1041  Other / Archival / Re: toinew looking for lenders, 10% interest , Repaid in 1 hour, Building Rep on: August 11, 2014, 09:49:50 PM
Ok nevermind, i had a good intention but since you guys just ruined my reputation when i didn't even started a lending, i can do nothing but to give up my project.

Well I guess your loan request had the opposite effect of what you were hoping for, huh?
1042  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [wtb] bitcoin on: August 11, 2014, 09:44:50 PM
unfortunately im looking to sell the damn cards, and by him doing that makes it so much harder now apparently, im willing to use escrow not a problem prefferably cooldgamer

Well guy tomato cage also offers escrow service, one of the more trusted one for that matter, why don't you ask him to escrow for you Smiley
1043  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [wtb] bitcoin on: August 11, 2014, 09:25:13 PM
nothing is stolen the guy tomato cage is suggesting my information is stolen which its not.

haha "guy tomato cage". Well he threw his tomatoes at you, splattered all over and that's why your account is red  Cheesy
1044  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [selling] up to 40 btc, any amount on: August 11, 2014, 08:58:36 PM
i now have a 2000 and 1000 amazon willing to do escrow... trying to get my trust rating positive help me out haploid. ill use escrow
I already mentioned that I'm not dealing with you, especially now that your account just turned red. Escrow won't matter for your payment method.

I've registered on January and only watch the forums.. i need to buy like 1.99 bitcoins, i live on Dominican Republic.
The easiest method for me would be to use paypal or services a-like .. perhaps an amazon gift card? please let me know if there's any way around that we can do this.
Sorry, can't accept paypal from you. Only way is WU from where you are.

I would like to buy $150 worth with PP.
I can't accept paypal with your account. It's my least preferred method anyways.

Are you buying amazon gift codes? I would get it emailed to you directly from amazon for Bitcoin.
That's not really one of my payment options. There is a CLEAR difference between Amazon Payment and Amazon gift cards. I can take GC's, but it must be heavily discounted and anyone that offers must have a very high level of trust for me to accept GC's.
1045  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] Hero3+ GoPros on: August 11, 2014, 08:46:38 PM
^ Confirmed scammer. There are no instances where he'll send first, contrary to what he says in the OP (He only sends first to trusted members, but if it's a trusted member, then he wouldn't get scammed). Escrow ensures that no one gets scammed, so if he denies using escrow, then that just confirms it.
1046  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering BTC loans [no collateral] on: August 11, 2014, 07:29:36 PM
I need to loan: 0.025btc

Denied. A good chunk of your posts are in gambling. And you're a high-volume btc dealer, why do you need a $15 worth of btc loan?

I'm looking for 0.04 BTC loan!

Denied. Wait until you get funds from selling accounts instead. Also try reading the OP sometimes. "Activity: 3"
1047  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Armory Startup Proccess on: August 11, 2014, 05:33:53 PM
Yes, I'm having same problem he does. This time, it took only ~30 seconds from start up until I see btc balance. But there are other times where it takes a very long time, like 30 minutes to rescan all the transactions again. I have a fairly fast computer too, on win7 OS.
1048  Other / Meta / Re: New legendary rank? on: August 11, 2014, 05:02:19 PM
I think Legendary rank should only be given to Satoshi, and maybe a few of the old devs. If ANYONE can get that rank, then it detracts away from its epicness. Maybe a more fitting term for ~1k activity would be Noble or Templar.
1049  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering BTC loans [no collateral] on: August 11, 2014, 04:47:06 PM
What's the maximum duration that you're willing to go for a 0.8 - 1 BTC loan?
I would like a small conversation using PM (but it looks like you're against it).
I'd like to keep it simple, just post your request here, then it either gets approved or denied. I don't think there's a need to go back and forth about it.

i want to loan 0.1BTC just to add for my trading funds.
i am trading BTC with other cryptocurrencies.
Denied. I don't know if it's for altcoins or gambling. Your post history suggests that it's more likely for gambling.

0.02 BTC loan, 0.022 return in 7 days
Denied. You already requested for a loan yesterday, twice, with different terms. Please don't ask again.

I just thought may you or, someone else here could just help me out with this quick - Like also I would do it with  at least just 3 cents if someone
[*snip*] Also I can pay you 10nxt +the 1Nxt you have payed, which would even be a 1000% for you, if you want to see it from this side.
- A greedy society, that's  what we are. No profit, no help, that's what it is. But I tell you, living is more than at least just earning some bucks, or all about making the big money.
This isn't about greed, profit, or big bucks. You don't bother reading the OP (first post) that I'm not taking requests from newbs. Then you ask for NXT, when I'm only loaning out BTC. I don't care if it's 3cents, but you expect me to go buy some NXT to donate to you? wtf is wrong with you? Go pony up that 3 cents and buy it yourself.

0.1 needed interest will be 0.03
Denied. You're a shady guy that sells accounts, then try to recover it back after it was sold. That's outright scamming the guy that bought it from you.

im looking who can lend me 0.2BTC to 1BTC...
Denied. Read the OP and you'll know why. And you wouldn't happen to be THIS guy, would you?

I'd like to borrow 1.5 btc with a repayment of 1.7 btc in two weeks.
Approved only for 0.1 btc, repayment 0.12btc in 2 weeks. If you want the full 1.5 btc amount requested you'll have to prove what it's for, how you'll repay, and some other various requirements. Ask about this in PM. Or confirm you want the 0.1 and I'll send.
1050  Economy / Lending / Re: Am about to go homeless, could use some help on: August 11, 2014, 03:49:13 PM
[*sniped*]

I understand you and I actually care about you and I can see what happened to you. I care about every human being on this planet and think that everyone out there should do whatever they can to shape the world in the way they see fit and fight back at anything they feel is wrong to make the world a better place for future generations.

