Are you sure those are the right security codes? I get that they're not activated when I search it.
The ones with similar (neighboring) security numbers are activated, just not the specific numbers you gave.
As sure as I can be.
I bought the cards understanding they were "loaded"/I would be able to redeem them.
I didn't plan to and was aware of the 5 year expiry deadline, but I assumed they would be valid until then.

I suppose it could mean Yogg and I misunderstood the meaning of "Not active".
Or their database is faulty.

here are a few more card numbers and what denomination they are:
10000008 1000 Doge (used)
10002937 1000 Doge (not used, not active)
10011505 0.5 btc (used)
10020829 0.001 btc (not used, active)
Checked them against the tracker and added the status here for easy reference.
The 10002937 one is the most interesting one to me, as it shows the same status as mine.
122  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Prypto Scam on: July 28, 2019, 05:36:59 PM
I'll happily eat my previous words. I didn't consider polling their website for information about the total run and about redeemed/non-redeemed cards.
Guess I figured they let all of them expire, the tool would just show that. But since their information tool still gives seemingly accurate data about this,
an estimate could become very accurate, giving you can collect as many security code/denomination pairs as possible.

Let me help you with mine, they aren't many, but they are a start:

If people share the security codes and denominations of their cards with me, here, via PM, or Slack, I'll include them in the spreadsheet and we can get an idea of how much BTC these guys are trying to steal.
The cards starting at 1000 are 0.005BTC. 10001010 and 10001011 are mine of that denomination.
Higher numbers (might be more likely altcoins) are most likely those with custom designs on the backside.
My doge cards are 10010746 (25k) and 10017913 (1000).

I got the answer from the support I had two old accounts that I tried in the beginning many months ago, then with this account that lasted a year I was understanding the game and I was winning and they blocked me, after a year now that I had to withdraw the winnings coincidence and they told me that I can no longer play what you think?
You first claimed there was no reason for your accounts to be blocked.
Then you admitted that you had been given a reason, having multiple accounts, but said that couldn't possibly be true.
Now you admit to having multiple accounts, but they are "old" and somehow the rules shouldn't apply to you due to that?

I have a feeling you haven't been fully honest with us from the beginning, and I suspect you still are not.
You've been moving the goalposts every time some details emerged that didn't fit your story.

The two key details I can take from your posts are:
1) you admit to having more than one account.
2) having more than one account is against the ToS, and they state that your accounts will be deactivated if you do so, which is what happened.

I don't know what else you want to achieve in this discussion.

ok withdrawal of charges in public but your support does not give me reason already contacted via email
You've quoted the reason given several times in this thread already:

They gave you a reason. You might claim they are wrong, but that's something you should discuss in private with them,

~snip bullshit~
Forgive me for trying to talk to you like a normal human being.
I really should have known better, given the experience I have with you, and your talent to avoid answering even the most mundane questions.

Instead of simply responding to my point, quickly addressing it and being done with it,
you are trying to create logic fallacies where there are none. Youre misreading my messages and then refuting your own misunderstandings of them.
You must be trying really really hard to not make a simple edit and resolve this. It makes zero sense to me why you insist on having their full name on display up there.

However, since no discussion with you ever led anywhere, I wish you a good day.
Until our paths cross again.

Just for reference: I reported the post containing the dox and the link has since been removed by moderation. Thanks.

I did not ask for her personal details and did not verify it!
How is that even relevant to the point? Regardless of whether you requested the personal details or not, you were entrusted with them.
And you made no effort whatsoever to redact the personal information when sharing private conversations in public. That is reckless.
Anyone even remotely considering to contact you should be made aware of this behaviour, because it severely limits the amount of information they might feel comfortable sharing with you.

Publicly lying and defaming Game Protect is sticking up for me
You surely also believe that killing is kissing!
Ridicule me all you want, the post of yours sharing private information is still up there.
Despite me pointing out exactly what's wrong with it, you made no effort to fix your mistake.
You had over an hour to make a simple edit and remove the information, yet you failed to do so until now.

How do you know the full name of the user?
Did bitcointalk admins check the identity of the user Jenniraye88 and forwarded it to you?
Whether or not the name you shared is their actual name doesn't matter. We'll assume it is correct and has no place being shared on this forum.
Or are you saying everyone should give a fake identity when contacting you? Because you happily share everything that was said to you in confidence with the general public.

How are you able to help people find legal representation, if they cannot even trust you with their legal name?
Do you see how whether or not the information you share is correct is besides the point, and the issue is that you share it without seeing any problem in it?

