1421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Linea Voyager Quest Discussion on: June 17, 2023, 03:29:58 AM
Creating the thread to all forum users who are engaging on Linea Voyager Quest. Heads up to all, we can all discuss and help out each other upon completing this task for the Linea testnet campaign on galxe. Im starting off the discussion with the official link of Galxe campaign:

https://galxe.com/Linea/campaign/GCzWYUZXj4

Also its quite comparable the last quest with 2500 points to the normal quest of Linea through on chain and off chain weekly task. 11m total participants vs 300k plus means the difference are too big for real users.

It seems farmers and bots are heavily joined. Hope to cut them down for the next remaining two weekly task for its completion.

1422  Economy / Speculation / Re: This year is dumping ground for bitcoin on: June 16, 2023, 09:56:58 AM
have America caught Satoshi and warn him to stop this bitcoin from gaining value? Talk please, but my advise is to reduce your buying strategies and watch.
Even Satoshi cant control the price action of bitcoin. Are you telling us to be cautious of potential price drop? Well thanks for that, but some prefer to dca or even bag more when some are panicking. Sadly, this is available only to people with deep pocket who can average their buy out during when its high.
1423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Archway Airdrop on: June 16, 2023, 06:38:42 AM
From my little research @cryptoaddictchie is not someone who would come to promote a shitcoin or fake airdrop in that such manner.
Thanks but I actually sharing this since I staked atom. So might wanna help those who are also stakers that are unaware of this potential drop.

@cryptoaddictchie is well recognized on the forum and has a good reputation which i know he wouldn't want to partake in anything that may tanish his image, he must also have trusted them before bringing them up to the forum
I didnt know I was a recognize that well here but thanks. Its not that Ive trusted them I just found out this drop few days ago since they announced it. Im not promoting this for disclaimer, I just actually informing a news to anyone who might be eligible for this.

Most of the airdrop being promoted by @cryptoadditchie requires a participation on the blockchain of that specific project therefore there’s a work done here to receive an airdrop.
Yeah mostly retroactive drops cause since then nothing gets from actual free airdrop and if they did most likely its a scam compared to retroactive ones. But this one though, involved staking, using bridge, or deploying a contract. Only got the staking alone.

Oh and btw here is the summarize from the team.

1424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins airdrops you received so far for the year 2023 on: June 16, 2023, 04:30:11 AM
Take a look at the screenshot published below and you will understand that it is not enough to connect social network accounts including Github to get the mint Guild Pin opportunity. It is possible that the "Some secret requirements" that the developers write about may be the age of the Twitter account or the date of joining Discord or something else that I do not know about.
Well in that case I might be wrong. But its a good thing then, to know that they entirely put that secret minting eligibility to work. Though even before they announced it Ive already minted the pin. Cause Im fond of minting guild pins. But like in the image Ive also connected those social and accounts of mine.
1425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Potential Retroactive Airdrop "Burnt" (Xion) on: June 15, 2023, 09:41:25 PM
Yes thats you read it right fom the title. Few hours ago a project Ive been scouting has announced their public testnet on June 20th. This is an L1 project related with Injective Protocol. Im sharing this for those who wants to be early for some task or follow a project. Lately some are late to notice a potential drop like arbitrum, sui and many more.

Here is the official announcement:

