Screw Newcastle United, they are going nowhere, they had them chances and couldn't make good use of the opportunities they had. After the draw and win to Parisians, thy should have done same against Borrussia Dortmund. They would want to blame their lose on injuries but I don't think that's good excuse. They was in a good form proir to the game against Borrussia Dortmund at home but the germans found ways to escape from that game with three good points. They lost back to back games against Dortmund and that was their hope of going on top of PSG and AC Milan. They got fvcked hard with injuries no doubt but that's too much the manager still had players who can execute his plans. They'll be back home competing for the domestic league games just like Manchester United. Looking at the previous meetings between Borrussia Dortmund and PSG, you'll see that they find it difficult to triumph at away games when facing Dortmund. Even though there is a greater possibility for Napoli to win the match at home when facing Cagliari, I think Napoli should not underestimate a team like Cagliari because this season Cagliari also often surprises in matches with other big teams. So Napoli also have to be more serious in facing Cagliari because every victory must always be achieved with struggle. Because victory will not come by itself if the team does not try more seriously even though the team they are facing is a small team.
In theory, Napoli must win against Cagliari. Napoli has a better squad and they also will play the match at home. We know that Cagliari is in the 16th place, it is not very far from the relegation zone. From this position, we also know that Cagliari is not in their good performance this season. So, playing against weaker team like Cagliari which isn't in their good performance, Napoli must get full points. However, I agree that we don't underestimate any team in Serie A because the small team can be an obstacle if they can play as a solid team during the match. This could be another if they don't try to make sure that they win the game. They have a better squad who haven't been consistent with how they play. Napil anyways would not want to lose this game for it would be shameful to see them lose Empoli, Inter Milan and now a Cagliari side who got to win sts the last minutes of the game they played. Doubtful? I think Real Madrid is playing a good season with small hiccups, but they only lost one game in La Liga it also won the game against Girona 3-0. Atletico Madrid is playing good and if they win their game that they are behind, it is 4 points between them and Girona and not to forget that they play against each other in about 3 weeks. By then everything can be turned around. Barcelona is not doing well and the whole team is underperforming.
From what has been seen during the course of this season, Real Madrid cannot be simply doubted because Real Madrid still has the potential and how to play very well this season even with only the current players and I think there will still be more optimal changes when Real Madrid is taking advantage of the transfer window in January. So it is impossible to doubt that Real Madrid can still overtake Girona at the top of the standings because Madrid is only two points behind Girona. The next round in the Champions League will be a revelation whether Barcelona is competitive enough to stay in that competition, but I doubt it.
As for Barcelona, I also doubt Barcelona if Barcelona's performance is still like it is now, especially after Barcelona was defeated by Girona at home with quite a big score. I am even more confident with Real Madrid in this season's UCL competition although everyone needs to see how each team performs in the round of 16. As always there won't be much Real Madrid can do in the transfer window in January to improve their team. The big teams often use it when important players got an injury and are out for a longer period of time, but it is not the time for changes in important positions as the players clubs want are out of shape and don't play for their current team or they are not available at all. It doesn't happen often that a player is bought in winter who then becomes one of the core players in the team when everyone else is healthy and fit. There wouldn't be too much additional players into the squad of Real Madrid. They're already good enough so far so good. The recent happenings ND injuries should have affected the club and the rest of the players but the keep on playing like they don't have most important and injured players out. Still not certain who will end up winning the Spanish League. The transfer window fast here Barcelona should make sure the potholes in the club are well fixed. So far, they're far behind and they keep on killing my predictions for them winning the league once again this season. |

Reece James the effective and important player of Cheslea posted bout his situation in his team. In the game between Everton and Chelsea in which Chelsea lost the game with a 2-0 result, Reece James got injured hard and he left the field. It seems the James's problem is a hamstring injury and he can't play for his team for a long time there is the possibility for James to have surgery and if he does that he should reset for a longer time.  I don't think, James injury is the caused of the defeat Everton defeated Chelsea 2-0 last match because if you look at their position currently in the premier league table you will know that they are not good in this season and it will take them some seasons before their new manager can improve the team to be like Manchester city. James is an old player in Chelsea and he knows how to handle the midfield very well for their strikers to have effective performance in the front to achieve a good results at the end of the match. I believe Chelsea manager will do everything possible within his capacity to ensure James recover on time, because the players on bench cannot handle the midfield very well like the way James is handling the Chelsea midfield. How is Recee James a midfielder? And for your information, Pochetino Mauricio is not part of the medical team and even if he was amongst em he has no rope to play with the speedy recovery of James. If I'm correct, there was no direct contact or collision from another player and him. James is not more of a great captain, not even Cowill. They should dropped them and give that dueting to Mauricio Pochetino. Manchester City and Pep Guardiola may have qualified honestly but making assessment for how they've played they be poor ASF. Manchester United didn’t play like a team who wanted to be in the champions league last night. It’s surprising to see a big side like Manchester United playing like an underdog team. It’s true that they never stood a chance against Bayern Munich but I expected a tough game. Manchester United lack team spirit, I don’t see any motivation in the players to play. Could it be there is trouble in the dressing room? Ten Hag doesn’t seem to have a good relationship with the players.
