1801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2015-16 Regular Season Discussion on: February 20, 2016, 06:58:27 PM
Hello, here are my predictions for today's games:

Golden State Warriors @ Los Angeles Clippers - Golden State Warriors @ 1.56
After yesterday's debacle I think we should double down here, it's scary for sure to take such risk but I'm sure the Warriors will be angry and hungry again! Plus the Clippers always put up some good games against the Warriors...but they always come up short.

New York Knicks @ Minnesota Timberwolves - Minnesota Timberwolves @ 1.7
I just think the Wolves are the better team right now and they will be playing at home. Wiggins, Towns and Lavine are all on fire while the Knicks are at one of its lowest point in the season.

Good luck everyone!
1802  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: safe to link bank account ? on: February 20, 2016, 06:52:03 PM
I'm also wondering the same thing, I'm not in the states or Europe, so Bitcoin is known here but it's of course completely under the radar for common institutions, so they don't even know what to do. I'm afraid that the bank can freeze my account or I become target of an investigation. I'm sure this won't happen right now because I'm broke as sh*t in BTC terms haha, but I'm just thinking ahead.
1803  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price Going UP! on: February 20, 2016, 06:42:28 PM
There will be a lot of accumulation before the halving, I can agree with that and it's already happening before our eyes. But, a word of warning for many, there's a chance of a big dump after it because we all the halving is all about speculation and expectation but very little about real impact. Buy on rumors, sell on news.
1804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: February 20, 2016, 05:13:19 PM
My biggest problem about bitcoins is how to sell instantly or withdraw instantly here in my country We have withdrawal instantly using bitcoin but sometimes their site is not working the support always say they have a technical issue.. So i think this is my biggest problem because if had some emergency i need some money i want to withdraw it fast in our site and withdraw it via atm..

Exactly, I don't mind that there's absolutely no user adoption in large numbers because frankly I gave that dream up many months ago, it's just not meant to hit the mainstream as a payment system. But as a storage of wealth and commodity it could be the very next thing to gold, it has proven its worth hundreds of times. However it's still a hassle to get and to sell without being scammed or asked for bank account numbers. The only thing I would use (I haven't but it's one of my only options) is localbitcoins.com. You can find a trader with more than 1000 transactions and more than 6 months and you can be sure they will do the job right. You will still lose money though since rates for respected traders are usually lower.
1805  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Halving Party 2016 on: February 20, 2016, 05:10:33 PM
It's already skyrocketing and on a weekend which is odd because it usually when the price drops a little bit. I'm not sure what's going on but I think it's fair to say that the accumulation before the Halving it's starting. Now, I think there will be major sells after it because it doesn't mean much, but there's expectation and that's what drives the price.
1806  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New York Times identifies Nick Szabo as Satoshi Nakamoto on: February 20, 2016, 04:56:38 PM
For me it was always clear that Satoshi was Nick Szabo, their initials are reversed lol. But really, it's not some unknown mysterious guy you never heard of, it's clearly one of the big brains in this discipline but chose (very wisely) to disguise his identity because he must have anticipated many outcomes for Bitcoin that could lead to harmful consequences for him as a person.
1807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: YouTube star testing bitcoin micropayments for video on: February 20, 2016, 12:59:33 AM
I guess it's good news but I find it comical that it's 2016 and a youtuber starts accepting Bitcoin and all of a sudden it's news worthy. It makes you wonder how unknown and unadopted Bitcoin really is, for most people it still is an obscure internet currency that hackers or people buying/selling illegal drugs use. It's sad but it's true and you can only blame Bitcoin.
1808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2015-16 Regular Season Discussion on: February 19, 2016, 11:33:35 PM
After the big fail of the Spurs I'm afraid to bet in the favorites, plus the Bulls didn't that bad in the last match.

I'll stick to the GS ML for non live bets

I'm also a bit wary of those odds, 1.2 for the Warriors against the Blazers doesn't make much sense really, I mean if they lose I don't think the world will be shattered but we are talking about the hottest team of the NBA against the mediocre Blazers here, I think a 1.05 or close to 1.1 would be enough.
1809  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: DirectBet Basketball Prediction Game *** Win Free Bets ! *** Free to Enter ! on: February 19, 2016, 08:50:22 PM
Golden State Warriors 129 @ 107 Portland Trail Blazers
1810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2015-16 Regular Season Discussion on: February 19, 2016, 06:57:35 PM
Here are my predictions and picks for tonight's games:

Detroit Pistons @ Washington Wizards - Detroit Pistons @ 2.04
The Wizards looked bad against the Jazz at home and the Pistons will have some new faces most likely ready to go and even if they don't, they most definitely have a lot of new energy, I like those odds.

Golden State Warriors @ Portland Trail Blazers - Golden State Warriors @ 1.2
Those are not amazing odds for any other team but for the Warriors unless a player of the "big 3" is out feels like free money. I would suggest caution to see if someone is out like what happened with the Spurs yesterday.

Indiana Pacers @ Oklahoma City Thunder - Under 214.5pts @ 1.92
Very nice odds and a interesting risk to take on, there are a lot of cons with this bet, Paul George has been on fire and Westbrook/Durant are always a menace, but I feel confident that the Pacers's slow tempo will keep the scoring lower than that.