PS: Read on details on their medium post, everything is there. Just follow and participate if you feel its worth your time if not then its cool. Just sharing to our crypto enthusiast and fond of retroairdrops.
1426  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: You can only use bitcoin maximalist strategy to succeed in the market on: June 15, 2023, 02:14:44 PM
I believe that, but you've seen a lot of bad news these days about crypto. That makes us have to wait a long time, I actually hope that BTC will again grab the latest ATH.
Yes and thats inevitable. Market has a cycle and we knew that down is also a part of it. Lets just hope for the best to reach or surpass its ATH but it will take a while due to a lot of fuds. Government or mostly SEC still wanna pry out the crypto industry on US which affect everyone due to their posistion. But bitcoin can never be sue or use for their regulations. Well they cant sue Satoshi since he never existed since his absence.
1427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Archway Airdrop on: June 15, 2023, 10:24:17 AM
Airdrops are mostly promoted as fake. Here is a chart showing how many people will win this airdrop and how much money they will get.
Its not fake Im following the official site and you could see some posted their eligibility for archway. What you mean chart? Are you saying they wont distribute the tokens? I doubt that since the project is legit and got presale on coinlist. Regarding the price value, they would do 0.20$ each on their sale if you compute that on possible reward 207 x 0.2 its $41 but if its the same as on their sale of course it will go up thats how tou could earn more.
1428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: BestChange retrodrop [Claim memorable NFTs] on: June 15, 2023, 10:14:28 AM
The number of tokens will be determined after the collection of all applications. All eligible applicants will definitely receive their tokens.
Oh thanks Im sure there will be many but its better to set the nft tokens as little as possible for its scarce. Sometimes lower quantity lead to its bigger value due to demand.

Blur is currently only available on Ethereum, we will use opensea and rarible.
Oh I see I think thats good choice. If you need another choice this platform also good and supported more than 10 chains for nft marketplace.

1429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins airdrops you received so far for the year 2023 on: June 15, 2023, 08:15:43 AM
So there will be significantly fewer Linea fans in the next quest.
Im not sure though cause I minted the guild pin before I set it up my gitcoin passport. Meaning the only thing needed to connect on your guild are those social accounts. So if other farmer got some socials like twitter and discord thats enough to mint the pin.

who knows, these people are just collecting info for their personal gain.
Could be right so better to be careful when it comes to platform issuance of kyc. As much as possible use all dummy like social accounts which isnt have any vital info.
1430  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: You can only use bitcoin maximalist strategy to succeed in the market on: June 15, 2023, 05:54:02 AM
They see no reason to be scared even if the market is going down.  Those who really understand the market will always overcome tough bear market, but it will be challenging for people who don't have understanding.
Yes for a bitcoin maximalist. For sure those guys have a lot of bitcoin even before, but those who bought it when its expensive already its not like that. Some are probably bound by fear too when the market is crashing and attempted to sell before it gone so down. Anyway in my opinion bitcoin will always recovered as there are whales who love to move the market up when others are so fearful.
1431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nft buy and sell exchange? on: June 14, 2023, 11:06:50 PM
NFT and all other coins has same procedure that its price depend upon last price open trade by seller. The only difference between nfts and other coin is supply.
Im talking about the liquidity. Let say you have an nft im your wallet can you sell it right away on the current market price? Definitely youll put an order to the lowest buying bid but you need to wait first unless someone bid for your nft. But the demand for that is depend on your nft, it could be skip by someone even the price is lower. What Im saying is the capability to make your nft liquid right away which is clearly can be done by tokens.

I am not sure about auction facility. But in Opensea you can make an offer to the NFT owner. Regardless of the price they are listed in, you can make your own offer. So that's a good start if you are looking to get into NFT market.
Yes Im aware of that been using three to four marketplace for nft. Im asking is the exchange if theres an exchange foe instant liquidity when you can sold your nft right away. Though on bluemove sui market theres a feature of instant sell even though there is no bid offer but the price is like low.
1432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Archway Airdrop on: June 14, 2023, 10:31:16 PM

1433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: BestChange retrodrop [Claim memorable NFTs] on: June 14, 2023, 12:44:36 PM
Although there are noticeably more applicants than those who will actually receive the token due to additional restrictions.
Oh can I ask if all signature participants are sure for the slot of the nfts? Are we guaranteed to receive it if we send the address via pm. If its alright, can I ask how many nfts are ups for mints? Opensea and blurr I guess the most use nft platform, you could consider those on marketplaces for this nft.
1434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Nft buy and sell exchange? on: June 14, 2023, 10:27:16 AM
Im wondering if there is a platform or someone already coding a platform for nft where there is an actual buy and sell. We all know that nft is an auction style market. Where actual value will depend once only it got sold. Though there are terms called floors to represent the current value but can be change suddenly when there are some who actually sweeping the nfts. You think an exchange for nft would be feasible or the process would be stay as is?

