Likely Chelsea more possibility for Victor Osimhen than Liverpool depending forward squad have by Liverpool have completed with Nunez and Firmino, after leaving by Lukaku Chelsea still not find new forward have more goal contributing although have sign Aubameyang, but I doubt with Chelsea have much money or not for paying above 100 million euro offering by Napoli.
I don't think there is any possibility of Victor Osimhen moving to either teams in January, Chelsea are currently struggling and they actually have a lesser chance of winning a trophy than Osimhen's current club Napoli, Aubameyang is not a problem at all, because if Victor does move to Chelsea, he will definitely displace the Gabonese star. Liverpool are struggling too, but that's not just it, they spent quite a lot of money on Darwin Nunez, surely they cannot be considering the option of bringing in another high profile center forward, and btw Nunez is doing very well, so they are quite happy with his performances.

Having said that, if Victor Osimhen is going to leave Napoli it is definitely going to be in the Summer, and i think Real Madrid have the highest chance to sign him, Benzema is prolly nearing the end of his career at Real Madrid, thus if the club can convince Victor that he is the heir to that number 9 position at Real Madrid, it could be very difficult for him to resist that offer.

The interview with Morgan is a blow to the club and so far I'm still waiting to see how they will react to this. An end to his United career seems likely but for what boldness Ronaldo had to make those statements obviously he has his mind already set for whatever is coming as a result of his actions.
That is exactly what my thoughts are, Ronaldo is definitely not stupid, he knew there would be severe consequences for his actions, consequences that would prolly amount to him never wearing a Manchester United jersey again, so i think he has an offer already somewhere, the media definitely doesn't know about it yet, but he would not make such explosive comments and risk being a player without a club in January. Ronaldo is definitely not going to retire, that i am sure of; and if worst comes to worst he will basically just move to a less competitive league and be paid tons of money, and there quietly end his career.

I would advise Ronaldo to retire from football because he has played for a long time and has some great moments and memories in football history, and his continued presence may ruin all of those good memories with his attitude.
I don't think there is any chance in hell that Ronaldo is going to retire from football now, he takes very good care of himself and he still has got enough left in his tank, so i think he is going to be around for quite awhile. I think before Ronaldo made that explosive interview with Piers Morgan, he knew that would spell the end of his career at Manchester United, so i am thinking if he and his agent already have an offer they know is very likely to work in the winter, he is definitely not going back to Manchester United after this, but only he and his agent prolly know what's next for him.

Having said that, it is possible that Ronaldo would no longer play at the top/elite level again, maybe there isn't a big club that wants to pay his huge wages again, so another possibility is for Ronaldo to move to a less competitive league (maybe in Saudi Arabia) that will offer him far more than what he is receiving at the moment (in terms of salary/wages), so he could go there, make tons of money, finish his club career with little or no pressure, and be happy, the only thing is that he will be away from the spotlight, and that is one thing Ronaldo would struggle to give up (the spotlight), we'll find out what happens next after the WC.

Nigerian crypto startup, Nestcoin, will lay off workers after losing assets to FTX crash
The whole FTX issue don touch everybody for the crypto world whether directly or indirect. As I read now, this Nigerian crypto company, Nestcoin go drop some of their staff sake of say the company put plenty of their stablecoin investment for the FTX Exchange
Even crypto company like Nestcoin don go make the big mistake of keeping them money for exchange hands, na wetin cause their problem so na, we all sabi wetin happen to FTX, so people wey get them money for their exchange they for wahala, and Nestcoin come be one of those people, me i think say after this incident many people go learn better lesson on how them suppose to keep/hodl their crypto, wey suppose they only in their non-custodial wallet.

Having said that, i they feel pity for their staffs wey go lose their job for this kind hard times wey choke for the world now, but Nestcoin crypto company still get luck, as their loss no affect customer funds at all, if not that one for don be another big wahala wey fit make them to go bankrupt, na only the company accrue losses for now, so them wan balance the matter by reducing people wey them go they pay salary for the meantime, so the company go fit continue, e still make sense like that sha.

as 'daily mirror' reports, premier league club manchester United have accelerated their plans to replace Cristiano Ronaldo - and have chosen none other than france national striker Kylian Mbappe as their new target.
Lol, i can't see that one happening, the whole furore about Ronaldo should definitely see him leave the club this January (Winter) transfer window, i do not think he and Manchester United can settle this and work together, i am also pretty sure Ronaldo was aware of the consequences of his actions, meaning he and his agent already prolly have an alternative they are currently working on, because to see Ronaldo in a Manchester United jersey again seems very unlikely.

