his bullshit needs to be called out.

I would say it would lie #8 on your list.
Like, not at all a priority.

Communication does this:
Consumes time.
Informs your competition what you're up to.
Makes shareholders stop crying (albeit very temporary)

Long and short;  It would be nice - but isn't necessary for operations.

Where is the dedicated PR person promised so many times? Yeah, yeah, some boardmembers recently said it had been addressed (how many times now??). I believe it is safe to say that it has now been promised for more than a year. Or have we even passed 2 years already?
