1001  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Finally I did it (I am happy to join). on: December 07, 2023, 10:05:20 PM
Wow, I can't believe I was mentioned seems like a privilege.  Tongue

With the help of the above names and those that I didn't mention, I was encouraged to start the investment as soon as possible.
Su-asa, congratulations and that's a good step that you have taken the advice of many from here. That's because it's not always that there have been good advises but nobody takes it seriously. But you are different, you have taken our advises and you have bought it while we're not yet on the halving. I think that you need to maintain this practice because whatever you're feeling right now or what level of happiness is in there on you, maintain that. This time, there will be ups and downs on this market but just enjoy it and endure all the pains and negatives that you might feel because they're part of it and essentials to survive into this market.
1002  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Avoid paying high fees by Making fewer transactions advice newbie on: December 07, 2023, 08:54:45 PM
When you have to do a transaction because you have to do it, you have no other option but wait until the fees drop down. That's all you can do when you are in need or just pay the fee and accept those fees as part of your losses. It's not always that these fees are going to be high, there will be some time that it's lower than the peak of these fees but still, considerably high. Don't make a transaction when you're going to send $10 and the fee is like $5-$8. Of course that doesn't make sense if you're going to do it, if it's about accumulation. If it's coming from the exchanges and they don't mind to pay the fee, that's fine but if you'll shoulder it. Save that money and buy in huge batches when fees drop.
1003  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jamie Dimon said he would close Bitcoin down if he was in government on: December 07, 2023, 02:15:51 PM
~snip~

I did a thread on him back in 2021 too > Jamie Dimon & Tulip Bulbs

...anyway this is just more hot air from Dimon and its clear he says one thing and does another.

The worlds largest asset management company Blackrock and their clients obviously
dont see Bitcoin the way he says he sees it.

Surely he isnt that naive in thinking Bitcoin can just be "shut down" or is he just pandering
to his audience who expect this negativity and skepticism.
He knows what this community knows but his own community(clients) don't know what he knows. Well, this is going to be a nonstop edition of his own bashing of Bitcoin because if there's one thing that's not volatile and consistent, that's him telling Bitcoin this and that.

Jamie Dimon's position is expected. His dismissing of Bitcoin as a tool for crime ignores its wider impact. Isn't it ironic that traditional banks have enabled financial crimes for decades? Yet, Bitcoin, a decentralized financial system that empowers the public, is called "evil" and "fraudulent".
They're all silent for that because they know that there's more to the banking/financial service that they're offering. They know a lot of things that their clients don't know that revolves around with their services. Dimon always get the attention of the mass this way and who knows if there will be a bank that's going to be taken down by the SEC or any responsible agency in the US just as how FTX was taken down. They can't think that they're too big to fail.

1004  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: December 07, 2023, 09:30:59 AM
I personally commend the bc.game team for their effort so far, they came, said they want to solve all the issues and regain their reputation back, I personally doubted them, but then, the journey began, they showed true commitment, and today, I am happy with what theyve been able to achieve, should I day that they are lucky? For not every service provider here lost their reputation and regained it back afterwards, but all the same, like you have said, I believe they have learnt from their mistake and won't ever allow issues to get to a stage as they previously did before.
There's always a redeem time for those that have been crumpled with their reputation and this time, bc.game is doing what they can to address all of those issues that's brought to them. They're not just showing efforts but they're actually doing it and if it's coming from the owner of btcgosu, you know that they're really doing well since it's one of the most reputable casino reviews services and websites that we have on this community. Hoping for the best and looking forward to most of those issues brought to get cleaned, they might not do it asap but at least they're doing however they can.
1005  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jamie Dimon said he would close Bitcoin down if he was in government on: December 07, 2023, 08:09:42 AM
Since 2018, he has been talking like this with Bitcoin and isn't it clear that he's got into something? He's buying for sure at the dips and people don't realize that. Didn't he launched his JPMorgan coin or something like that? Anyway, I've made a thread on 2018 about him calling all of his bias against Bitcoin through this thread:

I'll quote it all for you.

I'll summary the sequence;
1. Called bitcoin a fraud.
2. Bought at dip
3. Regret calling bitcoin a fraud.
4. Overcharged cryptocurrency purchases.

The lesson here for those who are keep on spreading FUD in the forum about negative news. Try to learn and understand this technique made by Jamie Dimon. (Chairman and CEO of JPMorgan)

By the way, I've just seen this news 3 hours ago.