Having said that, even if the Portuguese superstar leaves the club, there is no way Manchester United are replacing him with Kylian Mbappe, the French international is enjoying life in Paris, he had some issues at the beggining of the season, but all of that seems to have been forgotten at this point in time, thus i think he is very committed to PSG, then again Manchester United are still a club that is trying to find its feet, they aren't contenders for any title right now, and definitely Kylian Mbappe is a player that's at that point in his career that he has to play in a good team that's challenging for every title, and i'm afraid Manchester United isn't that team, if he is to leave PSG, i can only see him going to one place, and that's to Madrid, with Real Madrid.
1947  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 15, 2022, 04:14:22 PM
5 points adrift can still be chased by Manchester City, as long as Arsenal continues to maintain their victory they will be safe, that's why Manchester City will continue to overshadow them at the top of the standings, maintaining a position at the top of the standings is a tough task, I think Arsenal have to work hard to that
Well, what i have noticed is that quite a lot of you guys are yet to start giving Arsenal the credit they deserve as it seems everyone is just waiting for Manchester City to usurp them and head for the summit, i am not so confident about that for now, and i wouldn't raise my hopes too high on that.

Having said that, 5 points is of course more than recoverable and City can still close it down, but for them to do that they have to do better than what i have seen from them thus far, City have not had the sort of season i expect from them, they are struggling too much, and for as long as they continue to do so, Arsenal will keep running far away from them and prolly win the title at the end of the season.
1948  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 15, 2022, 11:57:28 AM
When the transfer market is open maybe Carlo Ancelotti will need a lot of money to bought Osimhen from Napoli because surely the price would be very expensive.
I don't think the problem is in the price for Victor Osimhen, nor his wages, Real Madrid are more than buoyant enough to foot all of that, the problem here is that i don't think Osimhen can move in the January (Winter) transfer window, at least not after the way Napoli have started this season, and are in contention to win the Seria A and go very far in the CL, he is definitely going to finish the season in Naples and see what he can achieve.

Having said that, if Real's interest in him is going to come in the summer transfer window, then they player will be careful with his decision, Real have Benzema, and despite the fact that he is getting older, he is like wine, and he's getting better with age, it will be foolish for Victor to leave Naples where he is a king, and head to Madrid to be a makeshift to Benzema, if he is to move to Madrid i think the club have to make him promises, of game time, future plans and if he is going to be the main striker, all of that must be put into consideration before Victor can take his decision; but surely, every footballers dream is to play for Madrid and i am pretty sure Victor is no exception.
1949  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 15, 2022, 08:26:27 AM
Newcastle are a great example of how an underdog can turn into a leader... I remember how awful they played last year, but after a change in management the result has been amazing... The opposite effect can be seen at Chelsea, where after a change in management and some summer transfers the top club is in the middle of the standings...
Chelsea's situation is quite different, they have been a big club for a very long time, and the change at the hierarchy was because the previous owner ran into some trouble because of the ongoing war; and they are still a big club despite their change of hierarchy. I think Todd Boehly has made one huge mistake since his takeover, and that's firing Tuchel, the club was going in the right direction with him, they already won a CL trophy and they could have prolly built on that, Graham Potter is not a manager for a big team imo, and it might take him quite a lot of time to adapt.

Having said that, in Newcastle's situation they were lucky to get a new and rich hierarchy at their club, and they are really going to bring good things to Newcastle, i didn't expect it to start this seaaon, but it looks like it already started with the good players they have, if they can get into Europe at the end of this season, i am pretty sure they would be able to allure one or two world class players and a couple of other very decent ones, and that could kick start Newcastle being a team to reckon with in the League.
1950  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: November 15, 2022, 06:14:16 AM
Their mission in the champions league will be very hard of course because of the next opponent Paris saint Germain, this club have a very good attack with messi Neymar and mbape and im pretty sure they will be able to score in both matches, if they can beat Paris i think they will go far on this competition
Bayern Munich are always expected to go far in every season's CL tournament, they are a big club, and the expectations are more often than not set so high, PSG on the other hand are not so big a club in the CL just yet, they are still waiting for their elusive CL trophy and i can sense that their fans are growing frustrated as the title continues to elude them.

Having said that, PSG were knocked out in this very stage by Real Madrid last season, and it caused a bit of uproar between players and fans, and this season again they have been drawn with another big team, with the chances of qualifying firmly at 50/50. PSG have lethal goalscorers, but so do Bayern Munich, it is a somewhat even contest and very difficult to predict, both teams will score quite a lot of goals both home and away, but the winner will be decided by who can outscore the other.