Since the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson, this ain't the first time they ( Manchester United ) have been dumped out of the group stage. If you look back to the times of Louis Van Gaal with Manchester United. I think they got nuked out of the competition from the Champions League and then to the Europa League Competition. Last season, some seasons ago with the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, they was able to survive the group stage with the brilliance of Ronaldo. I wasn't expecting too much from them last night because they was a different this season right from the Preseason. Th y don't deserve to progress, the best clubs and sides already moved. |

Getting Victor Oshime this January Transfer Window would be damn difficult, though that's a deal I would want to see getting finalized.
Nicholas Jackson should be amongst the players that shouldn't be with Chelsea no more next season, he should either be loaned out or he wouldn't be getting more game time like he's already had this season. Chelsea have enough money to buy new players including Osimhen but the real problem is the Napoli president who already refused to sell the player last summer transfer window in a price under €200k if I am not mistaken.. Osimhen actual value is €120k and I believe it is exaggerated. His real value shouldn't pass €75k this season since he isn't playing as he used to be nor Napoli performing good as they used to do. Since there is some tension between him and Napoli's staff previously then it might be an opportunity for Napoli to generate enough money to buy 3 or even 4 players to consolidate the team and improve their ranking in the Serie A but also in European competitions.. The president would not be a big deal if truly Victor Oshime wants the move out of the club, one thing I've learned is that it's very difficult to compel a player who has decided in his heart to make his moves amd make further challenges ahead. I was about saying smile not until I read the stuff completely. You're right, the value is too much they won't want to spend so much but Victor Oshime would be worth a hundred thousand naira. Lyon did a really good work by beating Toulouse on the previous week. I wasn't expecting them to be that much dominant honestly. Lacazette even made a hat-trick and put a great end to his goalless streak. Because he has also been playing really poorly just as the rest of the squad for a long while. But will this 3-0 win be some help for Lyon to continue winning?
I really don't know about that. Their job is going to be much more difficult next time as there is an away game against Monaco. I feel like this will also end up with another loss for Lyon. Monaco are having a really decent season and I don't think they would lose points to a problematic Lyon home.

They did not keep too much of the ball but they was better and had confidence to attack Toulouse. Liverpool and leverkusen are the strongest candidates. It has proven from their consistency in the domestic league. There's no doubt to pick leverkusen or liverpool to win the game. There will be some names to come soon.

At least we will not see Sevilla in this season, so the possibility to see a back to back champion is impossible. A new name might happen, I'm rooting for Leverkusen to become a champion since Liverpool already three trophies even though it was happen a long time ago. With Sevilla bot in the Europa League, we can now push focus to another big side maybe Liverpool, Bayern Leverkusen and Marseille who are all doing very well. I would rather see Bayern Leverkusen making sacrifices for the Bundesliga than the Europa League Competition. Bayern Leverkusen shouldn't slack with the chase of the Bundesliga League Competition they have all the chances to win, I wouldn't want to see them bottling the cup at the eleventh hour. I'd be supporting Galatasaray, they play good football amd have better quality players than Copenhagen, I think they just didn't make good use of them chances. Maybe he rarely gets playing minutes so it is not a coach's choice, making him have to spend his career on the bench. It will be hard for Manchester City to repeat what they did in the Premier League last season because Kevin De Bruyne will be with the Manchester City squad for the long term and it is affecting Manchester City's performance. Liverpool is the real threat to Manchester City this season, Liverpool will want to be at the top of the Premier League till the season ends.
