1481  Economy / Collectibles / [SOLD] BTCC 2016 V-Series 5 BTC Coin & Signed Business Card by Bobby Lee! on: November 20, 2016, 09:38:58 PM
Up for sale is a BTCC 2016 V-Series 5 BTC Titanium Coin in Luxury Presentation Case!! This is the last 5 BTC Coin I will have for sale at an unbeatable price. You will also receive a BTCC Business Card Signed by CEO Bobby Lee!!! Grin

Included in this bundle is:

BTCC Five Bitcoin in Presentation Case/Display. Loaded with 5 Bitcoins, freshly mined from Block Rewards.
BTCC Business Card - signed by CEO Bobby Lee.

The coin is a 50 mm diameter physical bitcoin, 5mm thick, struck in pure titanium; it is extra large to fully convey the value of having five bitcoins in the palm of your hand.
The coin is housed in elegant solid beech etui with a crushed velvet lining. Each etui contains a removable coin well that can be hoisted at an angle with the included stainless steel module for presentation.
To commemorate BTCC’s fifth anniversary, each Five Bitcoin coin’s reverse side is meticulously inscribed with the words “FIVE” in 21 major languages. The inscriptions are bound by a solid round line symbolizing the universality of bitcoin.

Five Bitcoin has a total production limit of 500 coins.

You may be surprised at the price I am asking. The BTCC Mint Store is selling these for 6 BTC each. I am asking a significant amount less than that.

BTCC Mint Store Price: 6 BTC excluding FedEx shipping.
Zepher Sales Price: SOLD including UPS 48hr Courier Shipping (for the USA). For UK buyers, I will choose another local 24hr Courier Service.

The only payment address is: 1VAULTPU7XXsB5h6pb6VdZE7ZxKHCxmVb

I will never ask you to send payment to any other address besides the one in my signature and on my forum profile.

Escrow through a mutually agreeable person is welcome. You pay any associated fees. I reserve the right to request upfront payment from newbies and users with no trade history.

Any questions, PM me, or post in the thread. Please note I am seeking a BTC sale only. I am not interested in trades for this particular item. Thanks Smiley

1483  Economy / Collectibles / Re: New coins for sale. Custom made, very limited on: November 20, 2016, 08:22:16 PM
Well, let me start with something positive first, congratulations on releasing your own coin with amazing designs. I really like them, so well done! The thing that I do not like is the price, the hologram which looks hand cut and the fact that you hand polished them (which resulted scratches in the coins). It's always better to not polish minted coins as that almost always decreases their value significantly.

I'll not state that your coins are overpriced, because I do not know how much time and effort was put into this. I also don't know how much minting, design creation and hologram making was. Seeing as you only minted 4*4 coins there must be a pretty heavy markup on the coins, which is to bad. Undecided

Anyway, I wish you all the best and keep up those nice designs!

Thanks finally something positive. I dont expect to sell them anyway so we will see. Sorry about the price but I need to cover some lossed from changing the mistakes before about the chicago bulls head. I dont think it would have been a major concern anyway but I had to spend lots of money changing for some people who wouldnt have even bought the coin in the 1st place. Seams like a rat race in here and I was expecting people who appreciated bitcoin.

Firstly, congrats on the release of your coins. I will say that I genuinely like the design.

That said, the hologram looks like it has been cut by hand, and is not a perfect circle covering the area where the private key goes. Aesthetically, this is a sub-par job and just doesn't look great Sad

You have already explained how the scratches came about, so I wont repeat questions that have already been asked surrounding that.

Pricing: For a quality coin that has been professionally made, has no imperfections like those scratches, has been assembled properly (the holo for example does not look good as I mentioned already), the coin is in an airtite, and is presented in a nice ETUI - then $200 might be a price I would be willing to pay for one of these. Unfortunately, you have a fantastic looking design - but the scratches, the holo placement/cutting, no mention of presentation etc - makes your pricing excessive.

Now - I can understand that you obviously made a significant loss with your previous endeavour. That Bull Coin was an awesome design as well, and is something I would have purchased had it not been infringing copyrighted material. The coin looked good (what we saw of it), and the presentation that it came with made it look like a premium item. This ticks a lot of "my boxes" when it comes to purchasing a new coin on the market. Had you found a way to legally sell that coin, I think it would have done very well . It is a shame that you had to shut that project down, and I am sorry you took a hit there financially.

That said, I don't see why us, as customers, should bare the brunt of that loss by having to pay inflated prices on your next run of coins. I don't think we should have to pay for an error you made.