TOPIC: WHICH STATE GO DEY BEST FOR BITCOIN VILLAGE ( HUB )4 WE 9JA AND WHY ?
Lagos na better commercial/hustling city, people wey wan hustle they usually enter lagos, that is why it is a hurlyburly city and e no really they conducive to live in based on the fast life, traffic issues, etc. I no really think say Lagos go be better state for Bitcoin village/hub, WHY? Because Lagos is not really a state wey they attract tourists, and Bitcoin villages/hub suppose they for location wey go attract tourists, first based on how fine the place they, and so them go come fit spend their Bitcoin for the hub/village because them go like come chill there.

Having said that, i no believe say foreign or local tourists go like come visit Nigerian Bitcoin village/hub if e they for Lagos wey be hustling and bustling place, so i think state like Abuja and Calabar wey they fine and calm wella and wey fit attract tourists they very perfect for a Bitcoin hub/village for Nigeria.

But the question is "can they maintain their good performance until the end of the season"? Considering there are still many remaining matches, I think it is difficult to always win until the season is over. I don't doubt Arsenal squad quality, but EPL is a very competitive league, every team can surprise us.
I think Arsenal can very well maintain this performance till the end of the season, some weeks ago quite a lot of people were still doubting Arsenal's title credentials, some even said they'd not possibly top the league heading into christmas, but they are 5 points clear heading into the WC/christmas season, the question now should be if the rest of the chasing pack can chase them and catch up in the end.

Having said that, City look like the only team than can maybe catch Arsenal and go ahead of them, but tbh City have not been really good this season, Haaland has scored quite a lot of goals and that has overshadowed most of City's poor performances, as they have struggled in more games than not, and have had to win many games from losing positions, all of these is to Arsenal's benefit, if their major challengers aren't at their blistering best, it means if they (Arsenal) can maintain their own form, then their chances are very high to be crowned champions.
1953  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 13, 2022, 06:28:14 PM
Unai Emery is an experienced coach who has coached several big teams before so it is only natural that he succeeded so quickly when he was shown as Aston Villa coach.
The Aston Villa board/hierarchy should prolly have fired Steven Gerrard a lot sooner than they did, i mean, his time at the club was a colossal failure, and the handwriting was all over the wall that he could do no better than what he was doing then. Unai is a fantastic coach with European titles to his name, tbh i was pretty surprised that Aston Villa were able to acquire his signature, he will do good things with the club, and i am certain they'll not be in a relegation fight come the end of the season, but will prolly finish the season in the top half of the table.
1954  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is a Quality Post? on: November 12, 2022, 09:05:29 PM
Absolutely a very thoughtful explanation of the entire forum I guess, but if I must be honest, there's really no Quality post, and if there's, they're just few. What I found here on BTT Forum is informative post, which I think most people refer to as quality, we need to learn the difference, because everyone is just after quality post, they write heavens and earth all together, but one informative line, it's enough to spike a superb light in the live of forum users
Imo there is absolutely no difference, a quality post is one that has ample information about the existing subject/topic of discussion, meaning that is an informative post, i don't know why you are differentiating the both of them when there is definitely no difference, they can both be considered synonyms in this context and can be used interchangeably without any confusion.
I'll add that a quality post is a post with references to the source.
I don't see how that makes a post a quality one, and only posts that are extracted/copied from somewhere requires a reference/citation to the original source.
1955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your lost from FTX collapse on: November 12, 2022, 06:17:01 PM
Due to huge crypto exchange FTX brankcupcy . what is your lost amount?
I have lost absolutely nothing, i don't hold funds on exchanges, neither have i ever used FTX, and i also own zero FTT. These things can't happen enough for people to understand that leaving their funds on exchanges is a terrible mistake and they should also not be hodling funds/coins that are basically centralized/worthless shitcoins that can collapse pretty easily, there'd be many more similar incidences in the future, but i'm afraid it will happen with no lessons learned. Having said that, there is a reason why people hodl Bitcoin that is sustainable for the long run, because it can't go extinct or completely collapse, there could be a serious plunge like what is happening now, but since it basically has an actual utility, you just know that it is definitely going to recover with time.
1956  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: November 12, 2022, 05:58:20 PM
Is it constitutional for presidential candidates to attend a random town hall or debate hosted by a media individual or house? It is not; everyone has the right to decline such an invitation for their own safety; politics is a dirty game with a high rate of ambush and assassination; these men could be kidnapped or killed in the name of non-constitutional debate.
None of these candidates actually boycott debates due to fears of their safety, even as you typed that you knew that wasn't part of the reasons they failed to attend the debate, they could be assassinated, kidnapped and killed as they carry out their daily activities, i wonder why you have to single out the debate like it is the only avenue that such could happen; they have boycotted the debate due to their incompetence in answering the questions that they'd be asked, they only attend debates that the questions have been sent to them beforehand, giving them ample time to prepare an answer.
A good leader's quality is not what he says but what he has done in the past;
Lol. What if it is someone who hasn't previously held any political position. There is a reason why there are election campaigns, rallies, debates, manifestos, etc, it is to give the people an inkling of what your intentions are, the populace will love to hear what your ideas of a better nation are, AND there is also a reason why elections are held every four years, because the people can analyse your performance in 4 years based on what you said you would do, and thus vote you out if you've failed to deliver, or relect you if you have done well.
you can never win a debate with someone who speaks English better than you; the one with good grammar will always win over the audience at the debate ground.
That is so wrong, a debate isn't about syntactic or grammatical construction of words OR how large ones vocabulary is, but the content of what is said. Mind you also that winning debates isn't the thing, but subsequently performing based on what you said.
Even if the said candidate attends the so-called debate, you will begin body shaming them or discussing their dress code. It is a fact that you can never satisfy a Nigerian.
This is no reason to boycott it if you indeed have something tangible to say and offer if voted in.

