Hehe funny stuff Also this: According to this theory, it should take 136 years to fully deploy the 20,999,999 coins the system is designed to produce under the current rules..if you believe the people at the Bitcoin Foundation, which controls the mining process. Oh my...It seems the writer don't know how bitcoin mining works at all...

IIRC, bitcoin-qt uses OpenSSL 1.0.1e. https://www.openssl.org/news/secadv_20140407.txtOpenSSL Security Advisory [07 Apr 2014] ======================================== TLS heartbeat read overrun (CVE-2014-0160) ========================================== A missing bounds check in the handling of the TLS heartbeat extension can be used to reveal up to 64k of memory to a connected client or server. Only 1.0.1 and 1.0.2-beta releases of OpenSSL are affected including 1.0.1f and 1.0.2-beta1. Thanks for Neel Mehta of Google Security for discovering this bug and to Adam Langley < agl@chromium.org> and Bodo Moeller < bmoeller@acm.org> for preparing the fix. Affected users should upgrade to OpenSSL 1.0.1g. Users unable to immediately upgrade can alternatively recompile OpenSSL with -DOPENSSL_NO_HEARTBEATS. 1.0.2 will be fixed in 1.0.2-beta2. How does this bug affect us?

IMHO, the BitcoinWisdom one is the best calculator as it takes consideration of the difficulty adjustment correctly (every 2016 blocks, instead of a monthly difficulty increase). https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/calculatorThanks, will take a look at it! You are welcome.

dont have the original tx id as it dissapeared from my wallet..i have wallet.dat still
Hmm...so you have the wallet.dat file, but the one address having 0.09btc is not in your list of receiving addresses? I have no idea how and why this happened...

Thanks for the link. The spec really looks great. ...the minimum specification of Titan will be 250 MH/s. Our Scrypt miner will be able to run on an 800 - 1000 watt power supply

I had a balance of .09BTC on my wallet so I sent it to my coinbase wallet..waited 24 hrs still no confirms.
Tx ID please? I then redownloaded the whole blockchain and now I have 0 balance and the transaction is gone..what happened here??
Please don't tell me you deleted the whole bitcoin directory including the wallet.dat file.

Diffuculty will never go down. It rises at a 22% average per month. The problem is that you need more hashrate to mine and this costs a fortune.
You will never have a ROI (return on investment) taking on account the current exchange rate of Bitcoin at 520 US dollar per 1 bitcoin.
Mining today is a total RUIN......even for real pros.
Where did you get that 22% average increase per month? Or, did you just mistype "per period" as "per month"?

Welcome Rob. Be careful with "too good to be true" deals, and use escrow whenever possible.
