1941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CoinPoker now taking ETH/BTC deposits on: April 19, 2019, 05:17:38 PM
Pretty more convenient that they are taking ETH/BTC deposits instead of using their own currency when using their site. Hopefully they can add more crypto on their deposits. I tried playing in a casino site before where you will have to trade your crypto for their coin before being able to play on their site, not really my type, very inconvenient.
1942  Economy / Economics / Re: The Great View of History on: April 19, 2019, 05:00:30 PM
Why do so many people think that crypto will replace FIAT in the future even when its adoption rates are so low at the moment? This will never happen since FIAT will always be the primary money source despite its disadvantages which you mentioned.

Bitcoin was always meant to serve as an alternate payment method and nothing else in this case.

I agree, most people think that bitcoin can replace fiat, which we know had been the main medium of exchange used. Back from history, where people mainly use stick and stones as a medium exchange, and there comes barter, where people trade goods for goods(including spice which was as valuable as gold and silver) , and then here comes the banks where fiat or paper money was introduced. With this, logically it takes a great deal of time and a big change of the whole economic system to change from one medium of exchange to another. Even if technology takes over, I think fiat will still be used and bitcoin/cryptocurrency will sit along side with it as an alternative.
1943  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nationals currencies backed by btc hashing power or on bitcoin as a second layer on: April 19, 2019, 04:41:52 PM
What do you think about this idea ? I mean backed by btc hashing power like komodo. National currencies will be like second layer on bitcoin. Imagine a crisis coming, banks have lost people's faith, nations will have to build a new monetary system on something new, something safe, something that is rare and against inflation. I can imagine that the new monetary system will be built on bitcoin. I can imagine how people use atomic swaps to exchange between national currencies . Bitcoin will be a store of value. When people want to save money they will put them into bitcoin. The reason will be halving, scarcity and increased demand.

If this will be truth, future will be amazing .

How do you imagine bitcoin in the future ?

I agree, what I really think is that bitcoin or cryptocurrency will be used as an alternative for money same level as fiat, I am not really against fiat since both of them has their own unique characteristics and convenience. Imagine using block chain technology to transact world wide, business transactions, transferring of funds, and keeping track of records will really be convenient. Let's hope that bitcoin can be fully utilized in the future and accepted by the mass.
1944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A new crypto directory - your advice needed on: April 19, 2019, 04:36:55 PM
Hi, I am James Bayley and I have spent the last six months building a crypto directory with user reviews. It now has over 7000 listings. I launched it a couple of weeks ago and I would really value your opinion.

Do you find it useful? How can I make it better for you?

Kudos to OP for your hardwork and dedication for providing a crypto directory. It can really be helpful since it has different links segregated depending to users needs, not to mention it has reviews. The site looks simple and user-friendly, this could help a lot of people, especially newbies.

*I am excited to see how much will this site improve in the long-run.

