1841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dead Coins on: May 03, 2023, 08:44:54 PM
I have lots of dead coins in my wallet and the sad part that I didn't sell it during the last bull market in the year of 2021. Now, developers were gone already and left the project  dead and abandoned along with my investments were gone as well. Nothing I can to do but to move on now hence the projects were dead already and find another coins that are worth to hold for a long period of time.
Hindsight is always 20/20. You might regret more if some of them mooned 10000x and you sold it for what ever price you are now thinking. But as there's no way of knowing which coins will die, best thing is to get at least your investment back and leave rest for the moonshot. That is if your bags give you winnings at all. Some of us want to cut our losses too, which can be very wise depending on the situation. Most of the time it's the best solution as most of the coins will die.

Looking for investment method for 50$ daily

Is there online investment that return 50$ daily
Your post history is full of similar questions, except you dropped $100 per day to $50 per day. Yet there are not guaranteed methods to make steady income. Even when you are "staking" your money, the price could fluctuate during it a lot. In fact that's why people make money with crypto, because of the price volatility. That however can make you rekt as well.

There's no such thing as a steady income of $50 per day unless you are filthy rich and want to compromise your wallet. And if someone says there is, he/she is probably scamming you.
1843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ppl are rushing towards the ever evolving arbitrum block chain on: May 03, 2023, 08:12:03 PM
Dex has brought a drastic change in the world of crypto. It has played a significant role in uplifting the crypto economy by developing trust among users. By ensuring security and safety It has almost replaced cex. If the  Dex exchange continue, crypto will emerge as the most powerful economic tool in the world in the coming years. FTX victims and many other who deposited their money in hope of return and got nothing from cex platform in different projects are case in point. But there is always ray of hope in the darkness and this time we have oscar swap with its unique version of dex. oscar is based on Arbitrum that ensures less fee and high speed transactions. It is the fusion of all the emerging systems like Dex and arbitrum in crypto to produce better results.
So, this is another ad for Oscar swap? Other dexes are already using arbitrum, and have been way before Oscar swap, and other DEXes offer other layers and blockchains as well as arbitrum. And Oscar swap uses only Arbitrum which is a weak selling point and doesn't offer anything unique. Also CEX and DEX offer different services so they are not comparable really.
1844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH gas fees are a joke. on: May 03, 2023, 07:27:50 PM
Possibly this is the solution but I haven't used metamask for long time and even when I use I generally use the high priority because I don't like to wait too long which makes me frustrated. Anyhow even with ETH2.0 the problem still exists which is kind of worry for the future of ethereum because the alternatives are offering lower transaction time and fee but decentralisation is the only difference if I am not wrong.
Well i was answering to OP and OP was using metamask. Also i am not sure what you mean by "ETH2.0 problem" or what alternatives are you talking about. You can always use Layer 2 options like Polygon or Arbitrum as they run of ETH so you don't need to use more centralized blockchains. If you are sending wrapped eth, or any token really.
1845  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POLYGON as a national currency. on: May 02, 2023, 09:16:35 PM
What steps can a country leader takes before adopting POLYGON as a means of payment or transactions in a country with low level of education. As it's known to be one of the best user friendly platform for easy transactions.
Why an earth would anyone in charge want to adopt that? And wouldn't the adoption happen because people are already using it. So if people choose to use Polygon, it has more changes to be accepted by companies. Country leaders are the last ones in the line to adopt something.

And right now the payment and custodial system is too complicated and has too many risks that anyone in charge would want to push to people. Permissionless and immutable transactions are not something countries would benefit from if they want to stay in control.
1846  Economy / Gambling / Re: A reminder for gamblers to avoid FortuneJack (ongoing lawsuit, 120k usd stolen) on: May 01, 2023, 09:52:38 PM
What are we supposed to do with this? When you state in the first post that you will offer no proof or even details. Why would we believe you? That's not how arguments or accusations works. Should we believe all the fud in the internet without any proof? I am assuming that you wouldn't so why are you expecting us to do so?

