They deserved the win in the end, I agree with you, but luck has to be a bit on your side when you couldn't score a goal for 93 minutes. To then score 3 goals in overtime doesn't happen every day either. I think the 3-1 was a bit too high in the end as it is also questionable why the referee would add so much time even on top of the overtime.
I think it was quite a physical match, the match produced a total of 30+ fouls and 6 yellow cards of which each of those fouls would had cause time wasting which could have justify the referee adding so much time in the game. The additional time wasn't added to only Al Nassr so that's not an excuse as Al Batin could have easily defender their line and counter attack Al Nassr to add to their lead but they couldn't take advantage of the extra time. I think what gave Al Nassr more believe was after their equalizer that went in at the 93rd minutes. Al Nassr has defeated Al Batin in their previous encounters on numerous occasions and all their games has ended with hunge goal margin so Al Nassr only needed that equalizing goal to regain themselves and it wasn't like the referee was favoring Ronaldo. I think the only thing he contributed to that game was carrying the ball from the net to build up the team spirit after their equalizer went in. |

Chelsea has scored only two goals in their last 10 matches. And they conceded 13 goals. It is easy to guess that Chelsea's overall team situation is very bad right now. Chelsea has talented players like Aubameyang, Pulisic, and Sterling in the attack. However, Chelsea coach Graham Potter is not able to extract good performance from these players. I'd say it's Potter's failure. I saw Aubameyang's performance in Barcelona. He is an excellent player. Graham Potter is solely responsible for Chelsea's poor performance. Well players like Aubameyang aren't registered in the champions league squad so he can't play in the champions league instead we have players like havertz in the team. Pulisic has been injuried for quite sometime same as sterling so we have players like Hakim ziyech and Mudryk starting for the team. Hakim ziyech role in the squad is what I don't understand since he's only good at one thing and that's sending in crosses into the opponents penalty box for our forwarder to head but we got no one with such ability so why then does he get a constant start on the team. When you see formations like this then you begin to question the managers managerial skills because to me it seems like he doesn't know what he's doing and just using every game we play as tryouts. I think I buy into this decision, but do publish the data in regards to the activity for the month of February although the monthly reward won't be sent for this month due to the spam level of the month. I don't blame Potter for the excuses he is giving. I wasn't surprised that Al Nassr finally won the game, they were the more dominate side as you can see from the match statistics, they had 25 shot at the goal while 7 been on target but Al Batin only managed to get 7 shots at goal. Sadly I didn't watch this match but I'm glad I didn't because Ronaldo didn't score and it's always boring watching him play and not scoring or assist as he has been doing of recent. I think this match truely showed the fighting spirit that Al Nassr now posseses and this can be attributed to the presence of Ronaldo in the club. Al Nassr deserve this win as they played better, created more chances and had possession of the ball with more passes than Al Batin. It wouldn't have been fair to them if they didn't win and kudos to the coach for bringing in the substitution that won them the game. Chelsea vs Leeds united happening on the 4th of March which is tomorrow is going to be a key game in Graham Potters Chelsea career. I expect nothing but a sack statement form the club if Chelsea were to lose that game but I doubt we'll be losing as Lead United aren't in their best form as we'll. I believe this is going to be a very closed match and the winner will be determined by who wants the point more. Chelsea desperately needs it as they have to start winning again so they have high momentum going into their champions league game.
The statistics favor Chelsea as we have beaten leads united on numerous occasions but we can't rely on that this days especially when it comes to Chelsea due to the bad form they have been on. No he's brilliant when he's paired with Tiago silver but horrible when playing with Koulibaly and that's mainly because Koulibaly has been terrible since his introduction to Chelsea and that's why the club would be looking to sell him in the summer.
