I think the Denver Nuggets will win the next game.
I have the same thoughts Nuggets win but with a closer winning margin.

If we want to be on the safer side and get good betting odds, I think live betting is the answer. Assuming that the game is a close contest, the Miami Heat are expected to have a strong start, which will make the Nuggets' odds quite attractive.

Currently, the Nuggets are -3.5 with 1.90 odds.

If the concept of a "safe side" truly existed, sports betting would indeed be much easier. However, there are always unpredictable scenarios that can occur in sports.

Another possible scenario is if the Nuggets dominate the Heat right from the beginning of the game. In such a case, we would lose the opportunity to win because, honestly, the current spread is not difficult for the Nuggets to cover, especially if they are the ones controlling the game's tempo. What the Heat really need is for Jimmy Butler to perform at his best, just like he did when the Heat played against the Bucks. His playoff performance can significantly impact the team's chances of success.

Denver didn't dominate the last game from the  beginning of the game, but Denver Nuggets got the better edge when Kelvin Love went to the bench and was not properly introduced back into the game, and Gabe Vincent getting foul issues too, but if these factors were eliminated it would have been a much closer game than this.

Jimmy Butler was just as terrible as you could have imagine and don't let the numbers lie to you, he was awful and play more like coward that isn't built for a NBA finals, zero assists and 2 rebound from a player that's supposed to be the tea leader, minimal fouls drawn while very careless and sloppy with the ball, and unlike him his counterpart Jamal Murray stepped up big time and complimented Jokic and he didn't need to do it alone, I would say a couple of Butler's team had a rough night especially Gabe Vincent with those cheap and awful foul calls, but Jimmy Butler was also not a leader enough to inspire his team imo, he looked really carried away.
My take, Jimmy Butler focused too much on the offensive attack, he had not been gaining steals anymore unlike how he did it against the Celtics where his numbers on the defensive end are way high that it's unbelievable.
In the series against the Celtics, he gained a total of 18 steals and 3 blocks in 7 games. Now, it's Game 3 against the Denver Nuggets and he only gained 1 steal and 2 blocks. That's not the Jimmy Butler that I knew. Maybe all the bashing against him affected him mentally and he forgot how balanced he is on both ends of the floor. He is defending Jamal Murray all the time and yet Jamal scored 34 points and better, with 10 assists and 10 rebounds.
I don't want to put the blame on him but as I said in my previous posts, when Jimmy plays better, the whole team is sucked into that portal and everyone will do the same. But he must also do it on the defensive end.

Maybe Butler focused more on the defensive duties, but he sucked at that in game 3 and one could have known from the very first quarter, but being Miami Heat's most dynamic shooter, he should focus on outscoring the Denver Nuggets to win a because there is no absolutely way to stop the Jokic and Jamal Murray duo partnership on the court, but an aggressive Jimmy Butler can easily draw fouls against if not Jokic, but Jamal Murray and force the Nuggets into an unintended rotation.

I got a 1mbtc freebet in my account I assume this was the final BSFL reward? Thank you jeremypwr and Sportsbet again. It was all I could get for relegation lol.

Perhaps it wasn't for the BSFL, IIRC BSFL weekly payments rewards and other prizes apart from the main prizes were paid in USDT, but I stand to be corrected if I'm wrong. It's highly likely that the 1 mBtc reward you got is for being joint yellow cap winner for the final round in the Serie A, I guess you weren't even aware that you were a yellow cap round winners as well, were you ?

That's how transparent any CRO2 team organize pools, you even don't get to remind them of any for these prizes.

then a Jamal Murray PRA 36.5 @ 1.86 on local Sportbook, but If I'm able to get a similar result from the players like they did in the first half, I should have a very decent amount of winnings. 🤞

Nice job! Murray had an outstanding game today and was able to showcase his MVP-level performance. He scored 34 points, recorded 10 assists, and grabbed 10 rebounds. That kind of performance is truly deserving of the MVP title, and it resulted in an easy win for his team. Congratulations on the victory!

N. Jokic Over 50.5 PRA @1.90

Jokic had 51+ PRA in both games v. Miami and 9/L10 in the postseason. With him at least, i know what i'm getting and don't have to worry about my guy going 0/9 from 3pt or having a terrible day like with Strus or MPJ. Jokic has been Denver's best/most consistent player...so i guess i'm rolling with him today.

