- Don't mix family and friends with business.
- Avoid loans if you aren't ready to commit or no payment plan in place.
- Avoid middlemen in your dealings, as these make simple procedures expensive for nothing.
Buying homes with cash and taking loans out on it? As much as many people will see this as a good asset to have in your name, this is a no go area for me as buying a house is a liability in my view as this gets up a lot of capital and worse off it requires maintenance funds to keep it in good standing order which makes it a bad investment imo..unless you have extra funds lying around. Setting up trust funds in foreign countries and setting offshore corporations to avoid capital gains and taxation? (Sorry tax avoidance for any LEO reading this)
What are your secrets?
Why not go crypto on this if tax is what you are avoiding, as investing in foreign countries sometimes brings complications especially if you aren't physically going there to see what's happening. |

I want to know if I sent a user a personal message (PM) and I delete the massage, will the message sti spear in ninjastic space?Let's just say that content/posts that appear on ninjastic.space is that which is publicly available to all, anything else is private communication between one user to the other..hence the term " personal message " unless with special privileges as explained above  My reason for asking is because PM is a personal messager and if you delete a post in spare on ninjastic space so can personal message still spares in ninjastic space if I delete it?
Ninjastic is limited to only scrap content which is publicly accessible...besides if third parties could easily see what people talk about in their private chats, do you think the forum would be a popular place...I don't think so!! |

Signing a message became meaningless many years ago when it was uncovered accounts were being sold WITH a corresponding priv key to a wallet address that had been staked.
It's a dead end security feature.
The same for PGP/GPG keys which can likewise be ported.
@Timelord2067 are you implying 2FA will sort this problem of account sales, which I don't think it will !?? Btw thought 2FA keys 🔑 can equally be sold with the accounts to avoid any detection once an account changes hands...but it's definitely going to be feature that's going to be better than PGP/GPG and wallet private keys as hacker will need 2fa key and password to get hold of an account...unless they get hold of an email address looking at the design of how to reset one's 2FA with SMF software. |

It's good to invest in bitcoin but let us remember that it's a virtual and any money and profit we make in bitcoin should be directed to establish another business that will be seen physically and be managed physically.

We are in the 21st century which is considered to be a digital age ,and setting up a business that exists online can actually make you some good money as it's more convenient to your clients and as a large customer base that we can tap in... AFAIK let's not limit ourselves to establishing a business in its physical form as business concepts have advanced, besides to succeed in business we need to do things differently not what everyone is doing! |

Honestly, we all have found ourselves in this situation of being intimidated or trying to find an easy route to make all these crypto coins around us work for us with the best wallet, but tbh it's all about getting out of our comfort zone to learn this technology. And just so you know, the cryptospace has never had a newbie wallet but for ease of use, mobile wallets are built with great user friendly interfaces which should be a great start and it's all about getting that familiarity to get any fear out and you will be a pro in no time, good luck . Btw the way, if you can operate a smartphone or any computer without any difficulties, trust me a crypto wallet won't be any difficulty just don't send coins to the wrong person |

I am not really familiar with FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 but excited when checking on sport website has asian national teams success managed until semifinal stage. Although not really favorite for becoming the champion but optimistic with Australian women national teams lead to final stage against England.
Not sure if we watching the same Women’s World Cup 2023 You saying Asian teams teams managed to reach the semis when the last I recall was Japan that was knocked out in the quarter finals! And just so you know, teams left in the semis are Spain , Sweden, Australia and England ...Which tells me that you might have counted Australia to be part of Asia which i know it isn't ...
Meanwhile in the first semis match, Spain and Sweden still playing a goalless game with less than 10 minutes to go in normal time, and from the look of things, this game could be going to penalties as no clear goal scoring chances have been created. |

This Manchester United- Wolverhampton match seems to favor Wolves from how the game is currently going, and at the rate the Yellow cards are being produced I fear for anybody waiting to scorepoints from this game as this looks like a low scoring game and if player doesn't score points on the pitch.. expect a negative to come from the clumsy approach these guys keep displaying here..maybe the rains aren't helping the lads |