Kevin De Bruyne will probably be back by January next year so we shall see how that's going to change their form. Man City is still looking good despite his absence and I doubt they will drop further since they have "easy" matches for the rest of December. Their rivals like Liverpool will still have to face Man United and Arsenal so I expect Man City to close the gap or even take the lead by the end of the year. They still performed well, but we can see the difference when they don't have an attacking creator like KDB, so I can't help but say that it affected their performance. From here we can start to see where Manchester City's weak points can then be exploited by their opponents, namely in the midfield. That way, when they can play with a full squad, the opponent will realize which point should be the part they should pay close attention to. Haaland is indeed a very sharp player, but when he is not supported by a good supply of balls coming to him, he also cannot do much as usual. Girona this weekend will gets easy opponent because at their home they will fight against Alaves and i know as promotion team Alaves performance was quite good because at least they can managed their position on league standings and their position currently at 12th place but Girona records was so fantastic this season because they almost being an the winner for each matches in Laliga and their home matches or away matches records are equally good
The winning result from Barcelona is really make people start to notice them and the players just like Artem Dovbyk, Cristhian Stuani and Savio is became an important player for Girona and they also has successfully to help Girona to performing well for each matches however about the match against Alaves these players most likely will be available this weekend because they are in the good fitness and regarding head to head records this is the first time for both teams to met since 2019 and based on the odds i can see it now Girona is the favoruite with odds @1.54
Two more games to round up the first half of the season, the game coming up at home would be a straight win for them at home with the fans? They don't even want to mess with that great chance given. They made good use of the wings and midfielder's to hurt a big club like Barcelona, with Alaves it's a sure banker. I expect goals up to two and three. Even before the win against Barcelona thry have done impressively well against other underdogs. Against Real Madrid, they did well you just have to praise the defenders of Real Madrid for holding Girona and then force down. What a shameful performance overall from Manchester United who were not able to qualify in a group where it was also Copenhagen and Galatasaray.In such group not being able to go at least in Europa League is more shameful than what I am writing here.I saw the game yesterday night and it was not a good game to watch with a Manchester United out of ideas at all.Bayern didn't need to win the game at all yesterday yet it is in their mentality to win every game.
I wasn't too pleased with Manchester United performance yesterday. They needed to make a statement and win the game even if they were going to exit the champions league, because the other game didn't end in a draw. But they needed to show that they have what it takes by winning Bayern. It was so disappointing honestly speaking. You wasn't pleased and got vexed because you was expecting a miracle from Manchester United a side who haven't done well since the Champions League football this season kicked off? Henceforth, if you're a Manchester United fan and you want pleasure and fun, don't deprive yourself from supporting a stronger club until Manchester gain themselves. Yesterday, I saw both Luka Modric and Sergio Ramos missing penalties last night, fun first half for Real Madrid even if Berlin lead with a goal. I didn't see the second half of the game but it was good to see that Joselu be doing what he was meant to do for the club. Sergio Ramos will that penalty, became the highest ever scoring defender in the Champions League with seventeen goals. They would be back to domestic league actions to fight for top four or five. |

Manchester United are really crying for help these days. They are out of the Champions League by finishing their group at the last position. Now in the Premier League a really tough fixture is waiting for them for a few weeks. After seeing the way they play in a critical game in the Champions League I'm not expectant from them in the Premier League either.
It doesn't look like they will be able to continue with Erik ten Hag. These games ahead would probably be important on determining his future at the team. If the Red Devils collect very few points from these games then I don't see a bright future for him. His time to get sacked might be earlier.
There's no better choice and candidate better than Erik Ten Hag out there currently vacant without a job. They would go through the same process and get to this stage. Liverpool got to the finals with Jurgen Klopp and also lost during the Europa League finals at a certain season. The fans and the media habe got no patience, all they want to see is quick results? C'mon, rebuilds and changes takes time. They may not survive against Liverpool but the next game ahead they should. I would love to see a good rise in form just like they did at Old Trafford against Liverpool though. It won't be easy but there's nothing impossible to achieve. January Transfer Window by the corner and I'm sure they'll want to see some players leaving and coming. The fans should have patience and trust the process. So far Bayern Munich has dominated the match and I agree with you, it looks like Munich will win today and Manchester United will not give up I mean they will score too So both teams to score is an interesting bet. yes nobody expect this resilient Girona, they are very strong, is not easy to fight in the top of this tournament against 2 huge teams like Real Madrid and Barcelona, and plus one BIG like atletico madrid, and now they are fully comited, this last victory on Barcelona pitch was magic, and yes they have a bit of luck on that missed goal of Lewandwoski.
I don't think Girona will stay in that position for long before Real Madrid will take it back, but there is still time to know who will win this trophy because Barcelona coach is still planning to introduce some new tactics that will help the team to recover from their losses quickly before the end of the competition. But many people are saying Barcelona will not come close to first position and second position but as it stand now, the opportunity for them to take over the position from Girona has be activated which they will start displaying them in their next game. Despite Barcelona loss in some games doesn't mean they are not capable to win this trophy because, many people thought that they will not win last season trophy until they begin to show some improvement that gave them the opportunity to achieved the trophy last season. Girona are not after nobody, they're after themselves and their personal development, growth and increase. Real Madrid taking the lead ain't them issues, they just be taking the games and fixtures one step at a time. You mean the Barcelona that just lost to Spanish League leaders Girona? My guesses and predictions finally match the expectations about Tottenham vs Newcastle, finally Tottenham can make a comeback by winning three points in this match with a score that is quite satisfying in my opinion. Ange really made changes to his squad that have been proven in this match, with this result it is clear that the fans' confidence will be restored for the downturn in their pride team in the previous few matches.
