I have bought up 42 million digibyte in the last 72 hours on both Poloniex and Bittrex. This coin is the best and I will support a price over 100 with lots of bitcoin, it's not going below 100 again.

Pictures with proof and a signed address else you are spreading meaningless misinformation in hopes of prices rising on this for you to cover your buy price.

I strongly recommend people not take this persons gospel as a reason to go all in.

I like digibyte but i don't like shenanigans, especially from a 1 post account with a name ilovedigibyte.

48m coins for sale below 0.00000034. brilliant.

You should buy them. Supply and demand the coin is as cheap as someone can buy it for. Its inflating each day. With 100 million you can generate ok returns at 15 sat. Its only going to go cheaper in price as more coins are made and less buyers lining up for them.

I'm not interested in selling stakes for recurring income. I'd rather compound them and wait until we get a much larger marketcap like $1m+. This is a very real possibility, especially if we cut the pos reward.

Less supply for others to sell if you buy it up and create the demand then Smiley

Also the POS cut won't happen if there is no dev and enough stake concensus on existing coins to make it a reality. Milly seems to have moved on from their offer with just a single bug fix though with the disappearance i'd be checking that code update to make sure its not a repeat of lucky 7 for clients Smiley.

I'm not buying that up. Owning the 2nd largest balance is good enough. Besides I'd rather see the current sellers, listing millions of coins for sale, have to sell then at the bid and lower. I don't want to see them rewarded for being parasites.

Parasites? Someone that buys something and owns it as a possession is free to do with it as they will. I don't understand peoples hate for someone that sells at a price they don't seem acceptable. Its market pressures and will be as it always has Smiley. Thats the beauty of a free market... telling and expecting people to sell at a certain value makes everything all centralised and dictated to. I only suggested you buy them to absorb it if you thought them selling way too low, would be a good deal for you.

but what of two sealed motions to extend at the same time. perhaps they relate to Marjoree instead, one secret reason for homero and one secret reason for Marjoree.

Thing still remains it all is only about simply responding the the charges right now. They don't need these musical chairs right now to do that. Why seals requests to extend, why bring Marjoree to Connecticut even before even answering the charges. Answering or responing has to be able to be done remotely by anyone no?

Look closely at the wording - the second motion is to seal the first one, it's not a second extension. Not sure if that's standard procedure or maybe they filed a regular extension and later (well, the same day anyway) decided to seal it.

I think the lawyer has to be licensed in CT no matter if they're filing their paperwork remotely or not, that's why that other lawyer was the one filing everything up to this point and now I guess they both can do it.

IANAL of course, just trying to make sense of it. Garza or not, a federal case should make more sense than hashlets.

Its usual garza shenanigans. Say something then try to delete it or cover up hide later... e.g. say target then delete posts and later say i never said target. I remember his post about coming out of the movies and having big wig ceos angry at him about announcing the partnership.

Same with his sealed records... submit something realise everyone in the community will laugh at him and pull it to bits and inform the prosecutors of his lies... so he seals it later realising we can't have the fudders see things.

Or maybe the delay is because the kraken is sick and needs time to recover so they can release it?

Or maybe homero is writing up a cease and desist to the judge for people taking him to court.

SEALED MOTION to Extend Time to Respond

puzzled by that. The previous requests were not sealed and did not seem to contain any reason for the request. Simply a right as it were without having to give a reason? Now that those are used up, do they now request an extension and have to provide a reason, thus it is sealed (so no one can see why this time)?  Or is the actual request to extend time itself supposed to be sealed - which it clearly isn't since it is in black and white right there.

I think only the contents is supposed to be sealed. When I click on it in PACER it says I don't have permission to access it. So yes, I would guess that they are giving some kind of a "secret" reason for the extension and don't want anybody to know.

Its probably because the fudders will ruin his innocence. Likely doesn't want us muggles on the forums seeing his stupidty and getting a kick out of it Smiley. Im pretty sure thats the honest truth, that is if garza is capable of the truth.