Instead of attacking me and deflecting, think about how much of a disservice you are doing right now to the only person who would trust you on this forum, the user that has started this thread.
They were trying to stick up for you, despite everyone telling them how much of a scammer you were. They were giving you a chance, they trusted you, and this shit is how you repay them?
What a shame.
129  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Prypto Scam on: July 27, 2019, 03:32:33 PM
Anybody have an estimate as to how much they scammed for?
That's nearly impossible to gauge.

While the cards are numbered sequentially, you could get an estimated total run by asking people for their security codes
and then assuming the highest answer you get is roughly the amount of cards produced.

However, that list would include not only different denominations (ranging from 0.005 BTC all the way up to 0.1 BTC),
but also different currencies, there's been Doge ones, LTC ones, CSC ones, and all those weird shitcoins you and I have never even heard about.

Then you'd have to find a way to estimate how many cards have been redeemed, and how many cards "expired".
There isn't any list of public keys you could parse through, like there is for some other physicals. Getting an idea of how many are redeemed and how many are not will be nearly impossible.

So to sum up: Unclear how many cards in total, of which denomination each, and if redeemed. I doubt you'd come up with any useful number.

The company going ghost that just left active shares in limbo and nothing on the website stating what’s going on just doesn’t add up to anything legitimate. No closing of business listed anywhere on the website.
They filed for closure a while ago, according to the company register.

I have continued to dig in to this, and now know who the main owner(s) are.
(snip)
I will continue looking further in to this (I have more reading to do) will be reaching out to the owners to get their take and ask why they are not honoring their promise to keep their redeeming site open until all cards are redeemed. I will be placing a scam accusation as well as flag accounts and continue to add info about that and anything else pertinent.
As this is going to bring up real names sooner or later, I'd suggest a thread in investigations.
Else we're stuck beating around the bush not being able to fully share all information available with everyone interested and concerned about this.

If you need input on the "scratch" part of this, wheelz1200 did use scratch cards for the bonus games on their Genesis Coin Releases.
They've also handled private keys (albeit unloaded) in the past, and the way Genesis Coins were distributed in "randomly" assorted boxes had a gambling aspect.

If I were to start a project like that, I'd have a chat with them Smiley
132  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Prypto Scam on: July 22, 2019, 06:02:58 PM
It's the first time I've heard about "Prypto scratch cards", so I have to ask: who thought it's a good idea to rely on a third party website to access long-term Bitcoin storage?
Trusting a stranger to create a private key is bad enough, but at least that ensures you can access the funds without external help. A website to redeem funds is a terrible idea!
From what I can tell, they were not meant to be used as long-term storage.
They were meant to be used to either purchase cryptocurrency quickly & easily, or mainly to give away cryptocurrencies in a quick & effortless fashion.
Some altcoins used them for promotional giveaways, thus you'll see Prypto Cards of the weirdest shitcoins out there (like Worldcoin, Uro, Vertcoin, Max).

The concept of it would be for example like the following: A vendor/service/promoter buys 1000 of those cards, then hands them out at a physical event to interested users,
and those can at home go through the process of setting up a wallet for the specific coin and then get the coins sent to their securely created addresses through the website and codes on the cards.

There are similar services today working off the same idea. CryptoVoucher (not an endorsement!) is a service that offers voucher codes for sale which then can be redeemed for a certain value of cryptocurrencies. They're somewhat popular on keyseller sites like MMOGA, eneba or G2Play.
Similar to the Crypto Scratch Cards, they rely on a code and a website interface.

Checking google for similar services, I've also found Bit4coin (once again, no endorsement) which apparently operate under the same general business principle.
The practice of a code+webinterface combination seems to stick around, despite Prypto's CSCs being discontinued as of right now.

Prypto also did products that were meant as long term storage, but those aren't the Scratch Cards, they are "Crypto Wallet Cards" and come in sets of two, one card you can break into half that contains two copies of your public key + QR code, and one card with the private key under a scratch-protection.
Those came unloaded and don't have any expiry date tied to them, since they have the actual private key on them.
However, here your second point comes to fruition, and you have to trust Prypto with generating and destroying the private keys, so you should probably think twice before loading any of those Wallet Cards.
133  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Prypto Scam on: July 22, 2019, 12:52:01 PM
I have a few of the Prypto scratch cards and wanted to redeem one.
From what I remember, Prypto Scratch Card have a limited validity time.
They are valid for 5 years (I've checked that earlier), which means any cards bought in 2014 are either expired, or close to expiry.

I reached out to the company and got no response.
I've contacted someone I know who has been in touch with the people behind Prypto, I'll let you know.

Correction, not wttb its Why We Fight that is your point of contact.

Edit 1: I've just got a response from wwf, they said based on the information they have,
all cards have reached their expiry date and redemption is not available due to that.

Edit 2: This got me curious and I checked for where the 5 year expiry date was mentioned.
The reseller you got your cards from should have informed you about those conditions.
I got mine from getprypto, which is discontinued and offline as of now, but WBM still has some snapshots of their site.

