It seems you dont know it is one of the tactics project use this day to cover their failure. I have seen project that allocated less down $10000 for bounty hunters still complaining that hunters are responsible for the dumping. I keep on reminding many of them that they are the one responsible for their failure. How will you offer up to 50% discount on the purchase of your token to investors and you will eventually blame the hunters for your token dump. I have made a lot of reviews to show people that many investors should watch out closely before putting their money on any project. If you know huge bounty allocation will make your project get dumped, Why not allocate less to bounty campaign and let people that want to join be part of the campaign.

It depend on the largeness of the project. When we are talking about team, we should not consider advisors as part of the team because they aren't part of the core team. For a small scale project, 5-10 team is OK while for a medium scale project, 15-25 team is OK while for the large scale project, 30-50 team member is OK. Depending on what you want. You already mentioned CMC which I believe it is resourceful in term of providing you information about any new listed coin and the exchange in which they are being listed. Talking about buying a newly listed coin, you need to be very careful, all else you may end up regretting because you can lose your money. Many of the newly listed coin are priced 100% below the crowd sales price which might not reach its peak price in years. Except on top exchange like binance, I will never advice anyone to go and buy newly listed coin

The most painful part is that many of this project that always locks bounty hunters token will turn scam before the locking period is over. Some of them will not even tell you that they have locked it or not. I still remembered SUBAJ token. It is almost a year now and non of the hunters have seen the final bounty allocation not to talk of receiving the bounty rewards. Many of them will not tell you that bounty will be locked but they will always tell the BM to put a note that "the development team have the right to change the rules at any time". Bounty hunters token locking is another way of scamming poor hunters this days. I am patiently waiting to see what Xcrypt will also do.

Depending on your budget. If you have a good project and you can convince big exchange that your project worth listing on their website then you can go for Binance. I have seen many people saying binance charge high fee. Well for me it worth it if truly you are not running a midget project. There are some decent exchange with real traders and moderately low charging fee. These include STEX, Liquid and Kucoin.I personally like STEX, it is one of the oldest exchange platform. Only few dev have always considered get listed their. Also you must do your own research as well. Avoid listing on platforms that run multiple IEO. Most of them are not good. they are good for fundraising but will never be a decent exchange platform

The main financial issue in the African countries is that there is not parity in wealth distribution. Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies doesn't have the power to resolve this issue! The only good cryptos can do is that people will have control to their own wealth where government can't interfere! However, the main reason why majority of the African countries are in bad state, is the failure of their governments. Otherwise, Africa sits on the richest mineral and diamond deposits, they can be the richest continent on earth. But due to failed administration, they have become the poorest continent! Blockchain or cryptos can't do much unless the governments want it, apart from having control on their own wealth! I am from Africa and I believe the advent of cryptocurrency has really helped so many African to be able to bridge the gap that exists between working online and getting paid. Before, it was not easy to work online. Not because Africans do not have the skill but most payment processors are not available for many African countries but with many crowdworking platform increasingly accepting crypto, Africans can now compete with the rest of the world. I read somewhere in the forum that CMC has stopped listing many exchange platforms. I do not know how true it is but let me tell you that it is no more news that many exchange platforms fake trading volumes to attract people. In fact, I personally wrote a blog revealing why many investors should be very careful in trading on some platforms. 99% of any new launched exchange platforms are guilty of this. Some of them should be better refers to as fundraising platform rather than a crypto trading platform. IEO is the latest means through which many of these fake volume exchanges are using as leverage.

This is not the first time people will warn crypto traders and investors that they should not believe so much on crypto forecast. Just because crypto went up, we are already hearing and seen many people making predictions here and there that BTC will reach so so amount of price. I am happy the crypto price drop. Well, it is not only Uganda but also Nigeria. After the tension and shock of the popular scam scheme called MMM. There was a time the Nigerian Central Bank also warn everyone to stay away from cryptocurrency and any other unregulated schemes. Although there has never been a time the government talked of banning crypto but it seems we might see a regulation regarding crypto. I think Uganda central bank is doing the same thing. It is very through that crypto is risky and I do not see anything bad if the Central Bank says this.

I recently noticed the same thing about a particular project here on bitcointalk. When I checked the original price on IEO, I made comment about the actual amount of the token allocated for the project on the bounty page on telegram, but immediately the bounty manager sited this, He quickly deleted this. Most hunters that usually fall for this strategy used by some bounty managers are the Jr Member and Member rank. However, I believe some bounty manager that does this will definitely not go far. I have seen many of them and some of them are technically defeated. if token allocated for a campaign is $2k, I do not see anything bad for the bounty manager to tell the hunters. It is an individual decision to join or leave for another campaign.

if I prefer yahoo62278 because even though the project is old indeed, he hardly chooses a project he holds. for example mb8 which runs for 10 months and the results are very satisfying for those who follow mb8 is long overdue. Many investors are still in darkness over the future of the project. You did not add yahoo62278, he is one of the best managers I have ever seen here. Although He does not manage many bounty campaigns when he has one, you can be very sure it will turn out well. btcltigigger is another great manager I have participated in his bounty ago. He has managed great bounties but I stop participating in his bounties due to high numbers of unsuccessful project. a lot of cheaters are always joining his campaign and most time he does not get to catch them probably because he managed a lot of bounties. Arteezy.rtx is also good. he managed decent campaigns but lately, he is not updating spreadsheet regularly like he uses to do before. He is very strict, especially with blog campaign. If you are a bounty hunter that like copy and pasting and plagiarizing content, Arteezy.rtx will definitely find out and you will get zero stakes. Also if you are one of those that write substandard articles in multiple blogs, you will have 0 stakes. Arteezy.rtx signature campaign is also good. Although, I do not like the wide margin in stake between various ranking.

Firstly, only top exchange delist dead and scam projects regularly. Other crawling exchange do not delist token like that. Probably they are thinking the daily volume will reduce which is part of the reasons why I do not like many second and third tier exchange. About the issue of bounty campaign, we all know that bounty will always be available. However, hunters might continue to witness low payment plus bad treatment from dev due to increasing numbers of participants. Also since many projects are now joining IEO, many good ones may not launch bounty campaign except they intend to Launch their IEO on third tier exchange platforms

Every IEO done by binance has an increased price in market. You'd require BNB token to invest in an IEO in binance and everytime an IEO is launched in it's launchpad, the price of BNB token rises. So, it's easily predictable that BNB price would increase when Binance would decide another coin to be launched in its launchpad.
Getting program accepted for listing on binance launchpad is highly competitive. Just like it is when you want to list your coin on their exchange website. From my experience, most bounties with large allocations always result in problems. Either the bounty hunters are locked for a long period of time to prevent dumping of tokens. It is part of strategies used by project dev to attract many hunters in promoting their tokens. Subaj is one of them. Up till today, ( almost a year now) bounty hunters token were not allocated not to talk about being distributed. Also, the CEO on the telegram page has turned to ban anyone that makes a provocative comment about the bounty programme. A lot still exist today but recently old bounty hunters are getting wiser
