1921  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Prediction website for sale with backend software on: April 20, 2019, 06:51:35 AM
The website www.bitcoinfreecasino is for sale.   Its a turn key operation set up in 2015 but I havnt had time to run it.   Backend is all set up, all it needs is somebody to promote it and run it.    Price is 2 bitcoins.
You can't just give it a price out of thin air. Stats, number of visitors, technologies and other stuff should contribute to the final pricing. From the information provided above, the website isn't making any profits and there is no front-end to see what it actually looks like (if you ever created one).

2BTC is a pretty hefty price for that.
this is the site he's selling - http://bitcoinfreecasino.com/
because the forum link from this site directs to his profile. you can check how the front-end looks like.  Roll Eyes
Damn, that is nowhere near 2 BTC or a gambling site. Like I don't really understand which part of the website looks like they're related to a casino? What the heck is a swiftcoin anyway? I'm pretty sure OP is selling it because it failed to make him money.

Even the site does not deserve to be 1 BTC.
It was last properly maintained in 2015 as per OP and it needs to be re-maintained by the new owner and whats more it is NOT a Gambling Casino site. Huh

The site looks really dull and simple, and looks like needs a lot of improvement. Nobody even knows this site and seems like it only has a number of visitors, not excluding those who checked the site because of this post. Grin . You will leave a lot of work to who ever, if ever someone will buy it, 2 BTC is too much.
1922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Came Back After a Year on: April 20, 2019, 06:29:40 AM
Hey, Guys, I am jak3, I came back after 1year. (i barely visited this forum in this 1year) but I remember when I left this forum there was a lot of bitcoin campaigns and a lot of discussion topics. But nowadays people are only talking about altcoins. Can you guys tell me what I am missing till now or what exactly did happen under this 1year? I do have some idea about merits thought. Hope I can get a grip back into the discussions.

There had been fewer bitcoin campaigns, a lot of SCAM altcoin campaign, Majority of ICO failed, a lof users went to vacation because of this. You actually went to a vacation on a good timing, a very depressing scenario happened to crypto market a year ago. Anyways, welcome back, things are starting to get better compared last year.
1923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Lead to the SIngularity? on: April 20, 2019, 06:20:43 AM
Technology is not organic but human is, technology does not develop but human do to me there will never be a point where technology will perform the role of human in development no matter the level of the artificial intelligent it most be program and created by human before it can operate. The blockchain is also developed and control by human such as the miners that harsh the various transactions.

I don't get the point where you said technology doesn't develop. Then, how will you explain how internet started and immerged. From landline to cellular phone, from manual transaction to p2p transactions. Isn't this technological development? All things is possible that one-day due to artificial intellegence, man-power wouldn't be needed as what have been mentioned in the article. Some companies even had used technology to replace human since they are consistent and less likely to commit error than human does.
1924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sweden on track to stop using cash by 2023 on: April 20, 2019, 05:29:17 AM
That's the reason why a country like Sweden grows more economically speaking. They are open for adoption and development that could make every transaction easier and more convenient for them. If most countries would have the same plan as Sweden, I guess blockchain technology would make life lighter.
1925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China may ban bitcoin mining soon. on: April 20, 2019, 05:13:25 AM
It will be a big loss if China would ban mining. China is one of the biggest countries that participate in cryptocurrency.  However, Chinese businessmen are smart so they will do something to perform mining and the government isn't in control of this. I believe that they will do everything just to push it. They could set mining operations in different countries if China would really prohibit it.
1926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Effects of BCSV, good or bad ? on: April 20, 2019, 04:53:45 AM
I think it has a good effect on other potential coins. It has been delisted for a reason and a lot of investors have switched to other coins as their investment. I think the scandal of Btcsv has a big impact and made investors doubt about its potential. If most people would still support it, it could still recover somehow.
1927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MinePhone WX [ 2 ETH / month], Mine on mobile phone? on: April 20, 2019, 04:37:03 AM
That's too good to be true and that's what makes it hard to believe. I haven't heard any legit mining sites which offers mobile mining.  Scammers are creative this time so it's a great thing that we all know how to read between the lines. We should not show any interest in this kind of scam sites.
1928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Hotbit exchange is legit. on: April 20, 2019, 03:56:04 AM
I haven't tried using Hotbit but I could see that's it's a legit and trusted exchange because I'm not hearing any negative review about it. Their trading volume is high as well. If they will reach more people and it they will gain the trust of traders and investors, hotbit will be on top as well.
1929  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is Comodities/Currency/as Payment Methode? on: April 20, 2019, 03:33:10 AM
Bitcoin was actually originally created as an alternative and decentralized payment method. Unlike bank transfers which take time, it offers low cost and instantaneous transactions. As for me, bitcoin is multifunctional. It has now the role of investment asset, as traders and investors consider it a profitable investment because of its potential gains. I know that it could even go for more roles and functions in the future because it is being adopted and is continuosly developing each day.
1930  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What the future HODL? on: April 20, 2019, 03:17:26 AM
I think people who earn bitcoin would never doubt about it and its future. Some of them have the mentality of buying more as long as they can since it's good for a long term investment. We are all aiming for the continuous adoption of bitcoin since that will bring a massive development and has a positive outcome for holders as well. Everyone wants financial freedom and that's the main reason why a lot of believers are holding more bitcoin.
1931  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Bulk purchase on: April 20, 2019, 03:07:56 AM
Anyone know where to start to buy BTC in bulk? Looking to purchase at least 1,000 coins a month for at least 6 months.  TIA Please pm me if you know of best way.