Crypto is for criminals? JPMorgan has been fined $39B and has its own token
1006  Economy / Exchanges / Re: WayBit.pl - cryptocurrency exchanger on: December 06, 2023, 11:47:38 PM
I randomly tried to put BTC/TRX for the exchange and why is it asking for email address and telegram account? I believe that you're asking for Telegram because next to it attached are Russian characters that I don't understand. It should only be the address of receiving wallet and not going to exceed with other details and information like that, while it's actually an option to put up email but you're putting unnecessary details like they said, agreeing to the KYC/AML policy. Too much to ask just for a few bucks of swapping through you waybit.
1007  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: 🐸P2E GAMES ON GOOGLE PLAY? - FAST & EASY DEVELOPMENT 🐸 🛸 on: December 06, 2023, 10:17:12 PM
What does it mean by P2E?
It means, Play-to(2)-Earn.

daily up
Upon bumping your thread, I still see that the other bumps 'daily up' are still published. It's better for you to remove/delete those because that's what the forum rule's say about bumping your thread.

21. Old bumps should be deleted. [2]

I see that you have other threads as well but I've checked them out but just in case, you already have a reference in the future to delete the old 'daily up' bumps that you do. Ciao.
1008  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold is up to new ATH, silver is up, BITCOIN IS BACK BABY!!! on: December 06, 2023, 08:53:55 PM
I am optimistic of what's about to come for Bitcoin but when I've read the WW3, that sucks. I don't want to see another war that will make people suffer, it's either you or me or anyone on this forum will be affected by that badly if it triggers and happens into reality. That's the reason why I don't want to get on it, we're too tired to get on another one when this year we've got a lot of it and they're still nonstop.

will bitcoin reach 50k before this year ends, or will bitcoin only reach 44k, and after that it will fall again until the halving arrives.
no one knows and let's just watch the show.
No one knows but let's get into the possibility is there even if we're less than a month now and we're about to see this year end. We've seen for the past days that the price moved up quickly so, there goes the pattern of a quick skyrocket that might happen and will make Bitcoin reach $50k again.
1009  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Now Red 🚨 for Exchange Influencers on: December 06, 2023, 07:49:03 PM
It's not a challenge for crypto exchanges to hire influencers just because of what happened to Cristiano Ronaldo. The matter there is about CR advertised his NFT and that's another form of investment which became a red flag for the SEC and they need to make everyone wary that they shouldn't be into it without having forms of permits and licenses. But there's a bigger challenge that SEC and regulators that needs to face, we're coming on a bull run and there will be lots of scams that will exist and formed by this season. And that's what they need to figure out in cleansing and pursuing those developers instead. Because CR and Binance, they'd easily settle all these matters if they have no ill intention to the community.

1011  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How do i unlock frozen fund on mexc exchange? on: December 05, 2023, 11:51:45 PM
Does this means that it solved your problem and you just have to cancel the order that you are wanting to withdraw? You really can't withdraw with the funds that you have put on a sell order with the price that you've set. So, as charles tim said, that's all you need to do and if that's the solution that you all need, keeps us updated on what has happened next. Cheers.
He probably figured it out and got sorted. On the screenshot next to the frozen amount, there is a link to details. Clicking on it would provide OP with a clear answer as to why his funds were frozen.
Yeah, nice that he had figured it out and seems that everything is good to him now even he won't be back here.
Anyway, if ever he's back here he needs to lock the topic since the purpose was already served and he's got all the answer already and no need to contact any support for him.
1012  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How do i unlock frozen fund on mexc exchange? on: December 05, 2023, 10:38:27 PM
2 how I cancel an order which I have not done before, but just trying to do it myself thanks.

1013  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you feeling FOMO like I am? on: December 05, 2023, 09:17:53 PM
Sort of having the same feeling but there's this much more important thing that I am noticing and for sure that the others are doing as well. And that's the fees that we're having right now. Together with this push that we're experiencing, the fees are also coming up. Right now, $12, nearly $13 worth of fees if you want to get confirmed so quick. I feel the vibes that we're having the 2017 feeling when we entered the bull run and fees were outrageous as well. A cup of coffee will cost you more than that as they say. Anyway, we can't ignore that but we can't also ignore our feelings that we're so excited to see how high it is going to be.
1014  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Precautions For Safety This Yelutide Season on: December 05, 2023, 10:15:57 AM
We have the holiday season coming, Christmas, new year and then next will be the halving. All of these are gonna be the days where most of the people got a lot of money and they're gonna look for a wiser decision where they should put their money. It's a good reminder for everybody and even if people that are not yet in crypto can't ready this, much better if most of them starts with Bitcoin for having that safety with their very first investment on this market. And as I've said that when this season makes a lot of people lots of money, this is also the time that everyone must pay attention to the surroundings not just in the physical reality but also in online world where the scammers are just out there waiting for their victims.
1015  Other / Archival / Re: 🌀 [banned mixer] - CoinJoin Mixer | Your Anonymity Is Our Priority! on: December 05, 2023, 08:30:44 AM
Yeah, it was shocking and we've got one month on it but as long as we're not yet on the deadline we can still do what we've used to do to determine and try to eliminate the copy cats.

