1361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Extra weeks added to bounty campaign on: November 05, 2019, 09:25:48 AM
Of course, that's a good thing because it's a sign that the services/product you are promoting receives great number of sales due to your advertisement. Always remember that they will not extend the bounty in the first place if they no longer get any benefits in return. Imagine, why they are willing again to spend good amount of BTC for you to extend wearing their signature? It is a clear sign that you and all of the participants of such campaign is working effectively Cheesy. Don't hesitate, just grab it as long as no issues make you concern!
1362  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Pilipinas Bitcointalk Org Shirt on: November 05, 2019, 05:37:12 AM
Ang binoto ko ay round neck t-shirt lang dahil mas casual sya tignan compare to others and besides mas mura sya Smiley. When it comes to color, I suggest na black or white lang dahil unisex colors ito thus everyone could like it.

Pagdating naman sa tatak mga kabayan, maganda siguro kung yung "bitcointalk.org" ay sa may back part malapit sa batok na lang tapos may bukod na design sa harap which is based sa mga naiisip niyo Cheesy. In this manner, hindi tayo maiilang suotin yung damit dahil alam ko naman yung iba sa atin ang iniisip ay magmumukha tayong mga nagpopromote ng product/sevices. Meron syang fashion statement due to art design.
1363  Economy / Economics / Re: The market starts looking real nice in Q2, 2019 on: November 04, 2019, 10:21:12 PM
I'm still not impressed because UNTIL now we can't get off the $10k mark. I mean, there's nothing wrong of expecting even more, right Grin? I'm already tired of looking at the price ranging only to $9k+ to $10k hahaha. I just hope November of this year will be very nice to us, I hope btc continue to rise for us to have greater money when the Christmas holiday comes.
1364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Donating the Gambling profits on: November 04, 2019, 02:04:18 PM
But what I've felt is if I give money directly to the needy, he might misuse it. Lots of them will buy drugs and cheap alcohol as they are addicted to it. So buying them food myself serves it better Smiley
Indeed, give them basic needs not a thing which is used for buying basic needs, obviously there's a huge difference between the two. So instead of giving them money we should give them food and clothes etc., it would be so much better. Now you can have peaceful nights with no longer gettting bothered whether they misused the money that you gave or not Grin.

But if you can afford and whole-heartedly willing to give them job opportunities then why not. That's the best solution because I believe in a saying "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime".
1365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 04, 2019, 11:35:55 AM
Lakers had the momentum, they are in a winning streak so they probably continue that here.
Yup! Especially knowing the fact that they might become farther ahead from the others if they defeated Spurs. From 5-1 to 6-1, that's a huge inspiration to work harder Smiley.
he also trust his teammates a lot which I think they will again dominate the inside
That is also what I noticed over the years while  watching Lebron play. He is now more of working with his teammates rather than doing "I am the King, I can do this on my own" plays. But in all fairness, he still manage to shine despite of competition from his fellow All Star teammates Smiley.
1366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 03, 2019, 09:45:06 PM
Another new challenge for Los Angeles Lakers tonight when they face San Antonio Spurs in At Center, both teams played 5 games,
I believe that LA Lakers can pull this off as well. Their All Star Players are enough to conquer Spurs. (most probably). On the other hand, DeRozan and his team got a homecourt advantage tho which can add up to their self cofidence Smiley. Let's find out.
both teams played 5 games, they win four and lost one and both teams have a great performance and both teams lost their one game against Los Angeles Clippers !
This is a clear sign that Clippers (Kawhi to be more specific) is their kryptonite. Change my mind Grin.
1367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: November 03, 2019, 02:05:39 PM
Both fighters will get Vegas rematch for sure... but it needs time for Diaz to heal.
It can happen in 2020 for sure.
Dana White is not interested to have a rematch right now and if Nate would have won we would have seen the trilogy between Conor and Nate Diaz
Even me also no longer interested for a rematch after we knew the result. There's no more need to sertle in my opinion, Their match was concluded through a stoppage but that's okay. Masvidal cleanly and fairly made his cut anyway Roll Eyes. I'm now looking forward on the next championship match between Covington and Usman.
1368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Donating the Gambling profits on: November 03, 2019, 10:33:23 AM
If I won a lottery then I might consider helping others but I am not going to spend a part as charity thing.
I like this kind or way of helping others because it is the same principle I have Smiley. Why would you choose to donate on a charity where there's a risk for your money to get corrupted instead of giving it directly on the needy? That's what always running on my mind. I prefer to give food and clothes to beggars along the streets rather than donating money on charities or giving tithes on church since some of them (not all of course) just used it for covering up their shady activities.
1369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Donating the Gambling profits on: November 03, 2019, 02:45:37 AM
Although I do not donate the proceeds I earn in gambling to charity, I always make it a point that I treat my family members or buy them something unexpectedly. Like what I have mentioned before, all the income that I earn from gambling, I consider them as something that should be quickly disposed as they might be a bad omen if I keep them long.
Aw, that's so nice. I also do that sometimes especially when I win. Just giving our family members something that are useful  can also mean a lot to them provided that they wouldn't mind were the money came from. Grin
Good for you guys. Gift giving in any kind of form is a good attitude to practice, like what the old saying says: sharing is caring Cheesy.

Anyway, I don't think it's a bad omen to keep money from gambling activities too long. I mean, it was considered a product of your hardwork and luck so technically speaking it was a blessing. If you suddenly spend your gambling earnings, does it also mean that you are not conforming to a good management of money? What do you think? Well, we have different perspectives in life so be it Smiley.
1370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 02, 2019, 02:54:23 AM
Have a quick break Smiley. End of first half and the score is 48-58 in favor of Mavs.