Im just asking whats your thought since there are lots of saturated nft projects that stays on wallets and dont have real value.
1435  Economy / Reputation / Re: 5 Years, 5000 Merit and 7000 Posts. on: June 14, 2023, 08:56:45 AM
My story is probably isn't new, many members built better profiles than mine in a short time, but the thing you need to understand is that it isn't difficult AT ALL to have a good place in this forum, you don't need coding skills or to be able to speak multiple languages, you don't even need to know how Bitcoin actually works, all you have to do is remain consistent and do your best to learn and share knowledge.
I think this is my most favorite paragraph ever read from someone posting an advice to everyone. Thats exactly should everyone would feel. The skills need here in forum is being consistent and not those technical well though thats a bonus and useful when it comes to discussion but be yourself and find a place where you are suited. Cant really post on some thread that we arent familiar or have knowledge, but questions could be a key if you want to discuss or know something.

I think that 5k merits are well deserved. Gratz to those achievement. Hope you could help more aspiring users to be just like you.
1436  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] whirlwind.money | Redefining Mixing | Signature Campaign ~Up to $150/week on: June 14, 2023, 07:40:45 AM
I can't say if I'm a prominent member, but I've been a CM participant for over three years. This campaign seems to have very strict criteria Wink
Indeed you are prominent. Almost all ex CM participants are probably(likely) described as that. But I think adding merits earned would be also consider I guess.
1437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is more secure, WBTC or BBTC (Binance Wappled bitcoin)? on: June 14, 2023, 07:34:25 AM
Which of these two is safer in the face of what we are going through now? WBTC or BBTC? Is BBTC mandatory linked to Binance? That is, if there is a blockade of assets or non-parity between what it claims to have and what it actually has, can the BBTC lose the 1:1 parity?
None can be spared I guess cause it is still considered as an altcoins. With the name derivation surely they have both smart contract representing bitcoin somehow but if its stored on an exchange still its subject to blockade if theres an event of freeze happened. Might as well use the original bitcoin instead.
1438  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Majority of investors are quitting, what are you doing? on: June 14, 2023, 05:57:43 AM
Isnt it a good time to invest when everybody is quitting already? Like tge favorite line on crypto, invest when others are fearful. I dont think you should quit because of the issues that arent half assess or even confirm that will turn out bad. Regarding SEC news lately, Im sure it will trimmed down and lie low for a while its not like everyday they are going to rampage and attack anyone on crypto. Gary is a total manipulators no doubt, so we just need to be patience with the market situation for now.
1439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins airdrops you received so far for the year 2023 on: June 14, 2023, 02:06:44 AM
You misunderstood the conditions of this quest. In order to get 2500 points, you just need to fulfill one of the conditions: either hold Bitcoin Passport or hold Galaxy Passport. If you don't have either, then you will need to buy a Guild Pin on https://guild.xyz/linea for 0.007 BNB + gas.
If only minting guils pin isnt that an easy way? Cause as far as I saw their post about sybil and bots they are saying that the next quest would be proof od humanity related. I think having 2/3 at least either galxe or gitcoin passport would be suffice to restrict sybil. Thats 0.007 or $2 is cheap to get a 2500 points comparable to difficulty of last weeks task.
1440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEC lawsuit caused massive market crash on: June 13, 2023, 07:30:35 PM
I’m wondering if Binance will leave the US market, are they can still work well?
US SEC are the only problem to cryptomarket while the other countries are not doing any pressure against the top exchanges. Binance will survive on this, though its better to wait for the real bottom of the price since there’s a chance for Binance to go lower $200 again, its sad but this might be the next price for BNB.
Could hit a big blow though but Binance could actually survive without US. I dont think they will stop or be stopped at this point. Its those guys from the US cant live without Binance I suppose (crypto maxi). They will need to do more on dexes if in any event most crypto exchange leave the US territory. If thats what they want then so be it. But I doubt there are hindrances on that. This Gary Gensler will have a lot of oppressors for sure.