I am really baffled why would you see people being so gullible that they would just take your word blindly. Unless this is just fud, when it makes total sense. And it's a simplest answer to the question if you are lying or not.

You might want to hire someone with decent english skills. I found several words misspelled and grammatical errors and that's not going to invoke trust.
Also there's really no information on your site. When i can't find out any terms of service or even frequently asked questions section, i really don't want to deposit anything on how your casino works. Telling how blockchain works doesn't really help as in here everyone knows how it works, but there's no info about creating the account, kyc, or anything other info sections that other sites have by default.
1848  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the current economic waiting now its Money printimg on: May 01, 2023, 07:44:10 PM

And i said from today we gona have soon on few months BIG Crisis new Crisis.
So money printing can start the latest 2024 so the next year.
But main point is we Are on hold now all we waiting is new money printing brrrrr
Try not to speak riddles like Yoda and form your sentences so that anyone other then yourself can understand them.
We are not mind readers and if people need to guess what you mean, they will guess wrong.

You can polish your communication by explaining what you mean. "waiting for big Money printing brrr." isn't clear explanation. It just raises more questions.
I know it can be boring or even difficult to explain everything clearly from the start, but starting from the end or from middle of thought isn't helping your message.

👉👉Borrowing money that accrues interest to start a business
Never borrow money that accrues interest to start a business (except if you are paying for it through your salary); only borrow to grow your business. This is because business takes a long time to gain ground and begin making profit, yet most loans repayments have to be made within a month of taking the loan or even earlier. Therefore, never borrow money to start a business expecting that the business will generate income to pay back the borrowed money plus the interest.
-cut-
Every loan i can imagine has some sort of interest. Otherwise people wouldn't give loans, as it would not make any sense for them.
But if you have a business idea, why do you think it's not wise to aquire startup money as a loan? Especially if alternative is taking too long and someone with money just takes your business idea while you are still building it.

1850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Chat GTP destroy poker on-line gambling??? on: May 01, 2023, 07:27:26 PM
Reading another post, it crossed my mind that AIs and particularly ChatGPT could potentially be trained with a large samples of games played by poker champions and then put it to auto-play with amateur on-line players. If this is successful, it could mean the end of human on-line poker playing except perhaps for the world masters and the like. Has anyone tried? Would it be possible??
Totally, when they are online getting real time data, not only chatgpt but other AI:s as well. In fact, one could just run dozens of bots playing with each other against the humans, amd if you get 2 of your own ai:s in on same table, changes to play humans out are pretty high. But even when you are playing live, it's not far ahead for people to use augmented reality layer in their glasses that others can't see, and it will be operated by AI that suggest what you should do. Same goes with chess. They need to do nude search for those matches sooner or later.
1851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it wise to stake your crypto currency on: May 01, 2023, 06:48:49 PM
In most custodian wallets like trust wallet staking is available for most crypto currencies including trx.is it better to stake such a coin or hodl it

For start, it's not wise to keep your bitcoins in others' custody.
And without that there's no staking.

So the answer is: no. The custodian businesses are not regulated enough, they've not properly insured and the history shows that the real risk they transfer to their customers is far too big compared to the returns.
And since just keeping/holding bitcoin tends to give very nice returns over long enough periods of time... why taking unnecessary risks?
Op wasn't talking about bitcoins, and yes there's staking without third party sites. In fact most of the third party sites doesn't offer real staking. They just call it staking. It isn't staking as participating to consensus. And Trust wallet, that OP was talking about is self-custody wallet.

But my answer to OP would be that if you can stake by yourself (meaning that you have private key to the wallet you are staking), i can't see any reason why shouldn't you stake your coins.

