First you should bookmark http://www.coindesk.com/information/bitcoin-glossary/ and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=126798.0 so that you can re-visit the pages and check the meaning of some bitcoin terms like "confirmation", "private key" in the future.

You should start reading the guides you found in this thread. It won't be easy to understand bitcoin, and so don't get frustrated when you are lost in the articles. Feel free to ask your questions here or on reddit when you need help.

They have made a documentary don't know if its out yet though.

The documentary "The rise and rise of bitcoin" is out already, and you can watch it on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uo1yG6MRJSg
184  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why a bitcoin confirmation is needed?? on: October 27, 2014, 06:35:54 AM
its for security matters else you are not sure you receive the money, the ultimate security its to wait 6 confirmations.

There is no "ultimate security" and the number 6 has nothing special to it. The more confirmations the transaction has, the more difficult it will be double spent.
It all comes down to your risk tolerance.
For example, some casinos and exchanges are okay with 1 confirmation, some ask for 2 or 3, while some ask for 6.

186  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Vs. Paypal on: October 27, 2014, 06:18:38 AM
Bitcoin means anonymity and no worries for a chargeback.

Thats why there is more scammer..

That's why you should do your due diligence, be wary of too good to be true deals and shady businesses, and use escrows whenever possible. If you do all these, the chance of getting scammed is very low IMO.

There are scammers on Paypal as well. Plus, you could also be scammed by Paypal itself, by freezing your account with some stupid reasons.
187  Other / Meta / Re: Self-moderated thread on: October 27, 2014, 06:11:46 AM
What's this? Do other users see this in my thread as well?

For self-mod thread, the thread creator has the power to delete any replies in the thread freely.
Other users won't have any problem reading the thread, but there will be a message "This is a self-moderated topic. If you do not want to be moderated by the person who started this topic, create a new topic." on top.
Also, users may have a negative impression on your business as they may think you are going to censor negative comments.
188  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Huge List of Free Bitcoin Faucet on: October 27, 2014, 06:05:28 AM
the faucet bitcoin is a good way to earn free bitcoins but in terms of time its not so profitable.

And so it is in fact a bad way, considering that you can get a lot more bitcoin from sig campaigns or by working for fiat and then exchanging your wages for bitcoin.
189  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New Here on: October 27, 2014, 06:00:46 AM
Nice to be here. Our clients have been demanding to add Bitcoin payment method, so decided to join bitcoin discussions here to learn more about bitcoin.

It is indeed very easy to take bitcoin payment now.
You could simply use bitpay or coinbase to take bitcoin payments from your clients, and those sites will exchange the bitcoin to fiat money right away for you.

Thanks for the link.
I have watched a few of the videos in the course just now, and they are pretty good. The only downside is that the course is a bit too long for newbies trying to briefly understand bitcoin. Smiley

192  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: NEED HELP TO PROMOTE MY BITCOIN INFO SITE!! on: October 27, 2014, 04:53:55 AM
You should create some unique contents yourself (eg. site reviews, news summaries, wallet backup tutorials, etc) instead of just putting lots of links on your site.
193  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New faucets? on: October 27, 2014, 04:43:05 AM
You won't get much bitcoin from faucets. Instead of wasting time on faucets, it is better to buy some bitcoin with your wages or earn some bitcoin in your spare time from a sig campaign.
194  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where can a newb buy bitcoins? on: October 27, 2014, 04:39:28 AM
Coinbase is the best for US bitcoiners, especially if you don't mind giving your personal info and want to buy bitcoin with your money in bank accounts. With localbitcoins, the price is usually 5% higher, but you could do the trade anonymously.

If your account has been hacked, only theymos is able to help you. Mods won't be able to offer you any help at all.

That is why I think there should be a minimum for transactions being included in blocks.

1 satoshi is nothing and will just clutter the network.

There is already a dust output rule that transaction with output < 546 satoshi is considered non-standard and will not be relayed.
AFAIK, most of the pools won't include those transactions in their blocks.
