History could repeat itself actually  Grin
Psg coming back once again  just like they did to Barcelona
Realmadrid  could end up loosing  just as Mancity losed at home
Or we could just experience a whole phase of playing  although we know those that have the upper hands  already , maybe we need some proofing  and we might not be quick in judging  Smiley
As far as I know, the champions league is always full of surprises and the first leg alone isn't enough to decide who goes into the finals because 3nd leg will have different results...but if it where up to me I think the perfect final should have been Real Madrid vs PSG but unfortunately both teams are fighting to stay in the competition and I don't see both overturning the result .
Btw, weakling of the four teams has to be Dortmund and PSG having  the firepower could turn the result around especially that they will be playing from their home turf, unless Sancho and company can stop PSG from getting any goals...
124  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are your expectations for Casino coins in this coming bull run? on: May 05, 2024, 08:16:42 AM
I have been an advocate of casino remaining casino while leaving cryptocurrency to do their things. I think there is already enough ground to cover in the casino industry. Instead of the project owners to diversify in cryptocurrency, they should instead intensify in casino activities.
Based on face value this is totally true, but the idea of these gamefi tokens does fall in line with the owners as this is even more of a marketing and sales strategy to keep and get new customers as loyalty points in form of tokens are rewarded which is a good strategy.

For users that aren't into this whole gamefi idea, it's as easy as ignoring them and players will keep enjoying what they love.

So, I am brining this dicussion to the gambling community here, and I have just three questions to ask, and they are..

1. Amongst the three casino tokens I mentioned above, if you were to invest in one, which would it be?
RLB - from Rollbit.. bias choice Wink

2. Are there any new casino tokens you think will do well in this coming bull run? Please tell the community and briefly introduce the project to us..
When it comes to casino's, the better or bigger the reputation the high chance of its gamefi token making it ..

3. Overall, how are you expecting casino tokens to perform generally, in this coming bull run.?
Am old Skool, prefer to just play from a casino or sportsbook and not complicate my experience.

Can't believe Halaad pulled a great performance today (2points shy of the 20pts) when I had him as Captain/triple captain for their first double game week & his performance was below average and I wouldn't be surprised if he were to blank  again in the next coming double game week because he seems to choke when you over rely on him Tongue.. but with the heated title chase they are  currently stuck in , definitely no chance to even think about blanking!!
Btw this is the perfect time to use the triple captain chip and bench boost as the fixtures look promising for title chasing team's and if you have any of those use them!!

Call it a gut feeling but I think Manchester United will cut Arsenal's title chase short this coming weekend because these guys and their fans are to confident of beating Utd and would like the result to go against them...sorry Gunners don't hate the messenger hate the game!
126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you care about what people say about you gambling? on: May 04, 2024, 03:12:04 PM
This now triggered me to come ask here whether you cares about what people says or sees you as when gambling, I know there are people who don't know you from time or who doesn't believe that you are a gambler and if it happens that you came across such people and their reaction towards you goes other way round would you care about it or you just totally ignore them?

Let's discuss amicably
Like you said, you were on some business trip and naturally everything needs to be aligned in that theme but considering you went off course and one of the people you were with saw what you were doing would easily dent your privacy...and what if this person was a senior manager or supervisor they would easily say that that the reason for the drop of performance at work is because you are distracted with the gambling and to avoid all this better gamble in your own space of privacy.

Quote
Do you care about what people say about you gambling?
To some extent I do , especially that some people have had no luck with it to the extent of breaking their homes and going into debt...so to respect people's opinions and not have mine disrespected  I think it's best to not feed people what to think about you and that's by keeping your gambling habits to yourself.

Arsenal are really putting all they have into the remaining games as they believe  this is their season, but that dive towards the end of the first half from Kai Havertz won them a penalty which Saka made no mistake & converted from the spot to put them ahead of an in form Bournemouth & so far so good but if they don't get another goal to get some breathing room this game can go anywhere otherwise it will be up to Manchester City to take it away from this determined Arsenal side as they have several games to play and they have to bring out their best.

