I  am not too sure if they allow new signup but I really enjoy trading there because their trading fee is low and minimum withdrawal is small so in case you have little altcoin to exchange. In case you want direct withdrawal to bank account, you can try liquid exchange but you need to pass the kyc which might be tough sometime due to rigorous scrutinization of your documents.