@Jody.Drummer I was an addicted gambler who lost lots of his savings while gambling and especially chasing my loses, but after a point I took help and now I only play with surplus money and I advise all to do the same. Also for me a pro gambler knows when to stop, when to chase his loss and most importantly he only plays with the money he can afford to lose and this is my personal definition only.
I am asking out of interest as you speak in past tense, did you get rid of the addiction itself or are you constantly fighting against it? Because to me it's a constant fight and trusting my plan. I feel i can't slip at all from my budget and i try to keep the budget minimal. I'll play big again only if i win big, but those are all winnings that i am playing then. I always try to remember that this is not my living, this is for fun. Then it stays fun Smiley.

many gambling addicts have lost their minds because their desire to continue gambling overpowers their common sense, hence the importance of "gambling responsibly"
-cut-
That's why it's called addiction and should be taken seriously. For many people it's not something you can shake off but as addictive as drugs. If you could add possibility of financial gains to drugs, that instantly becomes more addictive as well. There's really no common sense in addictions in general and addicted people are acting very much against their best judgement because they don't get that same kind of dopamine rush from anywhere else.

Famz, drop your opinion on this, would you categorize these two as gambling? Because the only winning factor from Bitcoin investment is to just buy low and wait for a high price, it's not the same with casinos. Am I not making sense? I will like to hear from you.
Well you can definitely compare gambling in sports to trading ANYTHING. But weirdly in your text you are mixing investing and trading with charts. Maybe you consider low frequency trading as investing?
But anyway, both trading with technical analysis and betting in sports are based on probability. You factor in the facts on about teams and conditions, like with cryptos you factor in the fundamentals and market conditions. And after doing that you'll estimate the probability of making a right call. Both of them has unforeseen circumstances as those are factored in on probability.

You got more gains with bitcoin and that only means we had been lucky to invest such an early stage and markets have been good for us so far.
After bitcoin hits it's ultimate ath, you'll see my point more clearly.

Nothing rises forever and we don't yet know where the cap is on that, it might be a $1 million or more or less. If your friends would have made 10000x gains on gambling, it still would be gambling as well.

You don't measure the definition of the word gambling by success you happened to have. When people bought btc at the start of it, they never ever saw it going this high. They were totally gambling with it. And fundamentals of it haven't changed.
1855  Economy / Speculation / Re: $35,000-$37,000 for Bitcoin in 2023 as my peaking barrier, is breakout feasible? on: April 30, 2023, 10:56:52 AM
This is my instinct rather than a professional analysis.

Did I hear someone say instinct does not work in trading? My friend, it does work. My trading instinct works 90%, especially for long-term trading because I live my life in the world of trading, even what happens in trading is being seen in my dreams at times, so trading is more than what we think.

That aside, this is an instinct, not a dream or anything. I've been having this instinct since November 2022 when Bitcoin was still challenged and facing bearish pressure. However, the first part is fulfilled by the market changing trend and moving closer to the levels.

Do you guys believe it would surpass $35k-37k this year?

Although Bitcoin is currently bullish and no speculation is perfect, still, this a tough task, for me, despite getting closer to the levels daily.
Instinct in trading is needs ton of expertise under it as markets are pretty much work the opposite our feelings about it. Meaning that when people should sell they are in denial instead, and they sell when they are desperate, and stay away from the when markets are depressing or look for the pump of recovery to exit on that. And obviously buy because of the hype and the greed. They rarely follow trough their plans if they keep looking at the charts.

That being said i trust on my insticts too. Meaning that i try to do opposite of them. That doesn't necessarily mean that i hold if i am scared. These days i might even sell before i am scared if my target has been hit i will sell 90%

But if i would trust my feelings, i would say that we would go sideways in near 30k for few moths and after that the real bull market starts. And that btc might even hit 50k this year. The fact that memecoins started to gain attention tells me that new people are believing crypto again.
1856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Liquidity providers to drive market to higher level on: April 30, 2023, 10:38:00 AM
Oscar Swap's ability to offer attractive rewards with lower fees can make it a more appealing choice for users compared to other DEX platforms. The flexibility to withdraw deposited tokens at any time can also be a valuable feature for users who want to maintain control over their funds.

