201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Musk the boss behind SHIB? on: October 11, 2021, 07:11:26 PM
I have no idea regarding the developers behind Shiba Inu and what is the involvement of Elon Musk in the project, but one thing is certain that Elon Musk gave meme coins the validity and attracted investors in the coin and so is the reason they started to pump and after seeing the huge pump in the coin others wanted to take advantage of the situation and started coming out with meme coins.
202  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $100,000 in December? on: October 11, 2021, 06:38:49 PM

All traders have their own opinions and different perspectives on the market. The market will decide which trend to go in the next step, because if there is demand in the market then there is a possibility to go in this $100k price range. But no one can say for sure what the next trend of the market will be.
You need to have an understanding about the market situation if you are investing money in it and the market will decide the trend but this time around there is a major difference from the last rallies that there are institutional investors who already invested billions and they might control where the market would go and the moment they start booking their profit we will be back in the bear market.
203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Iranian Bitcoin Mining Ban Lifted after four Months on: October 11, 2021, 05:41:46 PM
When the government decides to start working with cryptocurrency companies such as mining companies, they are going to be benefiting from it and it will help the country’s economy really well. But, some countries don’t look at the bright side at all, they just rush and banned Bitcoin without even looking at how It is going to benefit the country and its economy.
The reason why some countries come out with outright ban is because they think that cryptocurrencies will be a direct competitor with their fiat currency and the government usually controls its citizen by controlling the financial sector and Bitcoin being a decentralized currency they will not be having complete control over their citizens and so is the reason they implement a complete ban.

Countries like China are one of those countries that are always pushing against Bitcoin and not considering how good it can be for them. Although I do understand that they now have their own central bank distributed digital currency, so they’ll be doing anything possible to make their own cryptocurrency to stay at the top and have more usage in the country.
As mentioned above, China wants to control their citizen and hence they are banning other cryptocurrencies and coming out with their centralized coin. The difference with centralized coin is that they will have more control over the transactions.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Battle of supremacy between Dogecoin and Shiba Inu on: October 10, 2021, 11:59:21 PM
Both are meme coins.
Both are using hype to pump the price.
So far, I still don't see any significant fundamentals on them. I like taking profits from them, both DOge and Shiba. But I am not willing to make them as a long-term investment.
Both Shiba Inu and Dogecoin as meme coins but there is a huge difference between investing in Doge and investing the new coin in the market. I was watching the hype and hence i was not able to see the names of the developers i thought about passing this and once it was launched the way in which the market rallied is surprising and there is no way i am going to invest in those and Dogecoin will continue to reign supreme as the best Meme coin.
205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATM stolen in a liquior store on: October 10, 2021, 11:23:08 PM
~
The thieves definitely did some background research on the BTC ATM, no thief would just run onto it and try to bring the whole thing, I guess the vulnerability of Bitcoin ATMs is that some of it actually is easy to steal and pretty lightweight,
You have no idea how dumb people are, in the past one year you will find several criminal cases like this in the US alone and ATM robbery is nothing new as it is going on for decades and it will continue to go like that.

the fact that it only took a medium-sized van to take the whole thing together, and ATMs like this doesn't have that much security, I guess there's room for improvement on machines like this security-wise,
Armed guards near every counter is the only security measure they can take in situations like this and how much money these ATM companies will make if they are going to shell out money like that  Cheesy.

although I do feel like the amount of that ATM won't be that much compared to hackers actually being able to breach through wallets online, but still, definitely ton of money inside that machine, also, it destroyed the whole entrance of that liquor store, so the damage and the losses are just really saddening for the owner.
No idea how much money is lost but there is no way the criminals are going to get the coins  Grin.
206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FURY VS WILDER WHO YA GOT? #FuryWilder3 on: October 10, 2021, 11:04:07 PM
~
I have to disagree with you regarding Wilder. No need to learn a new strategy. His punching and footwork as also good. Remember that Fury also kisses the canvass twice means Wilder is doing great too. There's no lacking between them. Both are having equal strength. It's just that it now turned into a battle of determination and strong will on which Fury got it at the end.
Wilder is a one punch fighter, he does not have any footwork nor does he have any defense, every jab Tyson Fury was throwing was landing flush in his face like a punching bag. There is a huge difference between strength and boxing skills and Wilder does not have any especially against elite boxers.

