1101  Economy / Gambling / Re: DaDice.com - Next Generation Social Gambling Dice Experience on: May 20, 2015, 05:30:55 PM

The only thing I am pushing, is in having a public cold wallet like all other sites. I have explained with fair arguments why and you still didn't come up with a valid reason not to do so.

And we have explained why we don't do this. As long as nobody is complaining here that withdrawals requests are not honored or an investor complaining that he requested his cold wallet and we don't comply - then I would agree with your concerns.

But we do process withdrawals all the time and we have a skype group where we are in personal contact with all our investors.

This thread has become a witch-hunt and by any means, we are not willing to take part in it. We have overtaken most other dice sites by rolls in less than 3 month, our members base is growing daily and so are the wagered amounts. But according to you guys all we do is wrong. Well we can leave 'Troll Central' as well, as mentioned earlier - and believe me, we would still go on on the fast lane of the road.

At the very least wouldn't you be willing to demonstrate proof of those coins to me privately? I can verify here. This doesn't just effect investors but also people who play on your website and are under the assumption that you have that amount of coins to payout with.

Something there is no shortage of is bitcoin dice sites and people will take their business/investments elsewhere. Your attitude that you don't need this community due to your vast success and growth rate is fine but at the end of the day you'd be another 999dice.

NLNico has made some very reasonable points and it's unprofessional to try and shrug him off.

Posting this here so you can hold me accountable for it. If you add your email to your PD account we will not email you any annoying promotional material. This is strictly for recovery & verification purposes. If anyone cold-emails you claiming to be us, they probably aren't as well. I get constant spam from gaming sites I've signed up for and not only do we think it's unethical without your explicit consent but it is probably also ineffective.

To add your email go to your profile, I recommend adding 2FA as well for extra security in case your email is compromised down the line.

If you are looking to get promotional info/bonuses you can voluntarily follow us @ twitter.com/primedice or facebook.com/officialprimedice . Frequent giveaways go down on the facebook page.

I remember getting offered $2000+ worth of bitcoin at one time for user ID #7. Very interesting to see people still buying/selling their JD ID's. It's a shame PD relaunched so many times that rare ID #'s have pretty much always been worthless.

Missed the happy hour, I was working :/
I don't know if its done delibrately or not but the HH happens at such a time when most of the active users are offline, thus leading to PD gaining publicity and hype without loosing money.

I thought the happy hours times were over.

Nice to know that they still happen sometimes

We re-added happy hours within the past week. Usually happen later in the day.
1106  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: May 19, 2015, 05:47:01 PM
Few things to touch on:

1. Primedice is now two years old! and about to hit 1 million BTC in wagers by end of day  Grin . Can't thank you all enough for the support and feedback throughout this entire project.

2. Some basic hotkeys have been added, you can enable them by clicking the text above the balance box. If anyone has any feedback we'd be more than happy to take that into account when we later update hotkeys.

3. Auto recovery is now live, on the welcome page, click login then forgot password and fill in the appropriate information. Make sure you set an email under your profile, we will begin adding in incentives for users that have that enabled.

4. New support system is being tested out, it's long due that we switch over to a more professional and streamlined ticketing system for handling the hundreds of daily support tickets. This should speed up response times significantly. Along with this support system we will be adding in a help/knowledge center that will help us provide you better support.

For PD to continue to grow it's important that you provide us with any feedback you have including giveaway suggestions because we really do read and consider it all, it just takes a bit of time. Let's make this the best year yet!

I have had my coins deposited into an "old" deposit address I did not know they changed addresses. I have e-mailed support multiple multiple times to get my 1 BTC back. This has to be the worst support I have ever seen from a site that brags about how many wagers have been made on their site.

FIX YOUR SUPPORT AND GET ME BACK MY COIN!

Can you PM me your username, haven't been able to find an email referencing this.

Thanks
1108  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: May 11, 2015, 03:26:48 PM
Little suggestion. I noticed, if you tip someone in Russian chat, the Tipsy bot sends the red info to main english chat, could the text redirect back to Russian? There are some people who do not use English as mainchat.

Will forward that to Stunna if he doesn't see it here.