**Inplay prediction: Arsenal 1-1 Bournemouth
129  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: May 04, 2024, 08:06:25 AM
A new incident that was recently published here on the forum confirms that 1xbet is a fraudulent company par excellence. what's going? The platform accepts registrants from blocked countries without informing the user that he is prohibited from using the service, and then changes his location without informing him so that it becomes as if he is from another supported country. This behavior avoids legal accountability before the authorities, thus allowing the user to continue gambling, and if he wants to make withdrawals, the platform prevents him from doing so on the pretext that he is from an unsupported country.

Scary as F@##&$!

But is there a possibility this user used a VPN and in thinking that he/she choose to use Country Y was instead allocated country Z as this happens and I have seen it myself with these big names in the VPN industry...but if no VPN was involved this is getting ridiculous to just scam for a few dollars.

Btw, from my observation of 1xbet...these guys are considered scammers here but believe it or not in several other countries they are a big brand to the point of having influencers in their pockets and for those of us that are into spot you will agree with me that this brand is painted where in most major sports...so how do you really fight or take these guys down??

131  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Leverage on: May 03, 2024, 09:18:45 PM
Exchanges make money as the leverage increases. The exchanges do not care if you lose or not, what the exchanges care about is the profit they want to make.
You are right about this!

But one way or another fees will have to be paid, if its not slippage that turns out to be high, expect spreads to be over the roof otherwise besides what the exchange adds as fees leverage increases our buying power which is a win-win for both exchange and traders as we can make more money from a small  capital injection !!

In life, leverage is good as it helps to help us accomplish a goal faster. But in trading, leverage in trading is clearly a bad deal.
I disagree!!!

Leverage only gets bad when the trader has no working strategy and not using risk management to protect their capital!!

Truth be told, we have some may traders out there trying to get rich quick and what tend to happen is gambling and not trading..if we can work on getting a disciplined approach then leveraged trading will become a good concept for everyone.

Doing business with the USA has always been a nightmare, gambling companies avoid this market for their  strict regulations , forex brokers are avoiding this market too and now seeing an indirect attack on one of the big names of the industry says it all.. these guys don't like things that they can not take control of and the Binance CEO taking the fall could mean our US friends would be sidelined from accessing services from one of the best centralized exchanges in the future and it's a big blow as far as I know. .. And besides with the nature of how cryptocurrencies work very few companies can actually escape this money laundering tag, but am certain we shall find a way around this and continue as if nothing ever happened.
134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gambling every day is better? on: May 03, 2024, 12:11:59 PM
If it were trading something which is considered to be closer to sports betting, this would open your eyes to see how these markets move and the alike , as one will be able to interpret the numbers well, but gambling everyday would have a negative impact on your mentality and general wellbeing as you develop a bias mindset and if not lucky this could lead to gambling addiction which everyone tries to avoid!!!

But then again I know people that gamble everyday and are good at what they do , and afaik what stops them from being addicts is that they limit number of slips and amount of money to play with plus they always find ways to unwind and reset their minds.

PYramid Head this is a real stain on your reputation and if you are to survive use an escrow going forward!!
137  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Beaware] There is a highly skilled and active Telegram scammer who knows you. on: May 03, 2024, 07:18:35 AM
Something similar happened to me though I was lucky enough that the amount was small. The scammer had a perfect execution of his plan which trapped me. Last week, someone impersonated me to one of my clients, luckily he was able to identify the scammer.
Nice to hear you were lucky not to fall for this scam!!

Btw, so how is it that these guys are knowing your contacts of business because these aren't people that are disclosed to the public... Unless these people start with those funny messages in the official chat group of who do I contact for marketing purposes etc and when directed to the right person they now execute their scams and impersonation...

I suppose besides the Admins don't PM you first, I think bitcointalk PM authentication should help clean this mess, unless chat history exists then one can keep the conversation going.

138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which device do you prefer for gambling ? on: May 03, 2024, 01:13:59 AM
As much as playing on a handheld device such as a mobile device is convenient, it's actually not the best option as interface is not as user friendly as the desktop version, and some functionality gets limited ās the experience gets optimised which doesn't give the user the full power of the platform...For example, I have had first hand experience on most of these platforms with regards to cashouts and realised that it's easy to get a cashout on Desktop than it is on mobile which I don't understand, then for casino games depending on game provider some experience doesn't change but for some the gameplay and UI do have a different feel.. otherwise Desktop experience is superior over all other platforms.