Nice to see those close bout the whole match. That's what fans what to see rather than pure defense.
The fight was not even close, i will give Wilder the first round and the fourth round because he was able to ground Fury but look at the rest of the rounds, Wilder was tired and struggling and was like a punching bag for Fury and in the last ten seconds in some rounds he tried some offense and nothing else.
207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ]: Fury vs Wilder III - THE TRILOGY IS BACK ON !!! on: October 10, 2021, 08:58:03 PM
~
Fury really does not only have the power on his fist, but he also has that stamina that made him stand up and continue after he got knocked down. Both fight slower but the power was there, both have scored a knockdown but in the end, the strongest boxer survives and retains the belt. I am not sure if there's someone out their who could challenge and beat Fury after that fight, even Fury or Usyk, I doubt they have a chance to win against Fury.
To get up after getting knocked down, stamina is not what you need. He needs to have a strong jaw and heart and Tyson Fury has showcased that in the first fight and he did the same in the trilogy which is a huge feat because no one got up from a punch from Deontay Wilder in his career and i consider Tyson Fury to be the best Heavyweight of the generation.
208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: October 10, 2021, 08:38:10 PM
~
I'm not really sure though if trash talking will stop since Caleb has started and then Canelo responded putting a gash in his face. Yeah, could be the different culture, not defending Caleb, but I agree that Canelo's English thus improved and he should know by now what a mother ^^^^ker means for Americans. And since Fury vs Wilder III is done, this is the next most anticipated fight of the year for us boxing fans.
When you learn a language the first you will learn is the cuss words and you do not need to learn the language thoroughly to understand the cuss words and Canelo Alvarez is fighting in US soil for a long time even though he lives in Mexico and it is not hard to understand the meaning of these words  Grin.

Since Caleb Plant has taken this fight on a person note i am curious to see how Canelo Alvarez is going to fight and whether he will punish him badly before knocking him out cold.
209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 10, 2021, 07:17:49 PM
I thought Delhi Capitals would win the match as they had a decent score on board but Chennai Super Kings proved me wrong and they way in which MSD can take the match till the last over creates the drama and tension for a T20 match and in a crucial match they were successful even though i thought Delhi Capitals have the bowlers to restrict them but i am not impressed with they way they used Ravichandran Ashwin who is one of their best bowler.

210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it Good time to invest in ETC ?? on: October 09, 2021, 11:59:48 PM
I am yet to invest money in ETC, i do own a lot of ETC simply because of the fork and i sold some when the market rallied and it was an unexpected gift as i never thought it will reach the valuation it touched during this rally and i was just holding it in my cold wallet for years and when i saw the market started to rally i moved them to exchanges and booked my profit.

I am yet to find a project in ETC. If anyone has seen any project, i would like to check them out.

There record in uae is historic, they have beaten Aus , Eng , NZ there. If I m not wrong they have won 8 consecutive T20 series at uae. Don't know why you saying they are done losing abroad. If you follow cricket, Pakistan is always know to be unpredictable and they have still a decent side for T20 WC.
To the second part, they already have conducted so many series with Sri, RSA, ZIM,WI at home. Still big 3 think it's not safe to tour Pak.
UAE is not a foreign territory for Pakistan as they have their fans in huge numbers  and UAE was their neutral ground for over a decade and their local fans deserve to see them play in their home country and i do support that but for that you need to make sure the teams that are planning to tour should be confident about the ground security and if they are confident they will tour them.