The rumours of Ronaldo leaving Manchester United is not on the rise anymore, every other rumour circulating the media is by journalist to make money. Ronaldo is no longer under pressure to leave Manchester United because he has started seeing playing time. The misunderstanding between him and the coach is settled we should expect a good football from Ronaldo by next season. The only club that may buy Ronaldo is Chelsea because they are very much interested in him.
I don't even know if Chelsea might be interested in Ronaldo considering his age and wages, there were rumors that the new hierarchy at the club admires Ronaldo and wanted to sign him for Tuchel which he refused and that prolly had a part to play in him losing his job, right now i don't know if Todd Boehly is still interested, and if Graham Potter will want a player with a big personality and ego like Ronaldo.

Having said that, the January winter transfer window will answer all questions considering Ronaldo's future, i don't think he and Erik Ten Hag are getting along on a personal note, but it looks like they are on a professional note as Ronaldo is now getting a fair amount of game time and respect that his big personality demands. I'd love to see what happens after the WC, but i am pretty sure that in order to avoid any further altercation betwen the club and Ronaldo, he will be informed if he is part of their plans or not early enough, so he can leave if he is not happy with the plans for him.
1958  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: November 10, 2022, 07:30:27 PM
Liverpool are unlucky to match Real Madrid again after they have been beaten and eliminated twice by Real Madrid in the past two seasons they have been matched again this season at this early stage of the Champions League. This could be another humilating game or a revenge match for Liverpool against Real Madrid. One way or the other Liverpool will give in their best in this match to get a positive outcome.
I am pretty sure even UEFA the organizing body would not be happy with this fixture because one of these two superpowers will be eliminated so early in the competition (RO16 stage), they'd also not be happy with the other heavyweight clash between PSG and Bayern Munich, they'd love to see all these four teams in the QF stage at least, it makes the competition more interesting and competitive.

Having said that, it is what it is, and we can have only two of them in the QF stage. It is actually very difficult to predict which of these teams will make it through, but with the way Liverpool are performing i think it is going to be pretty much difficult for them to eliminate the defending champions, things might be entirely different after the WC and by the time we start the RO16 fixtures, but if it does remain the same i think Liverpool would be an easy opponent for Real Madrid, as for PSG v Bayern, that one is unpredictable for now imo.

Thomas Tuchel wasn't doing anything positive
I completely disagree with you, Tuchel won the CL with Chelsea because he had a working strategy/philosophy, and not because of anything else, Frank Lampard didn't last long enough for you to claim he built a team that Tuchel then used in winning the trophy, when a manager wins a trophy for a club, even after just joining the team, that trophy is won out of his hardwork and imo has nothing to do with the previous manager.

Having said that, Tuchel is a better manager than Potter in every aspect, Chelsea played better football under Tuchel than they are doing now, the way i see it i believe that Potter is more of a small club manager rather than a big team like Chelsea. You can agree with me that there was no need to fire Tuchel, it was only because the new hierarchy at the club wanted to establish their authority, well i don't think time will benefit Potter, and in a year or so we could start seeing Chelsea fans asking for Potter to be sacked.
