Primedice 3 is absolutely beautiful, bad timing for dicebitco.in's release haha.
2 of them are running on 2 different concept. I dont think the now defunct Just-Dice was ever a competition to PrimeDice. I liked JD personally because of the amazing speed it had. I could manually bet at least twice as fast as you can on PD. Looks aren't everything. We can support instant rolls as well but for launch we want to start off easy and slowly move up  |

I don't know what have happenned, my balance has just disapeared when making a challenge to "Jarny" with my entire balance.
I had around 0.00140 and the pvp is not in the logs. My balance just dissapeared instantly , I don't know what has happenned, I have emailed support.
 Everything adds up here on my end. All in's and out's are accounted for and total your balance. You can do the math as well. Your bet must have been processed? The difference of 0.0002 reflects two cashouts with TX fee's. Other than those you're 0sum. |

It's rough betting when the site keeps doing this, even if it is intentional on your part. Need to disable bets for a few seconds before doing whatever you are doing, because this is frustrating when you make a bet and it doesn't process or show you if you've won...
Will do that from now on Last update for a minimum of 10 hours anyway |

That was error on previous dev behalf . And its sorted out on pd3 by actually rolling only up to 99.99 . So when u play 9900x on pd3 u are aiming to get 99.99 , just coz 100 is hard to get that way.
It's not just >99.99 that is affected. *Every* bet is 0.005% harder to win than advertised. It's just that when the bet is advertised as 0.01%, the 0.005% error is half your advertised chance of winning, so it is hugely significant. What this means is that on average 1 in every 20,000 bets in the history of the site was incorrectly marked as a loss instead of a win. With 750 million bets on the site, that means that around 37500 bets were settled as losses when they should have been wins. 37500 bets assuming that every bet was made on the 10,000x multiplier. Only 180,000 10,000x payout bets were made. Meaning about 9 would have been settled incorrectly. Will find those 9 bets soon when have time to run a proper query on whole database Edit: Due to 0 working fine that means the expected number is actually ~4. |

 I've tried even with proxy This is the screen I get as well. Not using a proxy. Using Chrome but on a Mac, maybe that's it? I hope you get it sorted out as I'd like to check it out. At least PD2 still works! Congratulations on your new site! Weird that so many people are getting this, looking into this issue. What resolution is your monitor? A lot of current issues are related to chat/all bets freezing, sockets isn't setup 100% properly yet which is causing it to break semi often. Refreshing or waiting a minute should usually fix this but we'll iron this out by later today. Also cashouts should be sent in an hour, sorry for the delay, after that they should be auto though. |

I found bug.
I withdrew all my balance but I can't collect faucet.
It says "Your balance must be zero to collect" or something like that and it is 0 but I still can't collect it.
Try closing the tab and opening a new tab, noting down all these issues and working through them. Right now repairing auto cashouts is most important issue. Occasionally we are having a socket error which causes chat/allbets to temporarily break for some users. |

Quick question: is there a built-in delay of rolls based on the amount wagered? Or are the rolls delayed with a universal constant regardless of bet size?
Example -
1 satoshi - 1 sec
100 satoshi - 0.5 sec
1000 satoshi - 0.25 sec
etc etc etc.
No delay right now, supposedly our system can handle 10,000 bets a second according to our dev. |

Can I see faucet level amounts somewhere? And why I can't do this bet?   Will fix this, for some reason you can only do roll under on this bet, just need to change a parameters. Just saw my account has a balance of 0.001 BTC. Was 0 BTC before. Haven't deposited anything yet and only played the faucet twice and don't remember winning anything. Is it possible that someone sent me a tip via the chat? I think I posted a couple messages there.
