561  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Exchange dodgecoins for litecoins on: February 18, 2014, 05:57:36 PM
Hello,

I have a gpu rig and I have one question, is it possible minning dodgecoin and change to litecoins or bitcons?, is it more useful than minning litecoin?, thanks for all.

It is possible, and you will get better result (more revenue)...

There are different ways to do it:
1. Mine at middlecoin, and you will be able to mine the most profitable scrypt coin automatically, and the pool will exchange them for bitcoin directly.
2. Mine at multipool or other pools, and you can sell your dogecoin (or other scrypt coins) for bitcoin or litecoin yourself using an altcoin exchange

563  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to add avatar pic? on: February 18, 2014, 05:37:36 PM
you can't because the forums have been hacked and they haven't fixed it yet..

If you read the linked thread in my previous post, you will know that the avatar indeed has nothing to do with the hack at all...
It was initially suspected by many that the attack was done by exploiting a flaw in SMF which allows you to upload any file to the user avatars directory, and then using a misconfiguration in nginx to execute this file as a PHP script. However, this attack method seems impossible if PHP's security.limit_extensions is set.
ok now we are not going to argue about what happened back then , the point is that the feature is disabled and admin will notify whenever it'll be back..! so till then " NO AVATAR "

Indeed, a new forum software is being developed, and the avatar will not be back until the new software is ready.

You may find some info here.

Hi All

I am new to these forums but wondered if anyone would check out this new site  - any feedback welcome! www.earnyourbitcoins.com - reviews and information on a variety of sites where one can earn and win Bitcoin with no investment or deposits required. No links on this site will ever take be a coinurl link. Some are referral links and some not. This is a new project but I aim to give newbs to Bitcoin some info and places to get started.

This site has only just got going to many more sites to review and add, lots more information and utility links to also add. No adverts on the site yet. One of the main points of the site was to give and share info without dozens of annoying flashing ads but I will add at least a couple of selected ads to each page when I find the right companies / organisations to link to!  Smiley

None of the free way of earning is worth the time..

True, it doesn't worth the time to collect dusts from faucets at all.

BTW, OP should take a look at his post as he didn't setup the link right Tongue

replace those rendered aluminum profile's with real pictures of operational products.
We will be adding an image gallery as soon as we get some good footage over customers work. Of course with the acceptanse of our customers.

It would be much better then...
To be honest, it is a bit hard for me to take you seriously with those renders only...  Smiley

570  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Want to start accepting BTC as a payment method on: February 18, 2014, 05:14:32 PM
If you want to keep the bitcoin, or sell it yourself some time later, you can take DannyHamilton's suggestion.

If you want to keep everything in fiat (lowest risk for btc price fluctuation), you can take a look at bitpay and coinbase...

the password you put on your qt client is one thing and the private key is another thing!

we have 2 things here!

If you lost your password (a good password that is statiscally infeasible to brute force), your private keys will be lost (unless you have some unencrypted backups)...

Script is the word for the small miners unless they get the script asics to the market. then you can go for script-jane.
SHA coin have become the playground of big players, unless you get some big investment into it, it won't cut it.

Indeed it is scrypt.....just saying.....  Smiley

579  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I`s Freebitcoinz.com paying out? [YES,YES and YES :D ] on: February 18, 2014, 04:48:44 PM
Google suspended our adsense account for "invalid click activity" due to the excessive amount of paid traffic. With the suspension of our adsense account we are out approximately $1,200 of which would otherwise have covered buying bitcoins and paying you guys (which we still plan on doing).

What is the plan now?  Huh

why I've been 2minggu 166 000 but I have not told my referral playout to pause for not playing in freebitcoins.com because I think you are a scam and if I can not playout and referrals I will report to the DMCA google to stop google adsense

huh?  Huh
The site owner reported their google adsense has been suspended in Feb 9, and now you are saying you will report to google to stop adsense?
580  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Unable to post on: February 18, 2014, 04:45:28 PM
Do members have any limitations of this kind?

Even hero members have the limit lol.
Say, if you have 500+ activity, the time limit will be 4 seconds Smiley

What are the time limits on posting and the levels??
I know 360 seconds are for new people like me, but was wondering if there was break down somewhere on this.

Code:
waittime = 360;
if(activity >= 15)
        waittime = (int)(90 - activity);
if(activity >= 60)
        waittime=(int)(34.7586 - (0.0793103 * activity));
if(activity >= 100)
        waittime = max((int)(14-(activity/50)), 4);

Its pretty much no limit at all. For a member its 60 Secs and that is at least the time you need to write and post. So, you just got to have till member are you are free to post.

True, with activity level at 60, the time limit will be below 30 seconds.
Unless you are spamming, you can hardly make a post every 30 seconds lol.