Lot of live activity today, two more entries:

Very interesting:

A motion to seal is a formal request that is submitted to the court to prevent evidence and transcripts related to a specific court case from being available to the general public. An attorney who is licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where the case is heard usually initiates a motion of this type, although many jurisdictions will allow private citizens to file the motion through a court clerk. A court request to seal records is common in many situations, especially when the welfare of a minor could be adversely impacted if the court records were made readily available to the general public

Hi iv been staking 1.5 M sprouts for 11 days now with over 95% of gettin in 24 hours for over  3 days now . is diff way high? i always staked within 8 days with much less than i have now

Yes it is a lot higher. Need to acquire more to keep your stake at 5 days constantly. Its a rolling effect. Either you accept that as more and more coins enter the total cap you will continually get longer stake times or acquire more to keep up with it.

My bounty is still good. I will give 1 Million Sprouts for Presstab to come on board and reduce the staking yield.

What happened to the previous person that was taking it on? A lot of talk then silence.

Just quoting myself but milly gone? Might be worth checking that pull request to make sure there isn't any nefarious code. Sprouts still has a small market that can make around 1btc a week on 100 million owned.

DGB desperately needs an additional form of mining to appeal to users who want to support and secure the network, but don't have the time nor funds to set up and maintain expensive mining equipment.

There currently isn't much incentive for anyone to mine anything other than multipools, or one of the top coins they are heavily invested in. With a very carefully calculated PoS reward (there may be something better than PoS these days, I'm terribly out of date) it can appeal to the basic user.

https://www.whattomine.com/coins

Check out where the Qubit algo sits.

You can mine that with any gfx.

Number 6 out of all the coins you could mine is pretty darn good.

I think they mean for people that don't have the expertise or don't want to learn to setup something technical. I suggested ages back that there be a miner bundled with the qt wallet. You could have a tab for mining and just a single text box that says address to mine to, a slider for max cpu/gpu to use and have it sit at 20% as a min and a go button. Have it link through to the dgb dev pool so devs get benefit long term. This way everyone mines that wants to with a wallet.. it encourages more wallets to stay open as peers and you get a larger audience mining admittedly at a lower rate.

Putting it up there again... seems a no brainer to me!

Hashlets were confusing. I was trying to figure out how gawtards figured it out. For fake mining it was very complicated. I guess I couldn't figure out how to set it to mmpool, hence the scam. I just wanted 10ghs free. I still don't know wtf waffle pool was and why gawtards chose it. It didn't even exist, why would they mine there? Demand slush or something.

Remember how josh was going to offer bitcoin staking proof of stake at a later date? and rayguns!!!

I was just able to log on to Cryptsy a few minutes ago.  Isn't this new website that Vernon has considered to be property that can be seized to pay back Cryptsy customers?

bitebi9.com is not Paul. They even tell you that when you open a ticket demanding that he release the funds stolen from cryptsy.
I know project investors was involved in setting it up, and the fact that Paul ran to hide in china as this site was set up looks suspicious...
but if they say it isn't related it must be true... after all people associated with crypto can't lie on the internet...
its like garza homero didnt do it it was josh. ask for bao luo to release your money Smiley. bao luo owns. itebi9 not paul vernon.

i pretty much agree with you...i think this whole tier system was part of a delay tactic.they know how to police others and cant protect shit

Withdrawals on btc wallet is not open... thats why coins keep moving out of it :/... it must all be going to cold storage at localbitcoins etc heh.
1437  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: March 19, 2016, 02:39:36 AM
Right this moment Im sure people are looking to replicate this attack elsewhere, does shapeshift avoid this by lining up contracts not holding the funds itself Im not sure

They do to some extent. Even if shapeshift has to hold some reserves for faster trading that's still far less than when users start treating an exchange as an online wallet.