Quote from: the archived FAQ page

Our Crypto Scratch Cards have an expiry date of 5 Years on them from the date of printing, providing that the code has not been used.

Let's talk about how much this site misrepresents their investments and misleads potential investors:

My investment stats:
Start amount: 54.8 strat
Today Total: 54.88 strat
Return: 0.15%

Site Profit Chart (Same time period):
Start amount: 35133 strat
Today Total: 44178 strat
Return: 25.75% return
You still read the graph wrong. Despite the errors that have been fixed over the day, your way of reading the graph will never get you the same percentage,
because that is not what the graph is, its not what the graph shows, its not even what the graph is titled.

"Total investors profit" means the profit all investors combined made since the beginning of when investments have started.
If you want to get an idea of how that calculates for your individual investment, you HAVE TO measure it against the bankroll size, because you get a share of it based on the bankroll size and your investment size.
I'm not saying that the chart data is 100% accurate, I'm just saying that it's nowhere near as inaccurate as you wrongly make people believe by ignoring what I have explained to you several times in the past.

Read my post regarding this again: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=750760.msg49318312#msg49318312

Then do your calculations again, and do them correctly, which would lead you to this:

The profit over the time you're looking at is 44178 STRAT-35133 STRAT = 9045 STRAT. Those have to be distributed to all investors based on their shares.
All investors combine to 92458 STRAT right now, 9045/92458= 0.0978 STRAT profit per 1 STRAT invested.
0.0978*54.8=5.359 STRAT. You would expect a 9.8% increase for your investment based on the previous chart (including all the errors since fixed by Joter), not a 25% increase.

(Side note: The chart isn't working for me right now, as it's being worked on right now, so I can't verify your numbers. I've used the current bankroll size, I don't know if it was higher in the period you're looking at, nor do I currently know the period you refer to, so I can't check it against my own investment either.)

Does this mean that a user who's bet meets all the other criteria will receive 1% of the Jackpot regardless of whether he/she was betting with 101 Satoshis or 5001 Satoshis with 49.849% win chance?
That's correct. We had 0.1% (or even less...don't remember  Cheesy) of the jackpot but the rewards were really low, that's why we set it to minimum 1% of jackpot.
The first 5 jackpots were 0.1% rewards, the change came about a month after the jackpot was introduced (that's all the way back in July 2015) since then it's 1%.
The jackpot tab actually still lists all hits, so you can look it up there (although some of the bets are archived, so the details of the bet itself aren't available anymore, just the info about the jackpot hit).

Some more interesting jackpot stats:
The initial BTC jackpot balance was 0.3BTC. The amount was increased to 0.5BTC in celebration of the site anniversary in August 2015.
The highest percentage jackpot hit so far was WildTiger with a 80% hit (2.58BTC reward).

Might be grave-digging here, but is there any-chance you'd be able to update this Lutpin?

Very interesting to see the growth.
I do still make monthly snapshots of my investments, so no data is lost while this thread isn't being updated. However, I currently do not have that raw data prepared and presentable in any form.

The main reason I stopped doing updates here is because I really didn't like the way I was presenting the returns.
My plan is to transition to an interactive chart that allows all readers to gain more information and value from it than the previous screenshots of a chart and table do.
I've occasionally worked on preparing that and on carrying over the data from the old format to the new one, but that's low priority for me and I've been kept busy by other things.
If I have some surplus free time, maybe once summer vacations come along, I'd be more than happy to finish that up and add the months currently missing.
Updates should also be easier for me to make, once everything is set in the new place.

If there's a huge demand for the data meanwhile, I could also make some limited updates to this thread until the new format is ready, eg only do updates on BTC and ETH.
Let me know what you think about both, and how many people would be interested in it, if anyone.
138  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ Crypto-Games.net ⭐ 4 Years Old ⭐ Coinswitch added, 35 new coins! ⭐ on: July 01, 2019, 04:25:40 PM
I used the second way of calculating it. These are the exact numbers (in Bitcoins):
July 25 2018.  Bankroll: 1521.37. Profit: 1133.86
Today (now). Bankroll: 1281.73. Profit: 1276.78
So, assuming bankroll didn't change, investors should had made in that period of time: (1276.78-1133.86)/1521.37=9.39%
As bankroll kept dropping, profits for someone that stayed invested all the time would actually be higher.
Not necessarily. As the bankroll decreases in size, your share of it goes up, which means you share more of the profit, but equally share more of the losses of the house as well.
Lately, SuperStar has been winning a lot (a combined profit over 10BTC at the time of this writing), which are losses that are proportionally stemmed by all investments.