~
I read somewhere that NZ might consider playing in Pakistan in 2022. I am not sure whether it will happen or not but to convince the world to come and play in their home ground PCB needs to put more effort. 50 per cent of their revenue comes from ICC and everyone knows ICC makes money from bigger boards. They need to start performing in the ICC tournament and then these boards might consider playing with them in Pakistan. Let's see how they perform in the upcoming WT20 cup.
If New Zealand is willing to tour Pakistan then it is great for the local fans as they wanted to see competitive cricket and with the support of local fans they will perform better than in the UAE.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is USDT a trustable? on: October 09, 2021, 10:00:09 PM
Care to link that bad news regarding USDT? Why it should end up as a scam to you? Let's discuss that news.

If you are really worried, then choose other stable coins now. Diversifying is one of the options too.
If you want to hear about the negative news of USDT you will find plenty if you google as there is no shortage about it and you cannot trust them as they keep on minting new coins in the market all the time and there is no transparency. Bloomberg recently publish an article regarding their transparency questioning their claims about backing $69 billions as collateral and you know what, the funny aspect is that the team behind Tether did comment on the article but did not talk about showing them the collateral .

Here is the Bloomberg article
213  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance and Coinbase on: October 09, 2021, 07:41:30 PM
Binance made it possible for people all around the world that would have been otherwise be left out in Cryptocurrency trading and investing to have access to Cryptocurrency.  Coinbase on the other hand is located in a jurisdiction where Cryptocurrency innovations and investment is frown upon by the regulators! I think that it is basic difference between coinbase and binance exchange!
I am not even sure where Binance is located as they list multiple places and when ever there is regulatory pressure they usually move out of the country and that too when the regulators ask Binance to be transparent with them. Coinbase is regulated and they are ready to follow the regulators and that is what the end user want.

Binance is banned in US and several other country and you should expect the list continue to grow in the coming years if they are not planning to comply with the regulators.
214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: October 09, 2021, 03:13:16 PM
The only way Dern will win this is if she can get on top of Rodriguez early in the round. I do not understand why Rodriguez has the odds that she does. Dern is a good fighter but I think Rodriguez beats her on the ground and standing up. Dern is not someone who likes to have a bloody fight and Rodriguez lives for that. Dern is going to be very uncomfortable and get knocked out tonight. I am going to place a bet on Rodriguez in round 2 by tko.
Since majority is backing Marina Rodriguez to win the fight, i am going to pick Mackenzie Dern to win the fight simply because of her submission skills, if she could improve her wrestling game then she is a threat in the division but she is still dangerous with her ground game and she can submit when opportunity arises and if she is able to take the fight to the ground somehow she can clinch that victory.

If Mackenzie Dern wins this fight she might get the title opportunity but she needs to improve her wrestling skills.
215  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATM stolen in a liquior store on: October 09, 2021, 02:45:13 PM

This is the surveillance video of the liquor store itself, showing how they stole it.

Maybe this will be the new trend for criminals, breaking and stealing Bitcoin ATM across US.

Hopefully the public can help identify this crooks.
What are they going to do with the ATM, if they break into the ATM they will some fiat currency other than that they are not going to get any Bitcoin. This is a usual crime in the US as we hear about criminals trying to steal ATM and i am sure they will be caught eventually but the audacity to steal ATM makes me laugh, how dumb these criminals are  Cheesy If they are caught they will be spending a long time behind bars.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't miss this opportunity to buy and hold BNB on: October 09, 2021, 02:13:28 PM
The effect on BNB will obviously be through the pump that is in Bitcoin, so getting back to a lower price will be very difficult so it will be very long to wait if someone wants to wait for BNB at $200, even though many people have made predictions for BNB at $500 in this year.
The entire cryptocurrency market depends upon how the Bitcoin market performance and the expectation is that it will pump to new levels in the next two months and it is possible that BNB could rally to $500 but i wont be investing in it now because there are other coins that would give me a much bigger profit and i need to wage the risk as well and i would always choose Bitcoin right now Kiss.

