You are right trend is based on speculation. Being hype is a good feature of a memecoin. Dont know if meme has useful utility anyway they dont work like that and comparing to L1 or bitcoin.

Since being open source they show that they are lenient and open for the codes of the wallet and dont have malicious attempt to manipulate it at will. I think this is a major fud and lack validity on their part. Also quite tokens are mentioned being a security here. I believe Binance will fight back this is a major dragged to all crypto. Market is being pinned down. Gensler should read the comments on his post on twitter.

Well for some projects that have amazing utility it kinda works I guess. Like example, launchpad tokens or dex. Isnt it? Like pancakeswap, uniswap. They have a very useful product.