Just do one thing for me. Think about what I wrote carefully.

Nicely written post, however the problem with this is that you're trying to use reason on Dank. He is far beyond reasoning, and his mind has long been separated from reality.
1051  Other / Meta / Re: Forum ranks/positions (What do those shiny coins under my name mean?) on: August 11, 2014, 07:34:25 AM
Wow, man. The history of the forum will forever be split into two eras.

Before the Legendary rank, and after the Legendary rank.

I... was proud to be here... in the before time...

And I was in the era where there was no such thing as activity, ranks, trust rating, and all the other gimmicks. I was also in the era where scumbag scammers were very rare.
1052  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coinbase 4 day wait on: August 11, 2014, 05:38:59 AM
They are ACH debits or credits to your bank account. These are never instant. Whenever you add money into your paypal account from your bank account, or withdraw from paypal into bank account, it's the same type of money movement and wait times.
1053  Other / Meta / Re: New legendary rank? on: August 11, 2014, 05:31:50 AM
Oh dam this will take me a looong ass time to reach it, only at 588 activity as of this post. Been here since 2011 too.

There needs to be a rank in between Hero and Legendary  Grin
1054  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering BTC loans [no collateral] on: August 11, 2014, 05:27:53 AM
Received, and for my own curiosity, why a diff repay address ? Thought you liked to use the same addresses, or so I saw with one guy here.

Several people had recurring loans, only two had same addresses. Loans with moni3z were settled before this thread even started. seandaniel had a the same address because I made a mistake, but didn't want to change anything once terms are settled and I posted the address. Otherwise, I prefer different addresses for everything.

I would need just 1 nxt, only for quickly paying the trading fees that I have on the Nxt asset exchange, when I want to sell some of my invests.
This would help me a lot, because otherwise I have to buy bitcoins especially for that. This would take a few days, too. - Just because of this 0.03$

My accountnumber would be this: NXT-7U3T-SC3Y-G4FR-FUPXQ

wtf is this? First all, you quoted the wrong person. Second, you didn't even read the OP about no newbs. Third, do you even know what this thread is about?
1055  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering BTC loans [no collateral] on: August 11, 2014, 05:05:52 AM
I was wondering if you might allow my 0.3 request 1 day early.

Repayment by weeks end, August 16/17.

Didn't see this post until just now. Banks or coinbase processing does not work until business hours. I'll send you the funds at midnight of the 11th, your time zone, then your coinbase Txn gets processed tomorrow morning. I wouldn't think it matters if you initiated coinbase withdraw now (Sunday morning) or Monday midnight.

Loaned amount 0.3btc, repayment 0.315 btc due August 17. If you agree, I'll send in ~12-14 hours.
Agreed and ty.

0.3 btc sent: https://blockchain.info/tx/c8a00b55997fcd16c379616995cc23fd0d1dcf36d6aaf2634c847bffe0875355

Repayment address (note that it's different than the address for your first loan).

1056  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTS amazon GC (400)$ on: August 11, 2014, 04:42:25 AM
HAHA scammer dude is really an idiot. Not even smart enough to use a different address. He even admitted he was an idiot. I already quoted it, but here it is again:

number one i am not that other guy and the redeemed part is a typo i meant to say it hasnt been redeemed...no idiot would post that and try to sell it...think about it guys..
1057  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] 20$ = Starbucks eGift Card $100 Store USA on: August 11, 2014, 03:58:40 AM
I didn't want to bump this thread back up to give him more exposure, but c'mon guys, use a bit of common sense. This guy had ZERO post priory to selling these. It's not hard to make a new account to scam for $20. All it takes is one sucker to make it worth it.

You might think codes are legit now, but they can lose balance any time. He can say they're legit all he wants, but his promises hold no water. Here is an example of someone selling starbucks GC's that reversed all his codes after giving them out. Confirmed almost $800 worth reversed, then some people never even got codes:

If you want CHEAP codes, buy from nahtnam instead for just a little more. They're guaranteed to be legit, or your btc back. His words are backed by his reputation.

Oh it was conveniently a typo after you've been caught. And now you're playing it off like only idiots (like yourself?) would make such a mistake.

USE ESCROW.
Escrow doesn't matter for this transaction. If it is a real code, after code is redeemed and btc is released, he'll just reverse the payment. Amazon will revoke that balance shortly after.

Here is an example of when escrow is used, yet everyone is about to be scammed:

1059  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are BoA transfers reversible? on: August 11, 2014, 02:42:46 AM
Unless the other person deposits cash into your account then it is possible to reverse the transaction. This is true for all banking transactions. Period.

If you spend some time reading comments above, you should know CASH deposit is reversible for BoA.
No they are not. The person who posted that is likely spreading FUD. The only real possibility to do this is to convince the teller to give the account "intimidate" availability for a check deposit so it would look like a cash deposit on online banking, but it would really not be a cash deposit.

You're an idiot. I just mentioned that I was a victim of this scam. Nearly all high volume sellers on LBC has experience a cash reversal one time or another, and it's pretty wide-spread for a certain time period until we caught on. To resist it, btc is not released until after bank hours (or sometimes even several days) if dealing with a newb account that does cash deposits. Also a picture of receipt with "NO REFUND" written on it. This is now pretty standard. Do you think these measures are done for fun?

If you still don't believe me, then go sell on LBC, make sure you give instant release to all newbs that do cash deposits.
1060  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [WTS] [VERIFIED] Assload of netflix accounts on: August 11, 2014, 02:30:48 AM
I just checked my personal netflix account (not purchased from this guy), and my credit card is attached to make payments. How are these valid lifetime accounts without any payments or proof that they're legit? That in itself should be a red flag.

What is to ensure you that these are not the free 30-day trial accounts?