They have their own franchise cricket league (Bangladesh Premier League), comprising of 7 franchises. The 2021 edition was cancelled due to COVID. The next edition is scheduled for January 2022. Some of the well known international players have taken part in this league in the past, including Chris Gayle, Dawid Malan, David Wiese, Shahid Afridi, Wahab Riaz and Wanindu Hasaranga. But their schedule clashes with the BBL of Australia, and as a result the BPL has struggled to get a viewership outside Bangladesh.
Why would Bangladesh Premier League schedule their tournament alongside BBL which is a successful franchise. I have viewed a few matches and they need to be more competitive to attract a huge fan following. The major obstacle i believe is the amount of money they can spent every season and if they are able to get more sponsors then they can attract other T20 specialist around the world and make the matches more attractive and competitive.
218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 09, 2021, 06:50:47 AM

Now all four teams are in good form and on match day anything can happen, even the better team can lose the match by very few margins because it's all about luck and twenty/20 strategies can also fail. If we talk about better teams then CSK vs Delhi both are very good and have ability to give very surprising performance on their day but after losing all 3 matches they are no good in confidence and Delhi is also very good side.
The problem i see is that Chennai Super Kings was struggling in the last few matches and they lost consecutive matches after getting qualified. They need the openers to do well especially Ruturaj Gaikwad and Faf du Plessis to give them a good start and the way MSD was struggling to score runs is also worrying and Delhi Capitals have a good bowling line up and how they are going to handle it decides their fate. Cheesy

For second match we can say this is anybody game with both have some good hitters but RCB is having some very extraordinary players those can change situations like they're done in today match.
Royal Challengers Bangalore is in their best form to date and i wont be surprised if they walk away as the winners. Devdutt Padikkal and Virat Kohli usually gives them a good start and the middle order is safe as they have two of the biggest players in world in AB de Villiers and finally Glenn Maxwell settled after a string of failures in different teams and he is their match winner this time.
219  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant on: October 08, 2021, 11:39:19 PM
~
It's one thing to attack a power puncher like Canelo, because once you are caught and your chin is not strong enough, then maybe you will be knockout. so it's better for Caleb to adapt new styles and strategies just to keep Canelo guessing what will be his move.
Canelo Alvarez is too smart to understand that a lucky punch could change the fight and with his experience i am sure he will overcome any challenge unless it is from someone who has a strong defensive fight gave as well.

Yes, gone are the days when boxers fought for the glory and all the marbles to be one of the best. Now is pure business and money grabbing.
Every era, the fighters were fighting for money and glory as they have no other job that they like to do other than having a competitive edge over the opponent and during the time of Ali the crowds were bigger but the ticket charges were smaller, it was business as usual and nothing changed in that aspect but the ticket charges are higher and the quality dropped as well.

Caleb can only train on a certain level, otherwise, his body will be on a overtrain mode, and come fight night, he will not have the stamina and the power. No need to overtrain, just enough to peak during fight night.
Caleb has to come out with something extraordinary to win a fight against Canelo, no matter how hard he trains, he is not going to learn a new style in a few months.
220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ]: Fury vs Wilder III - THE TRILOGY IS BACK ON !!! on: October 08, 2021, 10:46:00 PM
~
I'm done putting my bet, and I would not anymore trust Wilder to win this time as the momentum is on Fury. He already know that he has the skills and power to end the fight early and I'm looking forward for Fury to KO Wilder so Wilder will not anymore make excuses.
Even if Wilder looses this fight badly i am sure he will come up with excuses. I am not expecting a early finish in this fight as i am expecting Wilder to be prepared and will try his best to counter his offensive style and the problem comes if the fight goes the decision and what will be the judges  going to do, whether they will mess them up is my expectation Grin.

Whether it's a KO or by Decision, Fury would still win this, and if I'm wrong and the fight will end on judges scorecards, I still think that Fury's boxing skill will give him an edge and will be declared as the winner again.
We have seen some stupid decisions by the judges and you cannot expect them to score the fight fairely.