As for Candy . I agree he is a troll , maybe scammer . But im with him on this one. New accounts should not be muted just based on assumption that it is Candy. Some obvious ones like with offending names are ok but some accounts that are not so obvious should not be muted without 100% proof that it is him.

@Labkitty that's a solid point, will relay that by our developers.

We've completed our new recovery system which will let users recover their account by Email or signed emergency address. After we've launched that system, setting an email will increase your faucet by an amount that is yet to be determined. We'll be doing some testing and making sure it is secure before proceeding. I'm confident that we'll be able to return the quality of our customer support to its old peaks after solving the recovery situation for most users.

1110  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How 999dice.com is stealing your coins, and exactly why you won't believe me on: May 10, 2015, 03:41:07 AM
I have won at 999dice.com.  I don't think it's a scam at all.  I think it's one of the best dice sites out there and I hope they never ever change.

Even if they weren't systematically scamming every user with rigged rolls I'd wager that the owner (Jake) who if he is who I think he is (Jakemcrs aka simpledice) is absolutely rigging the rolls of highrollers.

I still don't think an edge that low is possible with max bets as high as he's placed them. Also one thing we have confirmed is the fact that he's a liar and has not returned to bitcointalk after he promised to prove his bankroll/massive volume claims to this community. He said something along the lines of how I'd owe him an apology once he shows proof and then vanished forever.

I will say that I'm more confident that 999dice is a scam than I was of dice.ninja, dicebitcoin, or the variety of other gambling sites that have been declared proven scams.

Stole your state of the mind artwork. Bummer!

Slow down, take a deep breath, and see if you can somehow string a sentence together. It's worth the effort because then maybe people will understand whatever it is you are trying to communicate with us.

I doubt people fall for those kind of application downloads or exe downloads. Even if something like that existed, primedice would shutdown the site the instant they find out something like that.

If people didn't fall for it he wouldn't keep posting that link. It has been going on for months now. You're underestimating just how dumb some people are.

Apparently that malware steals usernames/passwords of all social media accounts as well. If someone finds a way to cheat PD, it's important to realize that they would never publicly share it. If it sounds too good to be true...

In other news we've hit 5 billion bets! There is a giveaway going on @ facebook.com/officialprimedice

My apology for the delay & lack of professionalism. You didn't provide enough information to verify ownership of this account as you were unable to sign addresses. However, given the information you provided I can send the equivalent balance to a new account for you. Please email us back with your new username. We get at least a dozen emails a day from users claiming to be other users and we often lose sight of emails such as yours where the account-holder is not able to provide very strong proof.

I strongly recommend setting a password, email and backup bitcoin address under profile of your new account so we can quickly & securely help you recover your account in the future.

Great while it lasted. So long and thanks for all the fish, I'm done with PD now as a direct result of this bonehead move.

It truly is unfortunate that this had to happen. I predict that other top Bitcoin gaming sites will soon follow suit and US users will end up only having access to less trustworthy options. We appreciate the time you spent with us and hopefully someday the legal situation regarding gambling in jurisdictions such as the US will no longer be so opaque.
1117  Economy / Gambling / Important announcement from Primedice on: April 30, 2015, 06:52:56 AM
Friends,

Effective immediately Primedice will no longer accept deposits from visitors located within certain jurisdictions including the US. While Primedice is neither operated nor based in the USA, we've chosen to take proactive measures to mitigate long term risk for our users and service. The legal landscape is quickly shifting and we are choosing to completely block deposits from users located in what we've deemed as higher risk jurisdictions.

Primedice does not make use of US currency nor banking, and this block is not recognition that bitcoin gambling is illegal. This decision has been solely based off of discussions between Primedice and our legal counsel.

I know this news will disappoint many of you, however we're strong believers in Bitcoin and are playing defensively to secure our long term position at the top of this rapidly growing industry.  We're confident that every major online casino will accept Bitcoin within the next five years and we're determined to compete directly with them by continuing to create new disruptive experiences. We've been lucky enough to see the transformative power of Bitcoin with regards to gambling from a first hand perspective and are confident this is the right decision moving forward.

Thank You,

Primedice Team

Our wallet had become excessively bloated resulting in some slightly delayed deposit crediting. When you hit deposit you should be assigned a new address. If you happen to send to an old address, it still should credit for the next week or so.
