20K sat is not enough it has to rise to 40K or more. 100K would be ideal. But first Lisk team needs to release things and keep on developing this platform. i agree, they first have to release something at the very least and show some development and price has to be at the very least above the ICO price. it is not worth if we keep seeing low prices that go up and down. but in any case, if a nice pump happens in Lisk market, i think this coin can see a new life in it and maybe move forward out of the slump. |

it is the illusion of getting rich quick and overnight that newbies have with cryptocurrencies. it has always been there and it usually changes form. so far it was like this: they bought 0.1 bitcoin, and waited to become millionaires after a week they became cold.
then they started thinking sine bitcoin has gone up from 1 cent to 1000 dollar we should invest in an altcoin that is 1 cent and hold it to make 1000 dollar (become millionaire) then they bought 0.1BTC worth of altcoins waiting to become millionaires, again after a week they became cold.
and now after a couple of years they have seen lots of scammers and devs who became millionaires by dumping their ICO (eg ether dev) so they think money is in making a new altcoin.
and the story continues.

the site has been around for a while. and in this duration there have been many people who lent and borrowed money and there have been lots of complaints too. you should search for them. i wanted to invest there some day but after reading the complaints and seeing how many were scammed, i decided against it. i love my bitcoins too much to risk them like this  and besides if you want to lend bitcoin do it on the forum so that you can get some valid collateral. |

The price added 50$ since yesterday and now on YoBit the price is 980$. With such temps we are really close to 1000$ again. But I think nobody will surprise with this, cause of many users are expecting now to bitcoin hit the point of 2000$. And I am sure that we will see such price in this year.
it doesn't really matter as long as we can not maintain 1k it's pointless, to maitain a certain value you must increase over that value, to be perfectly stable at 1k you need to go to 2k and so on so until we increase very high $1k is still considered not a rock solid point That's true, but this time the price bump is happening normally without the influence of any other side factors. So in this case we can expect the price to sustain without much decrease in a short time period. So as the Heading we are getting closer to the $1000 rally which can happen anytime soon. It's now clear that we are minutes away from $1000, we'll see what happens, $1000 is always a strong psychological selloff price, but at the same time, it can also be a strong liftoff point... it is a 50/50 bet. The shorters might get burned if we skyrocket. i say we are going to slide right through $1000 and resistance above it will be small, just like before. since it has already happened twice. the $1000 is a psychological price but for the same reason, it has been proven that when that price is broken nobody sells anything! last time it was $1200 and this time it was $1166 but the difference is that last time it was a fake pump and it took us 2+ years to recover but this time it was a rally and we are recovering in about a month. |

in my opinion right now bitcoin is the best option for payments that are online. no matter what they are and how much they are, if it is an online subscription that is worth a little or even a monthly payment of a large amount, bitcoin is still good for both of them.

government don't need to accept bitcoin, people do. and if they adopt bitcoin and start using bitcoin for their transactions instead of using other methods such as Paypal or credit cards there is not a damn thing they can do and they end up accepting the fact and regulating it. |

Do you always missed the right time to sell or buy bitcoin?
From traders perspective, yes I have missed a lot of opportunity to sell or buy in time but as a general user of bitcoin,I believe it is always a right time to buy bitcoin as long as you can afford.Bitcoin is still cheaper from what it ia going to be in future It is good to buy bitcoin anytime because we are sure that the price will rise in the future. It is really hard to predict the low or high price of bitcoin because bitcoin is volatile. I think most of us are always missed it. Due to it's volatile we cannot able to guess when it will increase price, many times i missed the right time to sell the bitcoin. Some time it is really hard to predict when the prices increases and price decreases. There is no big connection with it's volatility on the price increase or decrease. It will increase if there is a positive news that would make the value of bitcoins to appreciate and that makes the people keep buying because they know others will do the same. If there will always be good development with bitcoin, the value will also continue to increase. And from my own point of view, bitcoin is a strong asset as it has able to survive with the previous crisis and that is my basis why I am holding regardless of the current price. no doubt that bitcoin is surviving after a lot of crises. but now bitcoin is becoming more and more stable, because people are also becoming mature and they now understood the nature of bitcoin. therefore they are giving good support to bitcoin, the adoption is also another reason which is turning bitcoin more stable. so we can hope that the the journey of bitcoin success will continue in future also. the important thing is that what most people call crisis and make a big deal out of it, is not even a problem and it certainly has nothing to do with bitcoin and its price but they keep making a big deal out of it and then make the price drop with their fear! for instance the bitfinex hack! there was no logical reason for the big drop back then, because the hack was a hack of the exchange and because of the stupidity of their team! and the volume although big, was not big enough to have any effect on price. |