Next, escrow. The fact that you have said "no I really just can't be bothered with it", along with "Why is that a lot of money?" will instantly put the majority of serious collectors here off completely. $200 is a lot of money to some people, and a trivial amount to others. Still, $200 is $200 and the fact that you "cannot be bothered" has probably killed half your sales before they even began. You are still a new user here, who has no reputation - no one should be trusting you implicitly with hundreds of $ when we have no clue if you are legit or not. Sorry, this is just the way it is, people have been stung before and are more cautious now.

The mysterious amount of BTC that you are loading onto the coins (max 0.01) doesn't make sense to some people. If the BTC amount is going to be minimal (which is perfect for your first coins) then people should know beforehand what they are getting. It isn't really anything major considering the trivial amount of BTC you will load, but it is confusing nonetheless.

Lastly, you come across as very angry in some of your posts, as well as being disrespectful to some users. You are trying to sell us your product - Have some respect for your potential customers man.

Anyway, just wanted to give you some constructive criticism, not having a bash at your product or you. Had these coins been flawless, with professionally assembled hologram and presented in a luxury presentation case, then I could have seen myself paying $200 for one. But for the reasons I have already explained, as well as the no escrow thing when you are a new seller - brings me to the decision to pass this time round.

Great design though. Hoping to see something better presented in the future.

Edit: Satanism? How did I miss that. I thought these were Jewish symbols. Not for me, though I still like the design  Undecided
1484  Economy / Goods / Re: Money in your Paypal account on: November 20, 2016, 01:06:07 PM
First of all Post in correct section - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 Service Section

2. you must use Escrow in This service otherwise no one is interested in your service.

actually even with escrow, it may still not be attractive for some because its not worth waiting for 180 days so that the buyer can't file a dispute to get his money back. Paypal isn't good for bitcoin.

Escrow will slow the proces down.. I work bassed on trust.

I know this system works well..

No one is going to trust you, sorry. That's not how it works.

BTC -> PayPal and vice versa with an unknown person is just asking for trouble. Good luck though  Roll Eyes

I am sorry for your lost, and thanks for warning everyone. Can you make topic in scam accusation board here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 too, so more people can be aware of this scam?

Can you read the entire thread before you post next time? The post above yours clearly states that this issue has been resolved to OP's satisfaction, there is no need for a Scam Accusation thread now.

That said - it looks like Crypto Capital are having some "financial problems". Probably wise to avoid using them.

Glad to see Kraken sorted this for you OP. Amazing what a bit of noise on a forum and some social media platforms can achieve Wink
1490  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopay Bitcoin Debit card + Giveaway on: November 19, 2016, 06:43:47 PM

Hey cryptopay!

Am I able to get a code for a GBP card as well please?? Smiley

Thanks!

Sure! Have just pm'ed you another code Smiley

Much appreciated, thanks. Have signed up and requested a GBP card, and the process was quick and painless. Thanks for the code, saved me £15 as I was looking for something like this anyway. Thanks @monkeynuts for giving me the heads up!!

Not sure what you meant by "another code" - I was only sent one! But one was all that was needed.

Will make a review post in a few weeks once I have received the card, and tested it out. Thanks again!

Here we go another asshole mouthing off,the trust was from two years ago and it was because I said I had dealings with him and his mixer and had no problems with him.Getting so disappointed with the people on here now.How many on here praised Big Vern and Cryptsy before he did a runner are they untrustworthy, you tell your experience as you find it

The quote inside this post I am linking is quite fascinating: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=713699.msg9271161#msg9271161

Nevertheless, I will quote it all for everyone.

CAN WE GET BACK TO BASICS HERE,THIS SITE WAS SET-UP TO FURTHER OUR KNOWLEDGE OF BITCOIN NOT TO HAVE PETTY HASSLES WITH CROOKS TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY OR WRITE PURE RUBBISH ON WEBSITES ABOUT PEOPLE WHO WONT PAY UP.BIT PLASTIC.COM BIT LAUNDER.COM AND DOZEN MORE SITES, DEBIT CARDS, ALL 100% LEGIT AND USED BY HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE EVERYDAY.I AM A BUSINESS MAN NOT ANYTHING ELSE AS CAN BE ATTESTED TO BY 1000s OF CLIENTS WHO USE THE SITES ON A REGULAR BASIS.

This is taken from the thread linked above, in which MoriartyBitcoin stole 127 BTC from user rickyjames. Evidence in the linked thread would suggest that these 2 people (MoriartyBitcoin and laura007) are one and the same.

Just to help prove ownership Smiley

Rmcdermott927 is a regular, trusted member on here, and the majority of us would therefore have no reason to doubt this offer was legit.

That said, check the title next time. This was already sold before you posted your comment Wink