Looking pretty solid a bet so far at halftime Jokic having 14 + 12 + 7 after the first 24 minutes, 20 PRA for 2nd half should be a really easy reach for the only con could be those two fouls he's got, if he's able to stay off foul troubles, then it should be a bang hit.

I don't have any singles bet on the just my usual multiple props betbuilder on SB, then a Jamal Murray PRA 36.5 @ 1.86 on local Sportbook, but If I'm able to get a similar result from the players like they did in the first half, I should have a very decent amount of winnings. 🤞

Anyone watched Europa Conference League final?
It was a great night in Prague tonight for West Ham as they scored a winning goal in last minutes of the match against Fiorentina.
English teams are usually better than Italian in European competitions and with that logic Manchester City should easily win against Inter right?  Wink

I wouldn't say it would be an easy game for Man City, especially due to Inter Milan style and approach to football, but that's something you'd expect Guardiola to have done his due diligence on.

The Uefa Conference final was quite an amazing match from the beginning to end with both teams very attack minded, It was pretty much an even game in my opinion, but I was right to have gone with West Ham in the thanks to Jared Bowen with late into game master class goal.

Elsewhere in the tennis game with Casper Ruud with a 3 - 1 win over Rune, makes the semi finalists as follows; Djokovic v Alcaraz, Zverev v Ruud.

That been said, I think those 2 results gives me a great advantage for the first week ahead of my opponent, so I'm more of looking forward to game week 2 already  Cheesy

I'm definitely in business. Next season I will probably even participate in random leagues (like Ligue 1 or Bundesliga).

we actually do not have Ligue 1 pool
but it would be too much, I am almost regular in all pools, and this season proved that it is too much, when counting Fantasy as well

but for La Liga I am here for sure, it is a my favorite league probably, and until this season, one with best results so far, have to bring back some good incentives on results

If there happen to be a Ligue 1 pool for the upcoming season, I'm definitely going to be in for it, all things considered, I believe it only broadens my knowledge and awareness about this leagues too, It was definitely a handful of task to behold last season participating in all those pools and the kind of awareness and strategy that is required of FPL was the most draining not going to lie, but it was always fun down the stretch, but extremely strenuous if don't do the picks in advance and just review later, I mean spending the whole of Fridays doing those or Thursdays, if you've got Friday fixtures, this is a much needed break to be honest.

Those who are expecting to see Herro, here's some news for ya all.

At least everything is clear now, but there haven't been any changes in the betting spread. Most popular sportsbooks still have Miami at +2.5. The spread is relatively low, which shows the respect the bookies have for the Heat. When some thought the Heat would be swept, they managed to steal a game on the road. As a result, there are now bettors who believe the Heat will surprise everyone again.

Regardless, both teams had already made history I believe.

Even if Tyler Herro was supposedly to be cleared for the game 3, I think bringing him into the roster in such a rush would appear as desperate measure for the and would definitely alter the team's chemistry, imo Herro would fit in more like Trojan horse down the stretch of the series, he should be introduced into the series as an alternative measure that the Denver Nuggets wouldn't have accounted in their adjustments and what have you.
1629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: June 07, 2023, 04:06:36 AM
Honestly if Murray never blew out his knee they would have been top contenders for the last couple of years.  The heat have been the most underrated team the last couple of years.  They look terrible during the season then turn it on in the playoffs.  They have no superstars (yeah I'm not buying Jimmy is a superstar) but are the epitome of a full team.  Denver is set to win unless Miami can stay hot from beyond 3.  If they aren't a 3 point threat it will be tough for them to spread the floor.

I understand they're quite very underrated a lot especially in the regular season despite their impressive record, that's 3rd best record in the regular season, but it was just the same thing that happened to Golden State Warriors when Klay Thompson was also out injured for that long spell and the Warriors struggled a whole lot, but it took them less than 2 years after Thompson became very fit to claim another championship, I really do respect this Denver Nuggets team, because Jokic makes them a every dynamic team, he's actually the main reason they look terrific, If you double/triple team him he makes top quality passes with relative ease, having good shooters wide open and when you don't close in on him quick enough he's also able to shoot table in a terrific whether mid range or from behind the arc, he's also a monster in the paint. So, stopping Jokic would be the only way to first limit the Denver Nuggets, and that's almost an impossible task to handle.