Good luck everyone and have a nice weekend!
1811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are BanxShares as good as GAW Paycoin? on: February 19, 2016, 04:27:29 PM

yes, in fact, you can trade them for bitcoins, ethereums, MUSE, USD, etc.

on the BitShares Smartchain (download and run the wallet)(or use webwallet)

in the User Issued Assets trading section of the wallet

as soon as you redeem your banx tokens

(I watched the video pitch)

That's great I'll check the video then!
1812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is in trouble on: February 18, 2016, 11:43:49 PM
No, it can't happen . Bitcoin is here to stay and it is not the property of any government to control it. Let's hope it stays always and grow .
And even if the US gov't banned bitcoin outright, the US is still only one country out of many.  But it would not be a good trend.  But hey, the price is going up pretty good in the last few days, eh?

I'm pretty sure that if the US decided to ban Bitcoin it would be pretty much done. Especially if the whole media start linking it to illegal business and terrorism financing.
1813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are BanxShares as good as GAW Paycoin? on: February 18, 2016, 09:44:47 PM

This means I can trade my Banx for Bitshares, how? where? when?
1814  Economy / Gambling / Re: Brafflr.com - Provably Fair Raffle Website on: February 18, 2016, 06:08:01 PM
Congratulations on the site launch. I agree with others that it's a little overwhelming for some non-tech savvy persons like me (even if I'm a web designer hehe, I'll send you a PM if you need my services). Hopefully you can start to work on the interface a little bit more so it can be more user friendly and welcoming.
1815  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: DirectBet Basketball Prediction Game *** Win Free Bets ! *** Free to Enter ! on: February 18, 2016, 06:00:41 PM
Chicago Bulls 91 @ 108 Cleveland Cavaliers
1816  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Most paying signature campaigns? on: February 18, 2016, 05:31:00 PM
I just began with LuckyBtcCasino campaign, check their rates because they must be one of the top paying ones and use escrow. I can personally also recommend SecondsTrade, it has some sort of bad rap because there are a lot of users spamming but they always pay on time.
I see no one free spot . i see just for member rank. im also reomended for yobit, they have new rules

You don't see any free spots because I'm sure LuckyBTCCasino campaign is by far the best one in the forum. I think it's the most paying campaign number by number, someone should corroborate that but that's not the only thing they have going, it's very professional and very selective of its members, no spammers, no BS and always pay on time without any issues whatsoever. I know I'm bias on this but this speaks volumes on how they conduct their business so give them a try even if you can't enroll, it's a great site.
1817  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2015-16 Regular Season Discussion on: February 18, 2016, 05:06:05 PM
Welcome back NBA, we missed you! Here are my picks for tonight's games:

Chicago Bulls @ Cleveland Cavaliers - Under 207.5pts @ 1.85
Not great odds for ML here so I'm going with this one since I'm sure teams will be a little relaxed after the All Star Week. That can go both ways but as the deadline looms and second part of the season start I think players will be much more uptight and we'll see a slower tempo overall not only in this game. Chicago may also miss Gasol which is heavy rumored in trades alongside the injured Butler.

San Antonio Spurs @ Los Angeles Clippers - San Antonio Spurs @ 1.46
I don't understand this great odds for the Spurs, for me that's easy money. Perhaps is because of the recent history between the clubs, but with all the Griffin turmoil and possibly some trades going down in the next hours this is more than a solid bet.
1818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price soaring. Are you going to move some BTC into ETH? on: February 18, 2016, 04:47:43 PM
ETH to 0082  if it's not done already.
Big bulls
There is still room to get onemore though

Great little drawing! what a nice boy! do you have more!?

Go back to your caves haters, Ethereum is here to stay, get it while it's cheap, like Bitcoin never did any wild swings. This is not your average sh*tcoin or P&D, stop the BS.
1819  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google developers about Bitcoin: "The revolution of crypto currency" on: February 18, 2016, 04:41:25 PM
I was expecting some crappy generic video about "crypto currency" judging by the title, but it turns out it's actually a pretty decent Bitcoin video. I wish they used Bitcoin in the actual tittle tho, they talked about Bitcoin so why not add Bitcoin in the tittle and get some extra traffic.

You have to read between the lines, they do that because sadly "Bitcoin" is a bad word for many people and that's why it will be very hard to get adopted by big companies or institutions, there's just too many negative incidents related to it and for the average user Bitcoin equals scammers, hacks, silk road, drugs, money laundering and even terrorism. At least not directly but in the back of their minds it's still there. Bitcoin should move away from not being regulated, to me it has done more harm than good. Being decentralized is great but we need more regulation so more people and companies can jump in.

Hmm few post after All Star Weekend. Teams are now pushing for trade deadlines.

Back in the regular game tomorrow, February 19. Any forecast out there?

Will post my game analyzations later.

Anyways interesting news here;

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2617526-gilbert-arenas-wants-a-10-day-contract-with-lakers-to-see-kobes-last-home-game?utm_source=facebook.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=programming-league

Really a lol one.  Grin

Hahaha, that's hilarious! Anyway I'll check to see if I can do any predictions for today. With the deadline looming I think today is a good day to do a little arbitrage if you have a hunch that a couple of players will be moved by the end of the day. The odds will definitely fluctuate a little.