There are lots of bigger exchanges where you could buy as much bitcoin as you want. You could also choose your Mastercard or visa as a payment option. To secure your funds, you should look for a trusted and legal exchange rather than trusting anybody else. Exchanges like Kraken and Coinbase are examples of legit and trusted exchanges with high trading volume. You can look for an exchange that will make you feel comfortable without any doubt.
1932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Track and Trace on: April 20, 2019, 02:24:06 AM
Minimizing legal and financial exposure seems the direction that crypto is moving. Companies like Ciphertrace have discovered that more than $760m in crypto was stolen from exchanges so far this year. Do we allow this to happen or do we allow companies to step in to help stop these criminal acts?

I think it is up to exchanges to find ways to protect it's user and the companies security it self. We all know that decentralization and government cannot sit along in just one table. So, we will have to just choose let decentralization and criminal acts to occur and let the culprits run anonymously or let the government or some agencies in to amlessen or avoid such acts.
1933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why does crypto keep screwing me over?? on: April 19, 2019, 07:41:51 PM
Simply because you're losing every opportunity to buy. You should be willing to take all the risks if you want to gain something in the future. Every market situation is an opportunity. Be observant and read between lines before buying. Learn about technical analysis for you to have an idea about the market flow. Investing and trading are a never-ending learning process and sometimes, you will learn from disappointments.
1934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC requirements on BitcoinTalk Bounty Campaigns Become Worst! on: April 19, 2019, 07:18:57 PM
Lately i'm just inspect most of the active Bounties in the forum and i even try visit those KYC requiring Campaigns i was find out that some of the campaigns are not accepting national ID's and requiring too much in order to recieve tokens I think its rude and too much what do you think?

It's most likely the best way to delay payment or to avoid paying bounties. Most bounties would not announce the KYC requirement on campaigns not until the end of the campaign.
1935  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we think that Bitcoin ......(I think I made a point in the wrong place) on: April 19, 2019, 06:53:31 PM
It is a risky situation and a bit sticky. Governments getting into bitcoin for their own agenda could further the price of bitcoin and that is fine but could turn bitcoins ideology around from something good to something bad as well.

Think about it just couple years ago there was a lot of media coverage about how bitcoin was used to buy and sell drugs and you could even pay people to kill someone with bitcoin without getting tracked, that was the talk about bitcoin yet today when bitcoin is talked its talked like gold or silver just as an investment topic.

We have barely managed to change the idea of bitcoin from something bad to something good, do we really need governments to intervene and start using it for their own agenda now? That would change the look of bitcoin a lot.

How? we must accept the fact that even though bitcoin is legal, there is no significant impact. its function remains as an online payment tool, and now the method already exists like paypal or other platforms. I think there are still a lot of considerations for this problem, for example, placing bitcoin as an investment asset officially traded on the stock market.

Mind blowing, imagine government banning bitcoin but getting involved to it for their own agenda since it is decentralized and untraceable. Had never thought of that.  Shocked . This could possibly increase the market value of bitcoin, but at the same time not a good scenario to imagine.
1936  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Public sale or pre ICO? can't decide on: April 19, 2019, 06:38:38 PM
It depends on the project that you are choosing. I guess knowing a project and the product first would give you a better assurance to invest during the pre-Ico. It's better to invest earlier where you could avail their bonuses, discounts and airdrops but be mindful of the coin that you're choosing.
1937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Bitcoin SV going to crash? on: April 19, 2019, 06:18:52 PM
It's actually crashing and Kraken has delisted it already. The survey made by Kraken has a big impact in it's crash. It only means that most numbers of investors and holders have changed their minds and think of it as a shitcoin after the said scandal. I'm sure that most Btc Sv would switch to other potential altcoins.
1938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty that paid you some good reward on: April 19, 2019, 06:08:33 PM
The last bounty that I have joined which paid me a good reward was last 2017. 2018 wasn't a good year for me. I have joined different bounties but I didn't earn much as I was earning before. Most bounty campaigns these days are full of promises and delays and it's quite disappointing.
1939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: GUIDANCE FOR SWAP USDT-TRON IN VENAPI[VENAPI TRON WALLET] on: April 19, 2019, 05:58:53 PM
I have followed Tron Foundation for months and I think that if you want to swap USDT-OMNI or USDT-ETH for TRC20 based USDT, it's better to follow the official / latest instruction from Tron Foundation: https://medium.com/@Tronfoundation/how-to-swap-your-usdt-omni-or-usdt-eth-for-trc20-based-usdt-32fa4eb87437

Thanks for posting the official and latest instruction from Tron Foundation. I think OPs post was specifically for users who uses Venapi Tron wallet. Will the same procedure on the link you provided work on any tron wallet? I am using hardware wallet (Ledger)
1940  Other / Off-topic / Re: Research project on ethical issues related to Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies on: April 19, 2019, 05:42:54 PM
Done taking the survey and you have an informative topic. It's also an eye opener for those who are wondering about the negative effects of cryptocurrency. All I can say is, it isn't the cryptocurrency which is creating those problems but it is how users use it in different ways. To tell you honestly, I was aware of all those issues even before I entered crypto world so it didn't affect my belief and my decision in investing for I know that there are also lots of positive effects of cryptocurrency in the environment, society and the economy.