Let me explain this with an example:
Say you have 15BTC invested as part of a 1500BTC bankroll. For a fixed period of time, the profit for investors is 100BTC. You share 1% of that, increasing your investment to 16BTC.
Now the bankroll drops to 1000BTC. In the following period, investors make a loss of 20BTC. The chart would show 100BTC-20BTC= 80BTC of investors profit over both periods.
Your 16BTC investment shares 1.6% of that (0.32BTC), decreasing your investment size after both periods to 15.68BTC.
While the calculations over a fixed bankroll tell you to expect (100-20)/1500= 5.3%, in reality you see 15.68/15= 4.2%

This effect of losses at a later time compared to profit at an early time is increased by the fact that any profit made by your investment gets automatically added to it and becomes part of your investment.
That means that not only does the total bankroll decreases, giving you a bigger share of losses to cover, but also your individual investment increases, further driving up your share.

Side note: I thought I had already been pushing my accuracy with a 3 month period. 1 year is just too long a time to make a rough estimate over, imho.
If you want anything accurate, split the year into 4 or even better 6 or 12 parts and calculate expectations for each one of them.
139  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ Crypto-Games.net ⭐ 4 Years Old ⭐ Coinswitch added, 35 new coins! ⭐ on: July 01, 2019, 07:14:52 AM
There seems to be something wrong with "profit" at the invest charts. From July 25 2018 to today I made 7.158% on my investment, while the graph shows a profit of 9.39% based on the initial bankroll on July 25 2018. Bankroll has actually kept on dropping since then, so profits should actually be higher than that if adjusted to the bankroll that existed every day (which is something that would take a lot of time to calculate, but it'd be higher than 9.39% for sure). This makes me think that what is shown in that graph aren't investor profits, but "profits" before the 0.3% fee you charged investors every hour (on wagered amount), so around 70% of what investors actually made.
I believe we've talked about this before. I've made a fairly long post about this when you asked last, which you might have missed. Since you never followed up on it, I assumed my post answered the question.
I'm gonna be lazy and quote it here, instead of writing it up with recent numbers. Same as back then, feel free to ask further questions, if you still don't understand something after this.

I think I understand your confusion and I have previously discussed this topic with someone else who had a similar question (IIRC it was thenerd314, who afaik reads along this thread, so if he wants to chime in...).
Since I don't quite recall whether it was in this thread, in my tracking thread, or in the chat, and since searching all 200 pages/my 5000 posts would be a lot for me to go through,
I'll briefly sum up the essence of it once again. Feel free to follow up on my explanations, in either of the three places.

For better understanding, I will use the numbers from the BTC chart as examples (also, since BTC is the most popular together with ETH, it likely is the one you were looking at or others would have questions about).
I'll look at the chart in a 3 month period (meaning from Oct 18th to Jan 19th, you can replicate the view I get with the 3mo button).
For those reading at a later point, or not familiar with the chart, this are the numbers shown:

Bankroll Size: relatively stable, starting at 1497.6BTC, ending at 1477.7BTC, lowest at 1342.8BTC, highest at 1519.9BTC,
for the sake of making an estimate, I will appraise the bankroll size to be fixed at 1480BTC in my calculations.
This introduces a small error, but the accurate calculation is too complicated and not needed to explain what I want to show.

Total profit: starting at 1198.15BTC, ending at 1235.31BTC, which equals a profit of ~37BTC for all Bitcoin investors over the last three months.

What I assume you did (and correct me if I am wrong, but that's the misunderstanding I helped clearing up in the past) is the following:

If the total profit grew from 1198 BTC to 1236 BTC, meaning an increase of 3.1%, then my investment should increase by 3.1% as well.
However, this is wrong. The total profit line/number tracks investors profit from the very beginning of public investments and shows the raw profit,
without taking bankroll size (the second line in the chart) into consideration.
To calculate the increase of your individual investment, you have to take this number and weight it against your share of the bankroll.
With Bitcoin, and the numbers being so close together (1200BTC and 1400BTC), people sometimes forget about this, since the above increase is "realistically" possible.

If we do this with a profit of 37BTC and a bankroll of 1480BTC (our earlier appraisal), we would get an increase of 2.5%, not 3.1%.
This should be closer to the return you have seen.
However it still is not 100% accurate, since the bankroll size changed due to new investors and leaving investors,
thus at some points your investment had a lower share of the profits and at some points it had a higher share.

I hope this explanation has helped some of you to understand reading the charts and gathering the information from them they desire.
I would urge everyone with more specific questions about investments (or a follow up to this) to head over to the dedicated investment (tracking) thread maintained by me:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2445163.0
This way, discussions like this one can be easier found by others having the same questions, and do not get burried within hundreds of pages about other aspects of the site.
I'll also link this response specifically in my "special posts" section over there to make finding it easier in the future.