I'm holding quite a lot of DOGE - but not sure if it will moon again, I think its 50/50, it'll need a bigger drop and rebound or something crazy to happen to BTC to trigger a pump - Its still worth the risk in my opinion.
it is a lot less than 50/50 chance. because dogecoin has nothing to offer as far as adoption goes and the coin has always been a joke that lasted too long. and on top of all that there are a couple of billion coins available which will always get dumped and miners who are getting reward and will continue to dump and price will stay low. on top of that again is bitcoin price rising and whenever that happens, altcoins fall pretty hard. |

It's simple, ANON Coins violate Anti-Money Laundering Laws in countries like the USA.
there will always be a non-stop fight between people wanting "privacy" and government wanting to take it from them with their surveillance. and will last forever. with that said, they can never shut down any cryptocurrency specially the ANON coins. as they can't kill encryption and things like that which prevents them from being nosy That shows us a couple years back some guys were arrested by the FBI in a parking lot for selling Bitcoin.
Why ?
They sold over $10,000 worth of BTC with out proper ID and info etc.
(Which is why all the exchanges take your ID and have limits like they do)
this is usually happening because of taxes and them doing "business" without paying uncle Sam a share of the profit. aka unlicensed exchange service, specially because of the volume. |

the news has never changed actually. it has always been the same, it may have been twisted but not changed. Moreover bitcoin can become an official crypto currency as as far as I have seen
you and everyone else specially OP should pay more attention to some keywords. and the keyword in articles like this is blockchain and blockchain is referred to the technology not bitcoin itself. simply put as franky is explaining here, Chinese will make their altcoin using the technology and it has nothing to do with bitcoin. it may have some small indirect effect as the news of the technology hits the media, and attracts some attention to bitcoin as the decentralized and a better version of their altcoin but nothing more. |

haha, actually nobody is buying right now except experienced traders and the whales who sold on top. and those panicky idiots who always dump under price will start buying as soon as we reach $1000 and we will see $1100 once again and then there will be a correction shaking those out coming back down to $1020-1050 and people like you who are going to sell on $1000 will buy at $1100 and either panic sell after the correction or keep holding having nightmares every day about price going down to zero. this is a true story that i have been seeing over the past 3 years with different price levels. |

i think it has been proven that there is no more pumps in bitcoin and there can not be a pump anymore. the rises and the volatility you see doesn't mean there is a pump going on.
and in fact if you think bitcoin is getting pumped then you shouldn't even invest in it because pump means a fake rise with no support and a pump is always followed by a dump without an exception!

not on its own. people who are using bitcoin have proven to be interested in gambling but they won't go for any game. they usually stick to certain types of games. mostly dice and some of them sports bet. Can I expect people to pay attention to a new game?
if a new game is interesting they may. but it is a risky move in my opinion to go into uncharted waters. Is the market maybe already saturated?
it is competitive but it is not full. there is still a lot of room for new casinos to come and be successful. you need a good plan, lots of promotions and advertisement which are all going to cost and then after some time reach profitability. in my experience, as i said, people don't usually go for newer games that are too complicated and they don't know how to play them. that is one of the reasons why there are a lot of dice sites. because people will always play dice. |

right now Litecoin to me seems to be extremely under-priced because first of all it is at the bottom of the price, lowest amount it can possibly be. and also it didn't have any pump for a long time.

actually i believe there are lots of people with very small amount of bitcoin they got from faucets or signature campaigns,... and they all want to become millionaires so they look for that kind of investment. and besides when you want to invest, you invest in a business. and as long as you can find a legit business you can make profit. for instance bitmixer.io which is the oldest business that i know of apart from exchanges used to accept investments. |

sometimes yes. the price of some altcoins sometimes move against bitcoin meaning when bitcoin price goes up they go down and when bitcoin stops or takes a step back they get pumped. but these cases are so rare, you can't make a rule out of them. the only rule you can make out of this market is when pumpers say go up, price goes up and when they are done that altcoin dies. |

Please just unfreeze my money and I'll won't come back, I promise...  Just pm yobit bitcoin talk account for directly or try to write your problem in their thread and mostly the person's problem are get fixing by them. but it will take more time to do that. Their respond is very bad if you try to report your problem through the support ticket. good luck with that! their support never answers to anything important like a withdrawal or deposit that is stuck and they know it will never come through! and their account on the forum has been active last week and the only activity it has on the forum is either answering to scam accusations or posting new coins added! |

you can expect a breakout very soon because i sold a small amount of bitcoin today since i needed some money and the last time i did that price went to $1100 but jokes and superstitions aside, i think we can see $1000 in about a month from now, we are already in 900-920 range and this 20 dollar range has always been like a launchpad for bitcoin to higher price. |
