yeah stunna wished you had shortkeys so i wouldnt have to use a 3rd party one

main reason i dont play at PD that much. i would like to gamble at pd. but no shortkeys

I'm going to look into doing this once again, I'd consider having this defaulted to off. Are there certain websites with better hotkeys than others?

If you have lost an account with balance you MUST sign relevant addresses that have made significant deposits. A lot of people are complaining about slow & non-existent account recovery and this is a significant issue when just today at least six different people emailed claiming to be an account called "Earthbank" and demanding access to their account. Please be as thorough as possible, and if your account does not have funds simply make a new account.

I'll be spending the next four hours working through the backlog of supports, if you haven't sent over all relevant details as noted above and are waiting for a recovery please do so now. As stated please only do this if your account has a notable balance or activity.

Also I cannot stress more heavily that running untrusted code in your console or downloading a bot or "exploit" is a sure way to infect your computer or lose your balance. Please be cautious.

Thanks

Hi! Is there any problem with the support@primedice.com mail account?
Yesterday I sent a message to that email account to recover my Primedice password and I'm still waiting a response.

I forgot my pass and I want to continue playing on Primedice  Smiley
Sometimes we have to wait ~12hours to receive a response but in this case I'm waiting for more than 24h  Tongue

Hope you can review it and send a response soon!
Thanks a lot!

Yep, I think it really takes 24-48 hrs coz according to Stunna they're getting lots of e-mails.

What really clogs up the support process is recoveries & people attempting to scam with false reports. We can't just out-source support as we really do strive to maintain the privacy and security of our users.

We're trying to mess around with a few different options for recovery, we're not sure how secure it would be to do it via email or how many users would end up making use of that. For future websites we will likely require an email at signup for those wishing to recover.

I tried to play today for the first time in your casino, however, I can't understand why so few gives faucet , they all say that it used to be more free Satoshi for a beginner  Sad

The faucet is small because some people abuse it and because it is meant to be a way to test the site, not get big profits from it.

But the faucet will increase as long you keep betting, maximum will be 2000 satoshis/min after you bet some BTC

As it mentions on the modal the faucet steps up considerably once you've wagered 1BTC. This is an anti-bot measure, we still get botted but not very heavily due to some basic detection and restrictions.

Still waiting for that Hufflepuff incident report...

I think that won't gonna happen that will be hard to report.

It's already all written out, It will absolutely be released at some point and the delay will probably make sense at the appropriate time. It's important to note that nobody was effected negatively by this except for myself & PD doesn't offer investments. I understand this is a hot piece of gossip at the moment but at this moment our priorities are elsewhere.

still no answer to my mail after 1 week  Huh
i want my account back !!!!!!!!

We are re-working our recovery protocol to allow users to set an email soon and recover via a form. Currently we get hundreds of emails that essentially say "hey this is my account give me my password". If your account has no balance which appears to be the case it's best to simply create a new account, otherwise you'd need sufficient evidence such as IP's, signed primary depositing addresses etc.

Over the past two months we've mainly been hard at work on security/performance related issues, we are finally transitioning into features.

Why "Roll Dice button" is very slow compare to "Auto betting"?? There's delay in roll dice button fix this bug. I'm tired waiting to see the result and 2-4 seconds delay.

Small bets are typically delayed, in most cases (small bets) it shouldn't take more than 2 sec from click to result on an average connection.
1131  Other / New forum software / Re: Screenshots from epochtalk on: April 04, 2015, 01:57:45 AM
I've checked out the new forum, I have to say I'm extremely disappointed with the design/UI of it. If Theymos has any funds left I recommend he looks into having a professional design done, would cost as little as 10-30k for something solid and a redesign would greatly improve the experience.

I'm not saying you guys aren't worthy of trust but I think you should clarify the ownership of the website.

From my understanding & conversation with insiders, SD has been sold/shifted ownership more than one time. Is your group the one that purchased the site directly from Erik Voorhees? I only ask this due to the above posts using that assumption as a basis of trust. Looking forward to some clarification.

Also, solid work with the new site.

Although we're 100% privately funded, within the week I will post a full incident report on our official blog regarding hufflepuff. I've already more or less revealed what occurred but in very little detail and will post more for the sake of transparency. Expect to see this sometime this weekend.

Thanks

you mean robbinhood? i thought hufflepuff's win was okay.

Hufflepuff indeed unfortunately. I discussed this in another thread but edited out most of my posts the next day as I'd like to have the full story available. We were planning on breaking the full story via article but this would better be done via a blog post this weekend. Thanks for your patience.

The proud winner can help aid the massive fraud/scam that is 999dice.

What would you all think if there was the *Optional* choice to provide an email when signing up? We aren't interested in creating more friction but the exceptionally high number of account recovery emails have greatly hindered our ability to provide very prompt support.

When we eventually roll out the casino this may potentially be mandatory.

Betcoin.TM has always been at best incredibly sketchy and deceptive and at worst an outright scam. Erik Voorhees was convinced that they were ddosing Satoshidice for quite some time. betcoin.tm and 999dice are two websites I would never trust with a single satoshi.

No matter what happens , no matter who bails on their website and runs away with users coins , no matter how many kerpeles situation we will see. I seriously doubt stunna will ever be one of them. He will always be here , why would anyone who makes this much income (hopefully , he seems to lose a lot on hufflepuff situation but his profit should be a lot to cover that) just take the coins and run away , he is a bitcoin giant , a monopoly , he will get all of our coins anyway Cheesy Why would he try to steal it?

There were four cashouts for a total of under 0.1BTC held for manual review, I've pushed them through. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Why would such small withdrawals need to be manually reviewed? I would think ones of that small of a size would almost always be done automatically, otherwise you would almost always be doing nothing more then reviewing withdrawal requests

99.9% of the time they are sent automatically, the hotwallet was briefly low and a few cashouts were held. This doesn't typically happen.