Tell me which Dex that does not have the qualities that you mentioned here?
I think basically most dex also provide attractive rewards and ability to withdraw your deposit at anytime you so desire. What will not be appealing to users is the fact Oscar swap is relatively new, nowadays there are many cases of rug pull by many unknown dex and also the case of hack (mostly staged imo).
Well, there is always room for benefit of doubt and improvement but I think most users only prefer what the majority trust.
Yeah, pretty much generic features without innovation. It's like selling brand a brand new cryptocurrency with gimmicks like it has an immutable blockchain and it's secure and decentralized.
Name does not make sense unless i am missing some meme here and selling having a dex on arbitrum layer seems also pretty weak considering that everyone else including uniswap have offered that for a long time now.
1857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why new projects on arbitrum gets so much attention ? on: April 29, 2023, 10:44:50 PM
Undoubtedly Oscar swap is coming along with great things like arbitrum blockchain , new additions to Dex but to my mind it has been unable to resolve the major issues that are being faced by crypto fraternity. People are scared of scams and frauds due to Dex but nothing has been incorporated in oscar to sort out this issue. Yeild farming will lead to market saturation. Due to repetition of  farming yield feature in every project crytpo market has fell to its lowest , it involves volatile and untested tokens that can destructive for users. Oscar team is lagging behind in digital marketing. No matter how much good your content is , if your page doesn’t appear among the top search results, it will become matter of opinion. To make OSCARSWAP stand out among other project it's team need to find a solution to these problems
Why wouldn't they? It's the hottest layer 2 at the moment and people want to try it out so it gets traffic. I would totally launch anything in that right now if i wanted attention to my project. But it will fade after it will get flooded and filled with scams as bep20 did. Best thing about eth high fees was that there wasn't as much scam projects. I mean there was scams but bsc had exponentially more of them as they costed next to nothing. Same thing will happen with ARB sooner or later imho.

I agree with you, but then, I think there are some gamblers that will disagree with you on this, and tell you that there  are really some strategies, patterns, tactics (call it whatever), through which slot players can enhance their winnings, and one of those strategies is the popular martingale strategy - I believe you already know what is strategy Is all about.

Though to me personally, I don't believe this to be a strategy, since it does not enhance one's chances of winning, it only enhances the pay out, this is if the player is lucky enough to win, - but then, some gamblers still see martingale as a gambling strategy, most especially, for slot games.
Obviously there are people who will not believe me but if those people really would be winning they wouldn't care what i say. In fact they would tell no one about their strategy so they could keep on winning.

Martingale working or not isn't really a matter of anyone's belief, it's mathematically proven not to work. I personally don't mind people using it as they might as well when everything is luck based, anything goes. If you like rubbing a rabbit foot or pray to gods or look for horoscopes it's all good fun in my eyes as it's all luck. As long as they are not betting their house because they are so sure about their superstitions.

But i do get a little annoyed when i see people selling scripts for different kind of strategies and post their "proof" of winnings. That i find immoral.

So which one is it? Is it controlled or regulated? And how is it controlled and who exactly are these "financial authorities"? Because that's really shady and vague concept.

As to my knowledge UAE has several several different financial authorities, like countries do. So if i google about it, or ask about them, who is going to back your story up and admit that they are controlling your layer 0 blockchain?

And thanks for the potential airdrop tip Smiley. I am just a little skeptical as your post was a little vague.

So you guys were right: it is a valid ERC20 token, but they own the entire supply, and it sounds like they don't have plans to allow you to even withdraw it to your own wallet. There's no market force that could give it value.
As a rule of thumb, cloud mining is ALWAYS a scam. If there would be real legit cloud mining, it would be so unprofitable to buy from a third party that no one would be interested.
There has been so many of these cloud mining scams and even icos that i lost count long time ago. But they come in waves, when enough new people don't know about them and old timers forgot to warn the new ones, they will score some new "investors" again.