This news is indeed shocking since no one expect that this incident will happen to soon but for betterment of forum I guess this is more better rather than we see the forum got seize by government. Now its up to the users if they continue to participate until the deadline since no one stopping anyone to promote this service.
Unijoin has already established their brand and the regular customers will stay on them no matter what happens, the visibility will be gone but the repeat customers are there and will continue to use them.

As long as there are funds intended for the campaign then I guess its better to still earn since once deadline comes all of this will stop.
No problem with the funds but because of the notice, then there's nothing to do with that but forget about the campaign funds or what not discussions. Let's just stick to the discussion all about Unijoin as there's a separate thread about it on the Services.
1016  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Apps and what it can do for you. on: December 04, 2023, 11:58:22 PM
~snip~

I do agree with you here. Don't ever consider custodial wallets as recommended wallet app to use as you don't have total control of your coins.
The OP however, can update his recommended list and if possible include some useful links.
He can also add other sites like kucoin, coinbase, huobi and other top exchange sites.
Be very careful though in adding links, just official ones. Because one can easily mistake phishing link to official ones.
If he's got some reference on it, that's outdated and usually these articles suggest these wallets because they're popular. But anyway, he can just clear those wallets and choose the other ones that have a real function for being a noncustodial wallet. Reading the replies of the other members will give OP the idea why it's recommended to have these wallets.

including hardware wallets, are the ones that are highly recommended.
Much better if he's going to add these hardware wallets but still with precaution because one of them have been added with a feature that's disliked by the community, specifically the Ledger latest version of wallets with that Ledger Recover feature.
1017  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I will invest the money to buy the land in Bitcoin. on: December 04, 2023, 10:54:25 PM
I think you're imagining what if you've been saving that money through Bitcoin all over this time than being kept in the bank. But what's done is done and you can never revert the time. While it is obvious that you've done a better decision and you've already going to do that with all affirmation to yourself. There is no coming back and you're just moving your money from no-volatile storage to now, a highly volatile asset since you've sacrificed for now the buying of your land.
1018  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Apps and what it can do for you. on: December 04, 2023, 06:05:09 PM
  • Function: This apps helps you keep your Bitcoin safe and sound.
  • Why it Matters: Like a digital piggy bank, but cooler.
  • Recommended: Coinbase, Electrum and Blockchain Wallet.
While the function of the wallet apps that you have mentioned are true but this only applies to the non-custodial wallets. While I've crossed out the other two, they're not recommended for someone who's going to hold their Bitcoins for long with their wallets.
Coinbase is an exchange and although it has also other function but mainly for trading and as for Blockchain.com wallet which I assume you are suggesting, it's not recommended at all as you hold no private key upon creation of wallet there.
Electrum is nice and one of the most recommended wallets for keeping your Bitcoin. But again, about keeping your Bitcoins and safe with those crossed out ones, better not to use them for keeping.
1019  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are bitcoin investors violators? on: December 03, 2023, 10:10:09 PM
do you think of yourself as a bad citizen for disobeying the government?
Nope. If it's about Bitcoin then I am not disobeying them because I am in a country where it is completely legal and free, so I have no problem thinking about that.

Now see things from a religious side as well, by disobeying the government and investing in bitcoins, are you committing the sin of direct disobedience?
Since there is no restriction, therefore that I am not breaking the law and I am not a violator per se.

I have a question for you OP, you may or may not answer it. If someone from a country that has restricted Bitcoin and he's a member of the forum and had an account, is he a violator already since he's on a Bitcoin forum? The government will have an approach towards it for sure.
1020  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transactions - are we living in stone age? :( on: December 03, 2023, 08:32:31 PM
I haven't seen that it pumped as well to that amount for the fees. But let's say that it is for real and we get to that point that we have to pay that much, it is hard to spend that a lot for a fee even if it is going to require us to do a necessary transaction. But we know the reason behind and that's the ordinals and they're making the fees quite higher these days. I thought that the network has cooled down and we're able to spend lower than $2 for the fees but I was wrong and the fees currently at $4.44 for high prio.