The first half until before the second half ended Tottenham really didn't give Newcastle the slightest breath, I thought at first Tottenham would be able to get a full victory without having to concede a goal but it turned out that towards the end of the match Newcastle could make one advantage through a goal from Joelinton which finally the match ended with a score of 4 - 1 for Tottenham's victory. With this good result, Tottenham can finally get a little further away from Manchester United's pursuit in terms of points difference. Next Tottenham will face Nottm Forest and I think this will not be a difficult match for them.
The win in this match was essential especially for the Confidence of the Tottenham players and the fans, Now Tottenham could be seen as one top team and a team that would also be gunning for the UCL spot next season. Newcastle who have 2 consecutive defeats now will be do worried especially as they head into the UCL where they need to secure the win in order to keep playoff in Europe which probably could be a reason the team didn’t play with too much energy Now Tottenham wins keeps them off clear the sight of Manchester United and hopefully 3 points secured when they play Forest will be a big boost as Man United will have to struggle when they face the league leaders, Liverpool at Anfield after facing Bayern Munich in a UCL match today, i don't think United would survive both games, i think they’ll loose against Bayern at Old Trafford and so lose at Anfield on the 17th. Totthenham really did a great job winning Newcastle in that encounter.It seems Totthenham have had a boost of confidence since they drew Manchester City when I thought City were going to flog them because Totteham was without most of their star players due to injury.Tothenham will continue their form after it seems they had a little deep in form which made them drop from the first position they were on the table to fifth. I really see this season as a very competitive season where the people or the team that will win the league is not yet known.At the moment we can't say City or Arsenal or Liverpool nor Aston Villa are favourite for the tittle,every of those teams seems to be in good shape at the moment,and any of them can win the league as well. Scoring twice should be a big booster for Richardlison since he hasn't found the back of the net already this season. Gladdens me to see him smiling after the game and while the game was ongoing. It was the first time for Son to score from the penalty box since the exit of Harry Kane and he didn't disappoint the fans ans his mates. He ended up converting that into goal. They played well from the back honestly with the return of Romero. He was quite reckless on the ball once again, but he was lucky to escape the red card. Newcastle failed to prepare well once again ahead of the Champions League clash against Ac Milan tomorrow. Aston Villa's striker, Ollie Watkins, has recently attracted interest from major clubs like Arsenal and Liverpool. However, Manchester United has surprisingly joined the race for his signature, prompted by the dismal performance of their attacking players. As of now, in the context of the Premier League, no Manchester United striker has scored more than 2 goals, a concerning statistic for a team competing at the top.
He better to join Arsenal because Arteta willing to give more chances to other players, unlike Liverpool and Manchester United where the starting eleven almost can't be replaced. Arsenal is also lack of striker, if he's really good, Arteta will give him more minutes to play than Jesus and Nketiah. Manchester United has a problem in their wingers, not the center forward. For the gunners? They don't need Watkins. Who's suitable for the gunners right now is Ivan Toney. ( The Brentford Player currently suspended due to football gambling. ) I do think that he's the right man for that job Yeah, you're correct about Gabriel Jesus and Nketiah who haven't done enough for himself and the club. Six goals looks cool though but not enough if he believes he can offer more for the club. Ivan Toney is a strong, intelligent and smart attacker. Good with the ball with his both feets, head and chest, I know he'll bring confidence to the club and his mates. Another role that would need to be filled up will be that of Saka who has been affected by injury countless times. They'll need to find a backup for him whenever he gets Injured. It'll take a long season to solve of the issues with Manchester United. Recce James should not be a long term Chelsea player, he's Injury has mad him missed important games already this season. Watkins is one of the best strikers have seen in the premier league this season.He is doing an incredible work at Aston Villa at where he currently plays,although he doesn't have the heights I would want my kind of striker to have,but he is so quick and fast in finishing,which makes him very attractive.I think with the way he plays,he can suit Arsenal's style of play,and I would love if Arteta sign him and sell Nketiah who is not reliable.Watkins will be a reasonable addition to Arsenal if Arteta should sign him. Another player that I think most teams will look at this season is Ivan Toney,who has been banned due to violation of the Fifa rule,he might be available in January,and I think he will also be a good addition to the Arteta's squad. You must be a gunner if I'm guessing correctly. These speculations are just arising only because they're having a good time this season ( Aston Villa ) How well can he do same if he's been sold out? Aston Villa would not want to lose any of them key players during the January Transfer. Arsenal have been linked now to both Douglas Luiz and Olie Watkins. I'm still certain they won't be getting any of them both. Nketiah would be sent out on loan, he's a fine player but difficult to see him up his game for Arsenal. He would be best fit for clubs like Newcastle or Brighton these are clubs you'll see youngins developing massively. |