However Cryptsy's issue - if we believe the official story, which is shaky at best - wasn't really the centralized nature of the exchange. It was the sheer stupidity of holding 10k+ BTC in "warm" wallets. Any properly operating exchange should not sacrifice security for convenience and should not put more funds at risk than is absolutely necessary to keep in the hot wallet at any given time. Which can still become a big issue if it goes unnoticed for a long period, e.g. Bitstamp hack, so obviously it has to be done with all sorts of other alerts and precautions,

Funny how the funds got "warm" after Team Cryptsy had just announced that funds weren't online (cold wallet/storage) and an audit had just taken place, thus the site was safe and ready to accept more moneys into the system.

Funny, still, how Paul Vernon claims in this blog that spending was cut back due to the hack, but a ~U$1.3M home was purchased for him and his retarded wife and two retarded kids, retarded because that's the ONLY reason I can think of for the honorable Paul Vernon to leave his loving family for another Chinese piece of ass not as retarded having a normal kid that may or may not be sucking his new daddy's dick.

Maybe paul thought the servers being in a cold airconditioned environment meant that was cold storage?

Just read the tweet...the receiver has been identified:

http://www.sallahcox.com/james-d-sallah-esq.html

Edit: As bad as this situation is there is a TON of value left in Cryptsy. It is foreseeable that it can continue to operate under new management. The bad management by the current team should not reflect on new future owners/operators. Yes, it will be difficult to overcome the stigma left with what occurred to get them to this point but as a whole the only downfall was the (supposed) theft of funds.

Does this mean bitebi9 has to close down because they are using the trade engine which is IP of project investors and not licensed to them? Bao Luo aka Paul Vernon should lose that then right....

Bitebi9 may have purchased the right to use the trade engine/source, etc....the receiver will have to look at the terms of the contract (if there is one) and try to extract as much value out of it for the benefit of the creditors/debtors/account holders. Keep in mind though that trying to enforce anything with a company in China will be difficult at best (I would imagine).

I suppose you (court/judge) could connect the dots and make a case that Bitebi9 was a "way out" of the mess by Paul and attempt to take over control of that company as well but again...China :/  ...think there is a word/legal term for this type of thing but it's been a long week. e.g someone takes all the assets of a failed business to start a new one leaving the debtors holding the bag.

bitebi9 is paul vernon aka project investors.. surely selling it to yourself for nothing or giving it away to yourself would look shonky and not hold up. But then again when he's in china how are you going to stop him using it... o look i recoded something that just happens to look like the old one.. i stayed up all night to do it because im just that awesome at it.

i can confirm it worked for me as well. I was curious so signed for an account and played 2 casual games. Credit occurred straight after the game finished. Not sure if its on a time check or what for the credits but it worked.

I received 4 digibytes for 13 kills and a loss
I received 1 digibyte for 3 kills and a loss

Please note that the reporting is incorrect. Digibyte gaming seems to track game wins in correctly. A game win is out of the 15 rounds getting the majority. Digibyte gaming reports "round wins" e.g. my second game score was 8-1. Since its of 15 rounds at 8-1 its impossible for us to win so the game is over. It reported me as 1 game win which is wrong.. its 1 round won. I recommend this team changes it to rounds won or fixes the api call so its games. But since each line is a match im going to assume they meant rounds won.

The rewards are pretty low but i guess its sort of a faucet where you don't have to type captchas which is good. Games last around 30 mins average so when you consider thats 8 dgb an hour or 400 sat if you go on normal dgb market prices which is around half a faucet claim.

Im curious as to how they will watch earnings.. there are some small maps with lightning fast rounds that would accumulate more dgb faster and look like botting but its not. Im going to assume they base reward on performance where there is a max dgb you can earn per hour. This would be the smart way to go to prevent such abuse.

works in competitive too. I am guessing it uses the api to rake all games. as competitive has more rounds (max 30) and gives more chance for kills this is the best option to play if you want to maximise your dgb game wise. Honestly if you are a csgo gamer like myself signing up is a must. You lose nothing and only gain some dgb. I admit its a small amount read really small amount but it does raise awareness and spread the competitiveness of the game which is good. Its actually a good advertising strategy faucet wise. You should advertise it as a faucet that doesn't put you to hassle.
