Well good morning Bitcoinland. I see we've solidly burst past $8k to $8.4k, had a nice little correction/profit-taking under $8.3k and are going up again... currently $8333USD/$11606CAD (Bitcoinaverage). RIP Covid-market-crash dip. Does this mean it's time to safely pull out the old CCMF (in both senses)? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4--z677590k

Good morning Bitcoinland. Still going sideways (and slightly upward) in the mid-$7xxx range... currently $7755USD/$10820CAD (Bitcoinaverage). We just completed 7 consecutive green daily candles last night. Let's make it 8. Go Bitcoin go. My Plan B is to sell insanely overpriced Alts during this bull run, not Bitcoin My plan B is to buy more BTC at expensive prices with new gained FIAT My plan B is the same as my plan A... Buy whenever I can afford to, and sell only when I absolutely must. Watch my wealth grow, enjoy the good life, and gloat.

No.
Please don't
ffs...we need to lure them into the pool before the feeding frenzy starts new victims......i mean new potential recruits, dont just show up everyday...willingly My main beef was two-fold... "crypto" and TA. If he wants to discuss the finer points of Elliott Waves in KanyeKoin, BSV, or Dogecoin, he should do it elsewhere. Wall Observer isn't about "crypto" and TA. It's about Bitcoin and T&A.

can I share my Technical Analysis on crypto currency. I hope that It will be interesting and beneficial for all.
There's a place to discuss crypto currency speculation: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=224.0Around here we discuss Bitcoin, not "crypto".

What's with this fetish fascination with hardware wallets?
Cold storage is cheaper and more secure.

You should consider using more accurate terminology. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pump_and_dumpBitcoin is not a scam. No one is pumping the price fraudulently in order to permanently dump it on unsuspecting victims. ___ If you mean to ask if the price will rally or dip, it's anyone's guess, but most people with extensive Bitcoin experience expect a rally. Long term the price will keep rising as adoption continues due to its limited supply. Short term, the price is rising as a correction to the large unexpected dip linked to the stock market crash from Covid-19 panic. We have already seen a week of green daily candles. There is also the mining reward halving that will occur in less than a month. Historically halvings lead to steep price increases within a year or two.

I have 3 phones, 1 landline, 1 flip-phone (with SIM card), 1 smartphone (no SIM card).
I use the landline and flip-phone for voice calls only, no texting. Landline doubles as my non-anonymous internet connection (DSL) which serves mainly as a decoy..
Both flip-phone and smartphone are fully anonymous (I'd never log my smartphone onto my home ISP). I use the smartphone to log onto wifi hotspots for internet access when I'm not at home and use it for Whatsapp voice calls when there's no available cell or landline phone service such as where I am now in the jungle in Mexico.
I hate texting. It's a step backward, like going back to the 19th century when people were forced to use text messages (telegrams) because Alexander Graham Bell hadn't invented voice messaging yet. Real communication requires face-to-face contact but remotely at least you should be able to hear subtle voice inflections and other non-verbal clues.
I avoid Farcebook, Twit-ter, Instascam, Rubetube and other PRISM data-mining sites whenever possible and would never consider creating an account. I can't believe people are actually that gullible.

Never attribute to malice what can be explained by stupidity. Then again, never attribute to stupidity what can be explained by sleaziness. Trump seems to have lots of both.

Oh thank you Bitcoin. Thank you thank you Bitcoin thanks. Oh thank you Bitcoin.

Profit Fiat taking jerks. Why are you wrecking Sunday ? Time to drink some more...
Fixed that for you Bob. Profits are measured in coins Not filthy fiat. Time to drink some more? I am just getting started. Margaritas yum. Scored more tequila Had to settle for silver Not gold Jimador. Using Curacao Instead of the real Controy. Blue Margaritas! Such sacrifices We make during quarantine. Blue turista margs! We shouldn't bitch though. Lucky to get anything In these trying times. Oh thank you Bitcoin. Thank you thank you Bitcoin thanks. Oh thank you Bitcoin.

Good morn Bitcoinland. Seven five four one dollars (Bitcoinaverage). Well come on now, in this day and age, who needs to learn all that useless shit anyway? One just swipes one's tethered fondle slab ..... "Hey Siri! what's the capital of East Bumphuk? ".....
No one needs a brain. Just let some website's AI do your thinking for you.

.... A device? You mean an electronic device like a cellphone or computer?
Yeah, you know, those thingys you use to store, transfer, spend, and receive bitcoin.... (and even create it it out of thin air mine it like 10 years ago, ah yes, those were the days....) Yep. Them's the thingies. Glad you don't use 'em for storage however. Almost as insecure as the cloud. Had my ASICs hooked up to one of them contraptions back in the day. Had enough sense to mine straight into a paper wallet though. Probably tongue-in-cheek... I guess I need to tune up my sarcasm meter. I almost thought he was serious.

stamp not exactly inspiring confidence
I wonder if this "issue" has anything to do with Stamp integrating Fireblocks.

So a couple of buddies of mine just paid me some physical fiat cash for some things. Then I just realized there's no way to scan it on a device and deposit. Phuk! So WTF do I do with cash? You mean I actually gotta go out a physically hand it to someone to spend or deposit it?? Well that sux....
Deposit? Do you mean like a bank? A device? You mean an electronic device like a cellphone or computer? That's pretty risky crap. You're safer keeping your money offline in paper Bitcoin wallets or in fiat cash in your pocket where it can't be stolen from you by a hacker, banker, lawyer or government agency. You get the added advantage of actually getting out and socially interacting with a real human. You never know when actually knowing someone might come in handy. Sorry, website "friends" don't count.

Good morning Bitcoinland. Still in the mid-$7xxx range... currently $7573USD/$10674CAD (Bitcoinaverage). Time marches on. Go Bitcoin go. Amazing that people are actually going to vote for this tool in November. What's the alternative? Creepy demented uncle Biden or Hillary literally kills people Clinton. Either of those got your vote? Isn't "democracy" great?

Good morning Bitcoinland. Still $7.5k-ish... currently $7490USD/$10530CAD (Bitcoinaverage)' No de-bart yet. Go Bitcoin go. In 1999, the American Society for Analytical Chemistry certified that chlorine dioxide to be the most effective bacterial killer in human history. MMS is a 28% solution of sodium chlorite (NaClO2) in water and if you add acid you end up with chlorine dioxide (ClO2) gas. Apparently a fair few people have swallowed MMS over the years. As the old saying goes "The dose makes the poison!" All president Trump is doing is to get peer reviewed science in action and away from fake news.
You mean "holy water"? https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2020/04/church-of-bleach-ordered-to-stop-selling-bleach-as-covid-19-cure/Don't forget to pass the collection plate.

I sincerely have a feeling that this spring's Covid Crash will end up being seen as one of the MAX PAIN turning points in BTC's history.
Kinda like the 2011 Gox hack crash or the 2013 Silk Road bust crash that triggered the first run up to 4 digits? I hope so. It really showed that the bottom was already in and there was nowhere to go but up.
|
|
|
When we passed $7.7k on stamp it marked the doubling of the bottom of $3.85k we hit at the peak of the covid-market-crash panic.
When we touch $8k, I'll consider that page turned.
Good riddance.