Porzingris and Dincic are doing great however I'm a little bit bothered because Doncic already got 3 personal fouls. This foul trouble might hinders him to maintain good defense on the remaining quarters. On the other hand, Lebron seems carrying his team again Grin. His hands are starting to get hot, let's see if it was enough to win this game.
1371  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 02, 2019, 12:49:46 AM
Warriors' Stephen Curry undergoes surgery, out at least three months

Though it's not a very long time to wait unlike on Klay Thompson's injury, but still it is a very big loss for the Dub Nation knowing the fact that they really need him most especially in these crisis times. Let's hope he recover as soon as possible because I really doubt that Russel and Green could csrry their team Cheesy.
1372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 01, 2019, 05:32:34 AM
Agreed! Kawhi will play. His absence versus the Jazz was load management made by Doc Rivers so he can play versus a more important game versus the Spurs.
Clippers won, 103-97. Kawhi and the gang tarnish the clean record of Spurs making them now 3-1 Grin. Honestly, it was a very close match, maybe the only difference is the Clippers made more points on the the 3rd that's why they won.
1373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the difference between altcoin and bitcoin ?? on: November 01, 2019, 02:09:20 AM
No offense mate but what are you asking is a little bit broad. Did you even try first to make a research about it? I advice you to do it own your own first because some of the members here don't tolerate spoonfeeding Grin.

Anyway, let me give my own answer for your question. Bitcoin and altcoins both fall as cryptocurrency. Let's just say that btc is the pioneer and the rest is a copycat Grin (but some of them really got interesting features tho which btc don't have).
1374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What scares you the most? on: October 31, 2019, 11:15:21 PM
Aside from affecting my personal interests such as losing private keys, wrong sending etc. What I feared the most is when the time comes that transaction fees grows bigger and bigger until it almost break even the amount of money you'll send. I'm not an expert when it comes to these things but is it really possible? Grin
By the way, Happy Halloween!
Happy Halloween Smiley.
1375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 5 Movies Predicted to Win 2020 Oscar for Best Picture on: October 31, 2019, 10:21:00 PM
Is the audience impact a factor greatly considered on picking the winner receiving the Oscar's or thr jury only based on the structure of the movie itself? Because if it does then the poll is over, it would be Joker for the win Smiley. I like this movie because it was so depressing. I mean the director of it effectively shown how Joaquin shifted from best to worst version of himself, I really love it.
1376  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Maliliit na trivia tungkol sa Bitcoin on: October 31, 2019, 02:36:13 PM

and also considering na pang IT lang halos noon ang crypto currency kaya siguro napaka limitado lang ng mga nakakaalam kaya yong mga early adopters ay hindi ganon kadami.
Lol Grin.
[snip]
1377  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoiners on here have actually used bitcoin/crypto for commerce? on: October 31, 2019, 11:49:56 AM
So how many people on here have actually used cryptocurrency in real life?
The dominating digital wallet here in our country not only stores top cryptos like bitcoin (xrp, eth and bch are also included) but also got extra feature like Bills and Payment and Buying Prepaid Load. I haven't experienced paying bills just yet but I already done it when buying prepaid load for my phone. Actually I always buy load every week. I no longer go to store for doing such thing because I can already do it anytime and anywhere using this wallet Cheesy.
1378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Andy Ruiz vs Anthony Joshua II on: October 30, 2019, 10:51:23 PM
But if Ruiz then definitely it will be an easy fight for either Fury and Wilder and I think both of them can defeat Ruiz easily.
I would agrees somehow. I mean Ruiz got a huge gap against Wilder or Fury. The height and reach advantage already tells a significant factor. However, I can't still get rid of my mind how Ruiz beat down a tall and masculine guy like Joshua. What I'm thinking is that if he able to do it on Joshua then it's not also impossible for him to do it on the other two. Once Ruiz break their guard and make a close contact, he might win of course. Let's see what would be the outcome Cheesy.
1379  Economy / Economics / Re: Differences between an investor and common man! on: October 30, 2019, 01:19:29 PM
But, a common man cannot become an investor without looking for that job. Let's take for example bitcoin investment now, I chose this investment and made some investment in it because I had savings from the job that I have worked for.  It has been my desire to be an investors, but the opportunity did not come, because you cannot become an investor without money, so it was when I started saving up from my job money that I really made a very good investment in bitcoin.
Indeed, investor and a common man with a job is almost the same. The only difference I think of is their kind of mindset. The common man usually got short term goals only while the other one make real plans to secure his future.

Take this an example, both common man and an investor got their own jobs. After they received their monthly salary, the common man usually tend to buy gadgets or new clothes but the business-minded investor most probably use a portion of his money to start a cafeteria. On the next payday, the common might buy a gadget again or anything which is in the trend while the investor use again some money to expand his menu or invest for creating a new branch. See the difference Cheesy.
1380  Local / Pamilihan / Re: HELP!!!!
Pero sa sobrang dami minsan ng pw mo ay nakakalimutan mo ns ito kaya better to have a hard copy of it. Pero kung gusto ml eh mabilisan lang, make you passwords almost similar to one another. I mean may few difference lang between each pw. For example ang pw mo sa FB ay "12345" then maaring gawin kong pw sa Twitter ay "12345juandelacruz". Through this, magkakaroon ka ng hint or mas madali mo matatandaan mga pw mo Grin.