Will we continue on Kicktipp again next season or do you think of changing to Superbru?

After my first year using Kicktipp, I would say it's not that bad at all and it's very light compared to SuperBRU that's lags quite a lot... If there will be another season, I don't season a reason why we shouldn't stick to Kicktipp.

Just my opinion, but the lack of consistent response or is going incommunicado by the Sponsor from the forum and its representative here very often the right word to use in this context, is what is likely going to mar the interest for the upcoming season.

The Serie A pool was really my worst performing pool this season. Especially in the first half of the league I couldn't predict Napoli to show this good performance. Congratulations to all prize winners. I hope I can also finish in the prize area next season.
Thank you very much! Payment received!

Once again, congratulations to all the winners and hope to see you all next year!

Just to echo @icopress's statement.

I've received the prize and it's worth the while for me, due to the nature of the competition and Saint-loup dominant personality in almost pools, being able edge him to the first position in the final moment was the highlight for me.

It's as though Saint-loup took the every pool as a fulltime job this season, he took it very personally this season  Cheesy

LOL! Ain't that just about right, it's actually funny how our paths just can't seem to be parallel, I just hope you're not my opponent when I decide to run for president of the country.

Damn!

I'm playing against LTU_BTC, whom I know is very though opponent, but I just gave him an extra advantage by not answering the NBA questions about Jokic completely, I omitted the FG% option.  Sad

Well now I don't know which way to go for game 3.  Literally zero clue or feeling of what will happen.  I think I'm just going to bow out and enjoy the rest of the series.  Might throw some on jokic props because no one can stop that dude.  Crazy game.

I didn't expect Denver Nuggets to still be the bookies favorites for game 3, but as things currently stands, they're the favorites as per the bookies, I'll expect multiple rotations and changes to both rosters, so I really can't also pick a side too, as the game 2 went both ways and both teams had significant lead they could both bank on to win the game, so I would agree your assertion of not being able to pick one side, as for I'd just stick to my player props and settle for perhaps medium lines with decent chances according to my risk analysis and enjoy the game.

However, I would still give the Nuggets the edge here if I were to pick a side because they've a better performing bench players compared to the Miami Heat, aside from the veteran maestro Kyle Lowry who heavily impact these games despite is high minutes restriction.

Miami Heat just proved again that eliminated the first top seeded teams in the Eastern Conference and those two teams also being the teams with best record for the regular season,  I mean Milwaukee Buck and the Boston Celtics wasn't a fluke, they were just that good and deserved their winning.

They were a completely different team today, but then even though being unable to stop Nikola Jokic completely they did a huge load of work to restrict he's general impact, Kelvin Love was an influential addition to the line up, he did lift some duty off Bam Adebayo's shoulder and Bam was just as impressive as he was in the first game, Gabe Vincent continuing to join Bam in race to be a potential MVP candidate (IMO), while Max Struss was also able to find some rhythm for himself early into the game too.

And finally for me, I got to hit a betbuilder on some Player Props and lines, it's been a while for me to be honest, there have always been one sucker that doesn't get to play the entire usually minute either due to foul or a blowout scenario, it was a close call tonight too because Jokic almost fell short off the 11th rebound.

Top 5 as it stands.

Harkorede came back strong in the final round to clinch first place. Congrats on the win! In the three Serie A editions of this pool, we've got three different winners.

It was great fun playing with you all! Many thanks to Trofo for making this pool happen, as well as to our generous sponsor, Sportsbet.io

----

Spezia and Verona will get their playoff after all, late drama in Rome.

Bologna with that late winner could get to play in Europe next season, that's of course if Fiorentina wins the Confs. League and Juventus gets a one-year ban from UEFA.  Grin

Crazy stuff buddy!

I'm not gonna lie, I didn't expect such a come back, and to be very honest, I had the slightest changes that resulted to me claiming the first position, I changed Napoli to from 3-0, to 2-0 and Roma from 2-0 to 2-1, and that extra 3 points is all that end counted towards my victory, and funny enough I've watched Serie A match the least compared to La Liga and Bundesliga this season.

It's been one hell of a ride with you all genius sport freaks  Wink
