Not sure expectation of the SEC is ever bullish, I hope there are better reasons for recovery in the price or I might never be bullish on gaining from here.  30k could be the final price no further upwards, I dont find it too negatively personally.

I reluctantly followed the counsel of a financial advisor to fix my finances in order by creating a budget and tracking my expenses, inflow and outflow of cash using an excel sheet. The economy has been crazy in my country so I needed to do something urgently. My greatest realization after this is that inflation all round is destroying my budget. It's been  five months now. I am torn between using my emergency funds or selling some of my assets to cushion the effect of this economic situation. What do you suggest I do?

Loans aren't bad, they can be very helpful when you're in tight corners but we should try o avoid taking loans because it can be as addictive as gambling. When you have an easy way out you won't put effort into what you're doing since you have a backup plan which is indebting yourself. Loans should only be taken when you know you want to invest the loan money into your business that'll generate profits to pay back the loans.

I never think anything like that before, because if i do, i may be paranoid of using bitcoin for any transaction using an exchange or any crypto-related service that uses KYC. Also, I don't think it would be necessary in chainalysis to know the owner of the origin of every bitcoin/transaction since then where the bitcoin comes from, because if they do, you will not be considered as the first owner of that coin nor the exchange/service you buy from, it might came from other platform before the exchange so on and so forth.

It's not funny at all, I agree with this good decision and see it as very positive for children.

I have two young children who play with mobile phones all hours of the day and they started accessing Facebook, YouTube, etc. and started learning things that I don't want them to learn at the moment.

It's not that I don't want Bitcoin to be 100k$, but of course, we have to be realistic, not like we're fooling ourselves. Of course, that's the real situation. That's okay for long-term investors who can wait to reach the 100k$ but not this year. Not for doubting but of course the market because we know that it is very unpredictable.

IMO the price was always at 30k, but there's a difference between real value and spot price. Spot price is determined by trades on the biggest exchanges and 2 of them got sued by the SEC, which was a move to drag the price down and allow institutions to buy from you. They also wanted to introduce their own government backed exchange and force Binance out of the US, which worked.

The price is now returning to its former level that was achieved naturally in q1 of this year. The drop was driven by the US government and if you panicked and sold to them, that's your loss.

I think that we will continue to go up, especially when the blackrock ETF gets approved.