1945  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin to 253$ ? (important analysis + Best Wallet + Best Exchanger + How to ) on: April 19, 2019, 04:29:53 PM
Spamming dude? This should be in Altcoin sections. Kindly move it there. Seeing your post history, seems to me that you are shilling your links.
1946  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India declines Bitcoin Legalization Again on: April 19, 2019, 04:11:58 PM
It seems that India has no intention to study the real purpose of cryptocurrency. As what is mentioned in the article, it only means that India doesn't see cryptocurrency as a matter of immediate concern. Let's just hope that they will reconsider it somewhere in the future as many countries in Asia started to regulate and adapt cryptocurrency.
1947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solutions to KYC complain of some Bounty Hunters on: April 19, 2019, 03:58:48 PM
I certainly agree with you. If hunters are not comfortable in passing Kyc, I guess it's better for them to look for bounties who don't require it. The problem sometimes is that bounties are just announcing that they require Kyc before the distribution of the rewards. Most of them don't announce it ahead of time so that bounty hunters would be obliged to pass the Kyc just to claim their rewards.
1948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etheredelta Which one is genuine ?? on: April 19, 2019, 03:41:06 PM
Honestly, after losing my balances there, I never used etheredelta again. I have learned my lesson but I'm not saying that the same thing would happen to everyone but I'm just basing things on my own experience. They say it's safe but I doubt it because it's also hackable. If I were you, I would choose another exchange which is on top of the list.
1949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this a good idea? on: April 19, 2019, 03:15:33 PM
It depends on you. You will be the one to decide on where to invest and what to do with your funds. What you have to do is just to think of the best plan. Think of profitable coins to invest. Just consider the future and potential of the coins that you're choosing. However, ethereum is one of the best coins to invest.
1950  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the next economic collapse trigger massive crypto adoption? on: April 19, 2019, 02:44:29 PM
People and the economy could adopt cryptocurrency in the future but it doesn't mean that we have to eliminate fiat. Bitcoin could be used in trading goods and services but it will never replace fiat. If there will be an economic crisis in the future, we could have cryptocurrency as a support system and I'm sure that it will be a big help in rebuilding the economic situation.
1951  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin merger? on: April 19, 2019, 02:11:39 PM
I think it wouldn't be possible since every coin has its own target goal. If they would have the same strategy and purpose, then merging would be easy but we could all notice that most coins these days are just cloning the old ones just to gain more investors again.  However, this idea is also helpful for some dying coins at some point.
1952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: top 10 coins capitalization on: April 19, 2019, 01:40:39 PM
I have watched the video I could get your point my I believe that it's still worthy to trust and hold coins that are on top of the list. I would still choose to hold coins like bitcoin and ethereum even if it will take like about 3-5 years. Long term investment needs time and choosing well-established coins would be the best choice.
1953  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the most problem facing in the market? on: April 19, 2019, 01:16:49 PM
As for me, the main problem of every traders and investor is the market situation. As we could recall, everything went smooth when the bull market was running. The volatility of the market sometimes brings fear to every investor that we might lose our funds and profits when the market prices drop down.
1954  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its now official: Kraken is delisting BSV on: April 19, 2019, 12:54:08 PM
Kraken really listens to the pulse of the congregation for the goodness of the majority. I think they did the right thing and I just wish they would do the same thing to other shitcoins. I think the scandal really has a big impact in the delisting of Bsv in binance and in Kraken. Some exchanges are also planning to delist it.
1955  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bad Faith in the Gambling Ecosystem on: April 19, 2019, 12:11:44 PM
I guess that's just a part of the competition. That's the reason why gambling sites have to develop their sites continuously. There will always be negative reviews but only the site alone could prove if it's not true or if they're really honest and giving good services to their users.
1956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Coin Prediction Platform on: April 19, 2019, 11:55:50 AM
Checking predictions on sites might lead you to risk so I suggest you to look for a better way to read the latest news about altcoins and the market flow. You could also check some topics and threads which is related to predictions such as altcoin speculation threads. Just don't look for any sites or prediction platforms.
1957  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Weenzee opinions on: April 19, 2019, 11:32:20 AM
I have read lots of reviews about weenzee.com and some investors confirm that it's a scam. The fact that they offer too much is quite surprising and it's too good to be true. Some investors also revealed the their platform is too complicated. There are better platforms to invest so it's better if you will not risk your funds if you're doubting.
1958  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mandatory live video for project developers or team on: April 19, 2019, 10:59:14 AM
I guess that would be a good idea and would assure most of the investors that the project flow would be better but I don't think every Ico developers could do it due to the number of investors. It will also take a lot of time so I guess they wouldn't too much effort to do it. Most developers would love to hide their identities.
1959  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Life Cycle of a Transaction - Andreas A. on: April 19, 2019, 10:33:05 AM
I find a very interesting and somewhat a simply explanation from the point of sending transaction from our wallet to getting confirmed in the blockchain. I know that majority has somewhat an idea already specially if you have been in the crypto for long. But for beginners I think this is a good explanation. And for those experts, maybe you can confirmed or up something to what has Andreas says here:  Grin

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpnTb6NWih0 - Bitcoin Q&A: The lifecycle of a transaction

Andreas Antonopoulos is really a good educator when we speak of blockchain technology. All of his video in youtube is really informative, and this is a good video to be able to understand the cycle of transactions for both newbies and people who had been in cryptocurrency for a long time. Thanks for sharing.
1960  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John "fucking" McAfee: I will reveal Satoshi on: April 19, 2019, 10:26:25 AM
Another move by McAfee, during the bull-market a lot of crypto enthusiasts are following his posts on twitter, waiting for his post what next altcoin will be pumped. However, a lot of people were disappointed with him since this a lot of them lost a lot of money after the bull-market. After that a lot of people had distrusted him and stopped following what he has to say. So, I guess this might be another move for him to get attention after being silent for a while.
