1001  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTB KnC Titan ASIC Controller on: July 09, 2015, 03:18:36 AM
Your middle poorly should simply just work. I can plug my 4 cubes in any of the available orders and they work. Removing the display enables using a 6th cube. If your middle port doesn't work, your controller is damaged. Feel free to pm me if you want help troubleshooting.

I'd be interested in buying one or both of your spare cubes if you ever decide to sell them.

With everyone scrambling to get their hands on scrypt hardware, I wouldn't be surprised to see LTC prices fall back to 2-3$ by the time anyone manages to. You either have the hardware already, or don't bother. Seems like a fool's risk.

Pool and website are dead.
1004  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S4+ Discussion and Support Thread on: July 08, 2015, 02:34:49 PM
All of bitmain's hardware comes configured with their pool info, mining for them. If your first unit didn't, it was the exception the the rule.

Are there any plans to improve the solo mining service? I'm a big fan of it, and have found quite a few LTC blocks. I'd like to see better graphs, more details on blocks found (specifically orphans, which don't seem to be listed) and it would be nice to be able to tell which worker under an address found a block. Perhaps a block counter? The website also needs work to display properly on mobile phones.

I can't believe A2s were laying at the warehouse and waiting in their boxes.  Wink

Neither can I. They were either mining, or inno is extremely quick to turn around and produce new units.

I have a 5960X, Rampage V Extreme and 16GB DDR4 Crucial that I'd be willing to part with. Not looking to give it away, though. Located in Montreal.

Well, I for one am not asking for you to give it away, just hopefully beat the retail asking price of most online shops. What is your asking price for each part (PM me if you'd like to keep the price private)? I assume these are all new, right? The 16 GB RAM comes in how many sticks total? Is it 4 x 4 GB or 2 x 8 GB?

CPU is fresh from Intel, had to RMA it. Rampage is used for 3 weeks, like new. I'd do newegg.ca's price -5% and you'd save the taxes on top of the 5% off. I could meet with either you or your friend, so you'd also save on shipping.

RAM is 4 x 4GB, and board has 8 slots.

I'd be willing to buy and review one. Are you willing to accept trusted escrow (paid by me) to get the ball rolling?

Edit: Added you on Skype to discuss. inno.miner shows 2 accounts, do they both belong to you?

1016  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Been reading about a lot of dying sp20's on: July 02, 2015, 01:42:03 PM
9 SP20Es, all purchased used.

All running at 1.1TH/s due to lack of power. Getting a new electrical service installed next week, once that's done they'll be mining at ~1.3-1.4TH/s.

Haven't had a hardware failure yet. CGminer likes to restart it's self once in a while, but I donj't see that as a big issue.
1017  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Antminer S5 loses connection - Burns itself to death on: June 30, 2015, 09:51:10 AM
I have the same problem with S4+ units. If they lose network connectivity, they lower fan speeds to about ~1500RPM and start boiling. There was some incredible heat coming out of those boxes when I power cycled them. Thankfully they didn't die, but they certainly shortened their lifespans and burned a lot of electricity for nothing.

Come on, BITMAIN. Stupid stuff like this shouldn't be an issue after 10 hardware releases.  Undecided

Mined my first bitcoin with a 7970 in ~2 days on your pool back in Feb 2013. Thanks, eleuthria! Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Hi Emdje,

Would it be possible for you to upload the latest image with 1200-1220-1240-1260-1280-1300-1320-1340-1360-1380-1400 available?

I am working on it right now. I can't finalize it because I am not at home, but it will come soon.

No rush, thank you sir.
